Front desk receptionist/desk nurse is completely rude. Id never allow my employees to talk to people the way she does. Always cuts people off mid conversation. NP Krista Hodges is great. The communication is not very good either.

Never got farther than speaking to a receptionist and even she could use a class in good customer service and proper phone etiquette. For starters, youre supposed to wait until the person on the other end of the phone is done with their first sentence before you rudely interrupt them by assuming you already know what theyre going to ask.

Be careful and investigate ANY service that is taking care of your senior parents... Im currently dealing with issues of a revolving door with this company and having their ex employees stopping by my parents home off hours. Currently working on finding another service for my folks.

VPA in Eastgate Ohio is on a decline something bad. The nurses are rude, And it takes a MONTH to get a referral. Theyre so unorganized. Im about to change to a real doctors office. Heaven forbid you ask a nurse to repeat something. Be ready for a mental breakdown.

My husband and I have been seeingDr. Richard Foy and Mary Jo (our unbelievibale special Nurse (thank God for you Mary Jo😇❤ many years (good/bad)-stroke rehab., bypass surgeries and many more surgeries & medical recoverys, Thank you both. Please, dont leave Mary Jo ❗❤. I/We were very sorry to lose Dr. Foy to CA!!! More on that later, after I digest this lost. 😢But for now, I will say, He was the very best Doctor I ever had!!!😢 Thank you Dr. Foy and I/We wish you the very best and may God bless you.❗❤🙏 P.S.
