Tore up the vin panel for the vehicle and then it looks like they dropped their power tool.. well I know.. they dropped their power tool on the dash and just destroyed the dash.. then got their window sealant all over the front fender.. this is very sticky.. stripped out the drivers side good trim under the windshield wiper area... just a terrible terrible job. This would be the last place you should shop.. it is worth the extra money to take your business elsewhere... this is just poor, rushed, untrained, work ethics going on here. I tried to warn ya.

After using this company initially and then returning to them to repair a loose and flapping seal that wasn’t installed correctly we were assured the problem was fixed. This was after they refused to repair with their mobile service (which is why we used them in the first place) so we took the car back to them. After the car started leaking yet again we took it to another company for repair. The leak was still substantial and the initial installer had broken the mounding clips. Requiring another entirely new windshield and seal. Again. They determined this leak would have eventually caused significant damage to the wiring. Total fail all around. Do not recommend.

I stopped in to get a quote from them. They were very well priced so I made an appointment for a Saturday morning. I showed up and checked in. They had my truck in and out in 45 minutes. The guy running the counter was very pleasant and informative. The guys in the back were very nice and professional. Love the quality of workmanship and the price. Scheduled an appointment on Monday, June 7th to have my windshield replaced. Dropped it off on time for the appointment and was quoted 2hr service time. About 1.5hrs later, they called and said that they’d somehow ordered the wrong glass and could either keep my car until the new glass came in or I could drop it back off. I decided to come pick it up since the car was still drivable. They told me they’d call me Wednesday and update me on the new glass’ arrival. Wednesday June 9th come around and no one from the establishment follows up. I call on Thursday June 10 to check in. I spoke with Ryan and he was very RUDE. His words to me were “it’s been delivered and well we told you to come Wednesday and since you didn’t come the glass might be gone.” I told him that I was told they’d call me and he cut me off and said “well let me just go check and see if it’s even still here”. He checks and come back and says that there was a mistake and the glass had not been delivered and that the manager had left for the day sick and the best they could do is have him follow up with me the next day. No one followed up the next day. I called on Monday morning, mind you it’s been a week since my original appointment. The manager told me that he’d look into it and callMe back with updates as he’s not sure why the glass is taking so long to arrive. It’s Tuesday evening now and I still haven’t received a call. Very unprofessional. Will never recommend anyone to this place. Wasted so much of my time and clearly has no regard to providing quality customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They replaced my cracked windshield in a little over an hour. They are literally half the cost of other big name companies so I was a bit nervous as to why. However, I couldnt be more pleased with the finished replacement windshield and work. Sounds silly, but they even placed my oil change sticker back on my window. Their attention to detail is amazing. Would definitely recommend to others.

I went into the place to have my window replaced they ripped my driver side window trim and didn’t replace it . They broke multiple clips without fixing. My car is also a six speed manual my car drove into the establishment fine, and whenever I got my car back I noticed on the way home my clutch started to slip. Completely lied about knowing how to drive a manual I should’ve known that I should’ve just drove it in myself. Now I’m out of thousands of dollars and they probably won’t even do anything about it. I will be returning to their establishment to confront the owner

