I just went here today and they were EASILY the best oil change experience Ive had. Very friendly staff, they explained everything we needed without making us feel corralled into purchasing more services. Affordable, fast, fantastic service. I will be going to this location for all future oil changes.

Usually efficient service. I found Oil Express to be cheaper than other oil change places. You can find a coupon for 19.99 on the back of Kroger receipts or often in Reach magazine. That will save you just under $15.00!

If I could give it less than one star I would. So after waiting in the bay for approximately 40 min they tell us they cant get the oil filter to come off and that we would need to come back two days later when someone with muscle would be able to get the filter off. After leaving the bay I notice they didnt even reattach the heat shield under the car when I heard it scraping these ground as we drove.i didnt even worry about calling them and letting them know. Everything is good now. Toyota handled the issue. I wouldnt go to this place if it were the last place to get an oil change.

These are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about cars, and gave me much needed nformation on my Mitsubishi Mirage as well as other cars! Matt was so helpful and they all greeted me with a smile. Lastly, when he told me that my mileage sticker that VALVOLINE put on there was incorrect!! They had me sold as a customer! Check this place out, you wont be disappointed!

Daughter-n-laws truck was having issues thinking it was an oil leak after having her oil changed. I took it up to have it checked, didnt have an oil leak. Spoke with the Manager Justin, and with his automotive experience he thought it was the radiator. I had no idea that the transmission fluid is cycled through the radiator, did you?, but anyway. He said he could do it, gave me prices and topped off the transmission fluid (for free) and home I went. I told my daughter-in-law what Justin said and I took it in this morning and it is done and no longer leaking anything. Good businesses are hard to come by. Its the ones that give a little extra that make a difference. I highly recommend for your oil changes go see Justin and his Team at OIL EXPRESS on Kemper Road close to Northland Blvd.

On May 29th, I bought a Groupon and took my car for the service. (Toyota corolla) They said that they couldnt get my oil filter off. They told me that if they broke anything on my car trying to get the filter off it would be my responsibility. They then told me to take it back to the last place and have them loosen the filter then I could come back and theyd perform the service. This was end of business day so I had the oil change performed at the other place.Come this week and I need another oil change. The Groupon is expired but says on it that its worth the coupon price towards service. I go back on October 23rd and ask about it.First, dude wanted to argue with me about the maintenance required light on a car that I have owned for 6 years. Then he told me the last place never reset the light. I told him I reset it myself, the mileage on the sticker was 5100 miles less than the current mileage on the odometer, and I knew when it was needed. He told me that light only came on every 10,000 miles. Then, after explaining what happened in May, he said it sounded like the people just didnt want to do the oil change. He had me call the manager this morning. And after calling me (a woman during allergy season) sir several times after I told him I was not a man, the supposed manager tried to get snippy and hang up.These folks dont know cars. They looked at my oil and said that I must not know when my last change was because the oil was clean looking (kinda the point of scheduled maintenance). I have a frikken sticker on my windshield and dude even took it off to read it and STILL WANTED TO ARGUE. Said there was no way my oil was 12,000 miles old. Kept telling him it was only 5,000 miles old!!!These people treated me horribly in May and continued to do so in October. They refused to realize had the service been provided in May, this would never occur.

This is a fine place to get your cars oil changes. Typically it is fast and reasonably priced. The only thing is I drive a manual transmission vehicle. After they finished changing and topping off the fluids, the one mechanic went to start my vehicle. He didnt know how to start a stick. I really would have expected a mechanic to know how to start a manual. I had to show him how to do it. Then, after paying, the same mechanic handed me the milage sticker rather than putting it in the window for me. No big deal, but I thought that was just part of the service.

I used to love this place and would get my oil changed during lunch. Last two times I came they only had one bay working and the wait was too long. Gonna find another Oil Express to go to. Im not sure why they only had one person working that whole shop.

I was always satisfied with the service here until recently. I was told that I would need a new oil pan because whoever has been changing the oil stripped the plug. So when I said to the guy its been here every time all of a sudden nothing to say. So now I have to pay hundreds of dollars to get the work done. I personally think they should pay for this since I have consistently done my oil changes there. Beware.

