I love this place. Not only is it where my engagement ring came from it’s where all of my real jewelry comes from. Why? Not because of the jewelry itself. Honestly I have to go to this excat location! The staff here is beyond amazing. They take time to listen and work with you and what you want. They all go above and beyond. I don’t think they have a bad employee. Thank you for not only selling beautiful jewelry but for actually taking time to care about your guest as soon as they walk in your door!

So I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Joanne today. When the diamond fell out of my ring two weeks ago I brought it to this location because I was out that way. When I dropped the ring off I had no issues. The gentleman who helped me then was amazing. When my fiance called me to let me know the ring was ready I stopped in to get it and from the first few seconds Joanne was rude. She asked for the name and I gave it to her. She told me I wasnt allowed to leave with my ring. I said well can you call my fiance and get his approval. I tried to give her his number and she snapped at me and said Ive got this. Then when she called my fiance she said some person is trying to pick up your ring. I felt so disrespected. And when she tried taking down my information I tried helping her by telling her my DL number she completely ignored me. I will NEVER do my business at this location. Not only that but my family and friends live near this location and Ive informed them of the situation. You would do better if you didnt have a women like her representing Kay jewelers. I would have let a 2 star but like I said the gentleman who helped me was so wonderful and kind.UPDATE:Ive spoken to the general manager Tony and he has made everything right. He was the original man I had worked with and like I said he is so kind. If you need someone who genuinely cares go see him

Staff very friendly! As for the ring my husband purchased for me on Valentine’s Day the stone has fell out for the third time today! I’m sick of driving an hour to send my ring off for 2-3 weeks just for the stone to fall out again! Honestly don’t see myself buying anything from there again! Upset to say the least!!!

Very nice establishment, promptly greeted and their Salesforce was pleasant and knowledgeable. I knew exactly what I was looking for and the salesman Jimmie showed the ear rings and found a matching necklace for me too. I am pleased to say I was able to get my wifes Christmas present quickly and very affordable...cant wait to see her face when she opens her gifts and then wearing them.

All of the employees care for and understand the customers when they come in. I feel like every visit is always so personal and will 100% recommend this store to anyone who needs help picking out jewelry!

Michelle was so friendly and inviting when I walked in the door she took the time to find out what I was really looking for and even got on the Internet to help me find it then Jeannie stepped and really worked with me on my trade-in and that meant a lot to me because I felt like I really got let down by another companyI explained to her exactly the diamond I was looking for she went as far as to look up everything she even took the time to get to know me they both did I was there for hours we began talking and getting to know each other before I decided upon a ring and Jeannie really seemed To really know people and I really think she had a knack for placing a special Diamond with that special person which I really liked because I think only certain diamonds go with certain people and I’m always a true believer in only certain souls for certain diamonds and only certain souls can choose those diamonds period and she is a true true diamond selector she has a perfect Eye and perfectionism for the shine and color and clarity selection that I was looking for.