“Incomplete work, poor service, rude & unprofessional management. I got my car window glass replaced with auto glass now. Staff in the store was friendly but the service I got was poor and incomplete. Vapor barrier, which protects the electronics from the vapor from outside was torn apart and left like that. Deck of the door panel was full of glass pieces which they didnt even attempt to clean. Check the attached photos of my door panel after their service.I inquired about cleaning the glass pieces inside the door panel from autoglassnow store just after the service as I felt the loud rattling sound coming from the door and as they didnt vacuum anything at all during the service. ( I was watching how they worked on my car the whole time. I cleaned the car interior prior to service. So they only had to clean the glass pieces inside the door panel yet hey didnt even attempted to do it) Their reply was that they cant do anything about that and it is expected after their service.So after few days I was able to make an appointment with another auto glass service provider and let them have a look. Then only I got to know about the importance of vapor barrier and how things can go wrong by leaving it out. (In the past service, AutoGlassNow technicians tore it out) These new people cleaned the glass pieces inside the door with a quick vacuuming inside the panel and replaced the vapor shield. Still they had to dissemble the door panel and assemble it again. I got to know from them that those steps of cleaning the door panel and fixing the vapor barrier was usual practice for glass replacement at any good auto glass service. I had to pay another bill of $140 to get the undone parts of autoglassnow service completed.Later I provided my feedback about this incident to Autoglassnow. Its customer support moved me around for few days. Their first response was that I can bring my car back to them to get the glass cleaned. But the reason I had to go to another place was because they rejected to do those in the first place. Then I was contacted by the store manager who actually admitted the fault and apologized and escalated the case to higher management for closure on the hassle I had to go through.Best part of their customer service was seen after that. A person named Mike who was the district manager of AutoGlassNow called me and threatened me for complaining about it. He said what I had was AutoGlassNows usual service and I cant expect anything more. He didnt even care to look into the photos I had provided to the customer service. His conversation style was rude and very unprofessional. This attitude of management is reflected in the entire service of AutoGlassNow as it seems. So the only resolution they provided was getting a rude manager to blame you for complaining.So I had an incomplete and poor service from AutoGlassNow and had to pay another bill to fix what they missed. And when I presented my concerns about the service they provided, I got to see their ugly side of customer relations. AutoGlassNow does not care about service quality nor care about their customers. It will be better for you to get the complete service from a good Auto Glass company even for a higher price than going for AutoGlassNow which youll eventually have to pay even more to get your vehicle fixed.

I loved this place there was an African American skinny guy I for got his name but he really treats client so good and he shows you how the job is done .I went here 3 weeks ago to get a new glass I did not see it when they put it on,so I took the car did not notice it had a crack right where they put the orange sticker and could not see it from far away.well I call and said my glass was broken when they put in in new one so he said maybe one of the guys missed and did not see i was mad but he said sorry Mrs Morales we will take care of that for you .so I went and this time he shows me everything that they were doing before and after putting glass thanks to that particular .it was nice I did not paid anything at all good services hope everyone there come like that sunday

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this place negative stars I would. To give you an idea of how bad this was, this is the first time I have ever been upset enough to leave any review on google.I had a simple glass replacement done. When I went outside to check the work, I was upset to see that there was window sealant leaking out of multiple places on the window. Typically you never see the sealant. It was oozing out so badly that it got all over my hands. They did not even reattach my back windshield wiper and literally just threw it in my trunk. When I got in my car they did not reattach the interior panel to the back door and it was literally hanging.Naturally I went inside and asked them why they did such poor work on my car. The woman at the desk told me its not her problem, without even coming outside to see how bad it was. I asked to talk to the man who worked on my car. He came out and proceeded to tell my husband and I that he sees nothing wrong with the work and that we would not be getting a refund and he would NOT redo the work. He said that is just the caliber of work they do there. Then he had greasy hands and tried to shove my interior panel back in place that was hanging and smeared grease all over the upholstery.I went inside again, upset by the lack of accountability and the fact that he ruined my interior in my trunk. The woman at the desk said what do you expect he works on cars. Insinuating that its okay to be filthy and not wash your hands when dealing with car interiors.On top of everything else, they did not clear all of the glass out of the window well and every time I open my trunk you can hear the glass rattling around inside the panel.Ironically there is a broken glass panel on the building. The employees are dirty and sloppy and the building is too. So why would you expect the work to reflect anything different? If you even remotely care about your car, PLEASE do not put yourself through what I did today. There are too many better places that are run by professionals to subject yourself to Auto Glass Now.

Great!!! I set an appointment for my (2018) Kia Optima, went and dropped off my car and came back an hour or 2 later to pick up my (2015) Kia Optima. Lol. I mixed up the years of mine and the wifes cars. At no extra charge they drove and had to pick up the correct windshield. It is exceptional work at the lowest price you will find!!! Great shop. Broken glass all over the back parking lot, but thats to be expected. I broke my friends back truck window while hauling wood for my deck. That was on a Saturday. They were able to get me in Monday around 1pm and got it all fixed up. Will definitely use them again if needed (hopefully not).

They didnt seal my window all the way. It rained all day and i had a puddle of water on my floor. They said they were going to get the smell out of my car and they didnt. Then i believe the water did aome damage to my electrical system. They said it wasnt water by the wires but it actually was!!