I visited the location at 175 W Kemper Road Cincinnati, Ohio.The male manager who was checking the transmission fluid pulled out the dip stick and touched it to my battery by mistake. A small explosion when off and the dip stick flew. After the oil change the car was rumbling. I noticed a hose that blew off with the explosion and wasnt attached to the air filter. Plus there were 3 warning lights lit on the dash. We went back to the oil place. They had no idea what to do about anything so we took the car to our mechanic. He told us the oil filter was not on correctly and the car was leaking oil. When the explosion happened it caused the fuses to malfunction. They had to keep the car overnight. What a disaster from a simple oil change. You better check out the employees at this location. It is a mess. Never again!REPLYComments are for review purposes. Very friendly service! The work didnt take long at all. Most of the wait came from a part delivery. I definitely would recommend.

I have always had a great experience here...until today. Possibly the new crew. Took 45 minutes for a “10 minute oil change” and wipers. 1 other customer was in and out while there and that change took nearly 30 minutes. Turns out they didn’t have the wipers for my vehicle (that they charged me for) and had to contact the boss to refund me for the wipers (an additional 10 minutes). Please get it together James. I don’t know what happened today.

I just didnt have the time to do my own oil change I knew what work needed to be done an what didnt. They didnt try an pressure me into anything that I didnt need only what my car actually needed at the. Them 2 boys are HARD workers an do a great job. Thank you again I will definitely be back..

Went to this location in August service and attitude of employee great. This visit in December was horrible. Female tech was unprofessional, did not complete service would not come out from behind counter. Will not return to this location again.

Quick with great service. Only gets a 4 star because its a little pricey. But worth it to reclaim your time. They even cleaned of the oil they spilled on the engine with water to keep it from having the burnt oil smell. So quick the kids never woke up.

Waited in line for 30 minutes only to find out that they will not put synthetic-blend oil in my car. Even though thats what the maker recommends. They will only put full synthic which is about $25 more. Ive been going here for years , I will not be back!

By far the best oil change experience Ive ever had! It was maybe 20 minutes and the 2 gentlemen that helped me were amazing. They did not try to sell me on anything, they tested my battery for free when I mentioned I may need another one, they filled my tires up for me and told me all my belt and hoses, levels, etc. were great. Not to mention I found a Groupon and only paid $30 for the service. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Waited around 40 minutes with only one car in front of me. Service was terrible and after 3 days I noticed about half a quart of oil on my garage floor. I took my truck back to them to check it out and the guy said he could not look at it that day because he had to leave at 5 oclock and was the only person working. I took my truck to another oil service company down the street and they showed me that Oil Express did not put the gasket back on the oil plug. I have been doing business with Oil Express at this location for around 15 years...never again will I go back.

I stopped by late Saturday morning to find two customers ahead of me. They had the oil changed in our Ford SUV in about 15 minutes. Slight up-charge because our engine size needs a quart more than the average engine. There were a few up-sells for normal things like wipers and air filters, but they were not pushy when I declined. Normally, I change my own oil in our three vehicles, but I may use these guys more in future.

The service always perfect. Until Tuesday, February 19, I was going to be the oil change to my car. I was attended by one of the workers. I was really happy to never return to that place because of his character and his way of treating a client.

All these reviews about how speedy the employees are, they better slow down. I just changed my oil again and the oil drain plug was completely stripped out Thanks to Oil Express. Im just glad I caught it before it was too late.

Im a little conflicted on giving this a 5 star review but the employee who was working on my car mostly was amazing I belive his name was David. Not 100% on that but on my paperwork he gave me said SAD so I could be wrong.. he was doing great and I love his customer service skills there was an issue he wasnt sure of so instead of guessing he did some research so he knew to give me the right answer. BUT the part that made me upset was the manager I didnt get his name because he didnt have a name badge on, comes out an talks to his worker like he is nothing over talking him an repeating to me what the worker (david) just researched for me an made him look stupid for not already knowing it.. I will return but I hope its not a repeat of today..

The tire pressure was very low. the check was on fire. they did not even see it. said everything perfectly. when after them he plastered another car-care center. They said how to be an idiot. so that all this can not be seen. even a blind man will see. they said that they poured out the hard stuff. What fluid? before them I filled all the fluids myself up to the line! Etc.
