Extremely poor service after closing. Do not follow through on what they say. Get EVERYTHING in writing and withhold as much as possible in escrow if something isnt 100% completed at close. Still waiting on sod after almost 5 months after closing!

I really would like to visit some m/I homes

M/I has started to downgrade the exterior features in our neighborhood that were standard when we bought a few years ago. Now, our neighborhood has cheaper homes with drastically different exteriors than what others purchased, possibly lowering our home values.**Update: Since our neighborhood has been completed, all the homes including ones built with cheaper materials look very nice and blend well with the community. My home is still great after four years, and I would recommend M/I to build.

Purchased a new home in December 2019, seven month later nothing has been addressed. List of 20 items to be corrected still there. Crooked wall, cracked concrete, unleveled cabinets, terrible landscaping, “musical” floors, unbalanced fans and so on. When you call Customer Service, nobody answers, and if you leave a message- no one calls you back.

Over promising and under delivering. Typical sales pitch and absolutely pathetic customer service. Stay away and find some other builder, who keeps their promises.
