I saw Lucca was hiring a position for the new year and I sent my resume less than 24 hours after the position was posted. I never heard back, so I sent a follow up email. Again, I never heard back. I found it disappointing but I guess I shouldnt have been surprised because I had previously sent several messages about a mirror on their website that has been marked out of stock for over a year. I wanted to purchase it so I emailed to see if it was coming back in stock, and never heard back. I did purchase another mirror, and when I picked it up from the store, the wood stain was still wet, and the hook on back was not properly attached. It was off-center. Thankfully, I was able to get it to hang straight on my wall after adjusting it multiple times. I probably should have posted a review after that incident, but I typically give small businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, after not hearing back from various times Ive contacted, its left a bad impression about the business and I want to make sure my experience is heard.

Lucca Workshop has been my go-to for gifts and home decor for a while now, and every time it is a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Very knowledgeable staff always ready and willing to answer questions, and willing to accommodate to specific needs as best as they can. Absolutely in LOVE with my custom serving tray! If I could give this store 6 stars, I would!

This shop is my favorite go to spot for gifts! The prices are very reasonable and the goods are all high end. The craftsmanship of their products is impeccable. I would challenge you to find a shop like this one, its truly one of a kind. All of the lovely ladies that work here are so nice and extremely helpful too. I highly suggest a visit to Lucca.

Located in the heart of Findlay Market, a historic area of Cincinnati, Lucca is a woman owned home decor gift shop. They make all their products in house, and also do custom gifts too!! The most beautiful space, and such a fun experience. The staff are always the best, and the environment is always so happy. Tunes are good too!!! You won’t find anything like it anywhere else in the city. Best spot to find the perfect gifts for yourself, friend, loved one, or for anyone really. It’s my go to for cards, home decor, and wedding gifts!! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

Great store full of unique products created by Lindsay and her team of talented craftswomen. I have used Lucca for several large custom orders for corporate clients and each time, they designed beautiful items that wowed my clients and their guests. The shop is also a fun place to shop for gifts. A local treasure!

Lucca is a completely one of a kind place in Cincinnati. Not only do they have a beautiful store with new products weekly but they make everything in store and offer custom! It’s my go to place for a special gift, last minute birthday card, and homewares. They are also now one of the few places offering contemporary furniture downtown. Such a great addition to Findlay market!

Lucca is the perfect and unique stop for any of your home, decor, or gift needs! I have one of their laser cut wood and marble serving trays which serves as a perfect wall hanging and base for my charcuterie boards. This shop is locally owned, managed, and operated by an awesome team of women.

Terrible first impression! I went in on there soft opening nice amount of people in there. I wanted to check it out sounded great went in nobody address me but address other people so I still took time to look around still no help they were all talking and not one person still didn’t address me so won’t be going in here any time soon nice place though!

Lucca is unlike any store I’ve ever shopped. Whenever guests come to my house the only things they mention and compliment are my items purchased from Lucca...🤗 and my adorable dog! I love this store!
