Communication with them is open, constant training. They are specialists in what they do. I have a very good taste in my mouth, it is a great company.

These people called me soliciting work...it was ironic because an associate and i were discussing getting 3 properties cleaned...after a discussion with one of their representatives (that took 3 times the normal length due to his inability to understand English) i proceeded to give them the addresses of two of the properties...they visited one at least, maybe both, and thats the last ive heard from them...the one was a very nice 1100 sq ft apartment in hyde park area, the other close by...i have another 10 properties that will need maintenance in the near future, be assured they wont hear from me and when others ask me who i use ill tell them who i wouldnt use...what a bunch of time wasting do nothings...
