Attended with my Mom (patient) and sister first appointment. Dr. seemed very knowledgeable and had a high level of expertise. Still though wonder if some of it was a sales pitch, albeit necessary in these high pressure times. But no pressure to buy and all our questions were answered. Will update with further developments.

FANTASTIC!! I had a hearing aid that I got from “ Place for Better Hearing ” about 25 years ago. Lately my hearing has gotten worse and I tried “hearing helpers” and did no good. I am almost 70 and getting tired of saying “What did you say?”

Dr.Trisha Billger and her staff are the reason we chose to return for consultation after moving to Indianapolis three years ago.I am thrilled that my new hearing aids have exceeded my expectations.Because of the updated technology there is no learning curve and the integration with my smartphone makes changes to environment so easy.The ability to change programs and volume with my smart phone in addition to the ears themselves is a huge plus for me.My wife really appreciates the auditorium setting which allows our TV the volume to be at an acceptable level for her.I can hear everything more clearly, with the quicker pick up and comprehension you promised.Everything is clearer, and I can hear in any situation.I highly recommend Dr. Billger and Starkey.

My daughter had to have ear plugs made so that she could swim. She was very anxious about getting the molds due to sensiitivity and pain she has had in her ears. Dr. Godby worked with her to ease her anxiety and was able to get her fitted. The ear plugs have made her summer much more enjoyable since she can now go swimming with her friends.

Dr Godbey is great. She is so kind and caring. She helped my grandmother, who has dementia, communicate easier with our family because she can finally hear! Dr Godbey was extremely patient with my grandma through the entire process and treated her lovingly and respectfully. She even had my grandma laughing in her office which is a rarity these days. When I found the Place for Better hearing I had been having problems getting repairs for my hearing aids, and they werent really working that well. Since I have been going here, I have had the BEST care, not only in keeping my hearing aids always working, but getting the correct type I should have. They are GREAT.

My niece was fit with a hearing aid recently and she has been so excited and thrilled that shes hearing instruments in certain songs that she hasnt heard in a long time! Little sounds, like flip flops and keys that were muted are now obvious. She is a younger lady with children and a teacher and hasnt been hearing well since a medication affected her hearing some time ago, so this is extremely important to her. She wanted to get help now so she could, hopefully continue to fight more hearing loss down the road. When she learned about all the other health concerns related to hearing loss as well as finding out that once your hearing gets to a certain point, you may not be able to get help, she immediately made an appointment and could not be happier. She said she was educated so much beyond her expectation and is a proud 40 something year old wearing her Starkey Hearing Aid! Love this office! Thank you!!

From the receptionist to the audiologist staff , they are all very friendly and helpful. I could call with a problem or walk in and their happy to help me with all my needs . They know my name by my face and I have only came in a few times.Which makes me feel very welcome . Being that I have hearing loss this will definitely be my go to place for life .
