Looking forward to working out in 2018 with the Best Trainer. He is so motivating and so passionate in what he does. My daughter and I admire him so much. Chris classes are always different to keep things interesting while still pushing you to get an awesome workout every time! I love the small class size and the fitness center is always clean with top-of-the-line equipment!Chris has such a positive personality that makes you feel welcome and excited to work out! When I started working out with Chris I was tired of trying to keep myself motivated enough to go to the gym on my own, but within seven months of working out at Farrell Fit Ive noticed an overall change in my appearance and well being. Chris is an excellent trainer for every level of fitness ranging from the newest beginner to the seasoned professional. He has a very real approach to teaching you the proper techniques to exercises to help you avoid injuries. Chris is always on time, has a positive attitude, and a high five for everyone. I have been working out with Chris now for almost a year and I am really happy with the results. Chris brings a positive energy to the class everyday which make the workouts challenging and fun. It is definately the best choice I have ever made in regards to working out. Chris works closely to make sure you are getting the best workout. I first started doing a challenge for a month, working out 3 days a week and I lost 5 in my waist and 14 lbs. I could not believe it. Best results from any workout program that I have ever been involved with. Chris truly cares about your success. FARRELL FIT IS AWESOME WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! It is actually like a family. Very motivating.

Ive been working out at Farrell Fit for almost a year now and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Chris has an uncanny ability to motivate people. No class is ever the same so youre always excited to find out what the next challenge is. The tone Chris sets is fun and not intimidating at all. I was hopping around gyms and classes and not sticking with anything and therefore not seeing any results. I started working out with Chris through the recommendation of a friend, and I quickly loved it! Chris is motivational and genuinely interested in every clients progress. Because of this after a month I felt stronger, and after two we took measurements and had proof of the changes. Chris and the other members are a great group and made working out feel less like work :) After moving across the country I definitely miss the Farrell Fit family, and would recommend him to anyone trying to meet a fitness goal.

Chris helped me correct years of movement and muscle patterns that I thought were beyond my reach. Ive got more flexibility and movement at 41 than I did at 21. Hes knowledgable and extremely helpful. Id recommend him and the Farrell Fit team to anyone at any fitness level!

Ive been working with Chris for 18 months. I started out in group classes, then did private sessions and now am really enjoying his Boot Camp sessions. I honestly really hated everything about working out at first. Thanks in large part to Chris encouragement and training style, I have a totally new outlook on working out. I find myself making time to workout, whereas before Id have sworn there were simply not enough hours in the day. Thanks to his nutritional guidance I have learned how to fuel my workouts and how much in the way of calories / protein I should be eating daily as well as helpful suggestions to eat this, not that. I also had significant knee pain when I started working out and now I sometimes forget which knee is my bad knee. Chris has great knowledge of anatomy and proper form during exercise movements which has helped prevent any new injuries and alleviated pain in my knee.I have worked with other trainers in the past; it always seemed like a waste of time or an exercise in frustration. Chris is always pushing me to increase the intensity of my workouts. You can tell he really loves what he does and his enthusiasm has a way of rubbing off on you - even at a 6:00 am Boot Camp! He is definitely not a passive rep counter! You will be challenged; despite all my protests and attempts to bargain down the dumbbells weight or number of reps, I rarely am able to get away with such ploys. I am grateful for his relentless nature as I do feel so much stronger and more energetic in my daily life.

Working out is hard and doing it everyday is even harder.. But the energy that Chris brings and the atmosphere at farrel fit made that challenge something I looked forward to every day. The class sizes are small enough to get to know your group and be a team effort while at the same time Chris continuously supplies individual focus and coaching. Farrel fit is where you go if you want your personal trainer to really be behind you every step of the way to yours goals and beyond.

I am currently completing a 28 day weight loss challenge through Farrell Fit. For this challenge, Chris provides a meal plan, along with a shopping list for each week of the weight loss challenge. Included in the challenge are 4 fitness classes per week. I noticed positive changes after the first week!Before taking the classes, a fitness evaluation is conducted so that the instructors can all know if you need modifications to the exercises during class. So, although classes are in a group format, you will receive an individualized experience. Classes are NOT intimidating and completely non judgmental! Everyone is at a different fitness level but heading toward similar goals - a better you!Trouble staying motivated? I have received daily emails with tips and tricks to keep on track (for the challenge), and personal follow-up for encouragement! You will not receive this type of personal attention at a traditional gym!

I was apprehensive about joining a gym, always figuring that I would get lost in the crowd & wouldnt be able to keep up with the class. Farrell Fit changed all of that. Chris has been my trainer now for almost a year and I look forward to every class. He keeps the class sizes small & personal. Chris cares about every one of his clients, adapting wherever necessary to meet each persons needs and goals. Overall health is very important at Farrell Fit, it is not just about exercise. The circuits alone would be enough for me but Chris goes beyond that by sending out newsletters with helpful tips and healthy recipes. I highly recommend Farrell Fit.

My story is common. I am a wife and mother of two children, one of which has special needs. It has been my job to take care of my family and while there was no good excuse and no one to blame, I had forgotten to take care of myself. I had been battling with being overweight for the last 15 years. During the Fall of 2016, I injured my left knee. After that, my back began to give me problems and then one joint after another. While healing from a ruptured Baker’s Cyst behind my right knee and after multiple sessions of PT, I had enough and decided to take my life back. I began my own weight loss and exercise program. The lifestyle type diet was working, however, my lack of knowledge regarding exercise was not giving me the results I was hoping for. A friend introduced me to Chris at Farrell Fit and after just a few classes I was hooked. Chris and his team at Farrell Fit provide individual Fitness training and expertise in a small group setting. Seriously, I have never experienced anything like this class. Chris pays close attention to my limitations by providing movement corrections and modifications, when needed, without making me feel like I am giving up on all that I need to be doing to get stronger and healthier. The group setting provides me the additional motivation and an opportunity to bond with others striving to reach their full potential. We all share a common goal despite the fact that we have our own stories to tell. Yes, this has and continues to be a journey for me. I am 85 lbs. lighter and have lost 35 lbs. of it is since I began Farrell Fit 7 months ago. Chris and his team at Farrell Fit have been passionate about helping me obtain and keep a stronger, healthier body than I could have ever imagined having at age 53. That’s right, no matter what your age Chris only sees the person within and cares about what your own personal goals may be.Overall, Farrell Fit has provided me with the most important recipe to my diet. Who would have thought that the ingredients would include – Guidance, Motivation and Passion.Thanks to Chris and his team for making a difference in the quality of my life. Ive had my fair share of experience with trainers, and Chris is by far the best of the best. He takes a genuine interest not only in you fitness goals, but in you as a person as well. He loves to see people succeed, and the way his face lights up when he see his clients making progress, you really do feel like your apart of something bigger than just gettin back into shap. Just a few months into my fitness journey and Im already seeing a change. Chris is great at what he does. He pushes everyone to their limits and beyond. I never really had a desire to workout in the past, now im hooked. Chris designs hard workouts around everyones needs, but his attitude and personality make every work out fun. Definitely recomended for anyone who wants to improve their health and wellbeing.
