We called ahead, got an early appointment, and it took 6 hours to get a call back, at which point they still didn’t have an estimate to fix the driver’s side door lock/handle being stuck and the hatch handle not working on my 2009 Honda Fit. We specifically called in advance to see if they knew how to handle these issues, since a little Googling will let you know MANY Fit owners have had these issues. But right now, over 6 hours later, they’re still “trying to get the door open.” I knew going to a dealership service center was probably a mistake, but good grief - just tell me in advance you don’t know how to fix it! Now I’ll be without the car all weekend, which is cool. Go somewhere else - not to these people. Also if it matters to you NONE of the employees are wearing masks inside - 30 or 40 of them, just wandering around like it’s 2019.

If Negative Stars could be given .. Definitely would be. John Booth. Total A**H***!Was referred by a friend to go here, speak with a certain person. He wasn’t there. So John took me over to his desk. Then when I asked if another salesman that was referred was availableHe immediately paged for that salesman. I then asked a question and his response “I don’t know, you asked to speak to someone else.”Completely Rude! His desk should be in the back away from customers or not have a desk at all!

I’ve always used Jeff Wyler Colerain for servicing since I got my car, but I won’t be doing that for everything anymore. It was the first time I felt taken advantage of as far as the pricing went. I had a stone in one of the rotors and was told it wouldn’t blow out. Because of this I was charged 40+ more to take off the rotor. I’ve seen people take rotors off before and I don’t see that costing over $100 to do. I also had a transmission fluid change, and honestly I couldn’t afford it but was stuck because it was already done and/or being done. I know it may not seem like a big deal to some, but to some of us it is.

I am overly pleased with Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain Service department, from scheduling my appointment to the excellent service I received. Being female and not knowing much about cars, I’m always hesitant to rush my car into the shop, nervous that I’m going to be sold on things I don’t necessarily need or I’m going to be charged too much. Rachel was so kind and helpful from the moment she started taking care of me, I felt like an old friend that had been coming to the shop for years! She checked me in and walked me through the whole process while listening to me voice my concerns, I was kept in the loop from drop off to pick up – updated multiple times. Unfortunately, the service that I needed for my car wasn’t covered under either of my car’s warranties. Rachel was an advocate for me and tried to see if there was a way to get the job done, I picked my car back up and was introduced to the manager who again, had amazing customer service skills. He also addressed the situation and informed me of what the next steps may be – I felt very reassured and well taken care of. The whole situation was followed up via a genuine phone call and I was asked about my day then informed of the news and how the fix was going to happen. I am happy to say that I will continue to drive 40 minutes to this location versus a 10-minute drive to the Florence location because of the customer service I received. Thanks again Rachel and team!! You’re greatly appreciated!

Al Sanders was my salesman. He didnt bother letting me know that the car I was coming to see had been sold. He just decided that I would be better off in another car, without contacting me, even tho he had my email and phone number.... After driving across the river with the 75 bridge out, taking over 30 mins to get there, I feel he completely wasted my time and gas. I left very dissatisfied