Im EXCITED...MINES HAD BEEN CRACKED OVER A YEAR!!!!

Colerain location repaired by broken windshield (due to debris in highway broke it), in the process they warp the cowl. After a couple of day the cowl pop out. I took in 7 times to address this, they fix it 3 times: reinstall glass, replace with 2nd glass and then they argue that the cowl was warp from prior installation. As they did not touch the cowl. Dealer told the this car requires removing cowl for proper windshield installation. They refused to fix the cowl, then Mike (3x my weight) proceeded to yell at me. Horrible service. Poor quality. They did not offer any solution. Now I do not know if the glass they installed the sized wrong, installation is out or if they warp the cowl on their 4 attempts to install my windshield. Stay away -- they do not warranty their work.

Called on a Thursday, scheduled a appointment for Saturday. I told them my make,model and year of my vehicle. I asked if they were sure over the phone that they could replace my windshield. Mine has a gasket and a fair bit of trim on that gasket. When I arrived for my appointment I was turned away because my car is considered a classic. And they dont feel comfortable doing the work. I am a truck driver and have very little home time to deal with stuff like this. This was a huge waste of time! The only reason Im leaving 2 stars is because they didnt screw up my jeep,and didnt waste MORE of my time to screw it up. I wont be back.

I experienced the worst customer service in my entire life at this business. I made an appointment on a Monday, arrived on time and checked in. After waiting for nearly two hours, the woman at the desk, Carly, finally told me that they had not ordered my glass yet. She informed me that the glass would come in on Wednesday morning and I could have my appointment then. She was very kind and understanding so I was only slightly agitated.Wednesday morning I come into my appointment and wait about half an hour before being told that they had ordered the wrong glass and the correct glass would not even be there until the following Tuesday.I show up to my third and final appointment to be told by the manager that they ordered the wrong part again because according to him the car is so old they probably dont even make this part anymore. I understandably got very upset as I have had to come in three times already and wasted hours on something that was supposed to have taken only an hour to an hour and a half. When I was expressing my frustration to the manager, Mike, he threatened to not even attempt to do the work on my car because I had an attitude and was yelling at him and his technicians which I did not do at all. He yelled give her her keys she can drive it off the lot right now if shes gonna act like that, attempting to embarrass me in front of all of the workers in shop because him and his crew made multiple mistakes and I was finally tired of it.I apologized just to calm the man down and he eventually had his technicians finish the car without the part. I waited a week and a half to be ridiculed and have only $10 taken off. Never in my entire life have I been that disrespected.

They often do a good and thorough job but Im my opinion have become pricey. Ive been a customer unfortunately several times but each time the costs for the exact same repairs has gone up.

I had an appt. at 1:00. I pulled into the parking lot which was full, so I proceeded to pull around to the back and drove up to the garage doors. A technician came to my window and I told him who I was and my appt. time. He asked me to park down on the road due to limited space-with no further instructions-so I did. After 15 minutes I decided to call the shop to remind them I was parked on the road and not to forget about me(Figured this was protocol due to Covid-to wait in my car). The man who answered the phone became angry because I did not come into the shop and fill out paperwork and now they were falling behind. I told him the tech did not instruct me to come in and fill out paperwork, but park on the street and he proceeded to talk over me informing me the Technicians dont know to tell you to come in, maam. So I hung up and beyond my better judgement walked up the hill and into the office where this older man-not gentleman- proceeded to become rude, loud and belligerent in which I told him I will now take my business elsewhere. It was a minor misunderstanding that turned into a hissy fit for this older man. What really struck me was his blatant immaturity as I was walking to my car. He stood at the garage waving to me and yelling, BYE Maam, Bye in a sarcastic tone! Truly laughable-he should be embarrassed. I am a professional and will only work with professionals. I do not need to be yelled at and argued with. I went to Safelite Autoglass and for 75.00 more dollars received clean, professional customer service. I would not recommend Auto Glass Now.

Amazing! They got me in the next day. I had a shattered rear windshield on a 2016 Honda Civic. They called a few hours before my appointment to let me know that the parts were there and to confirm my appointment time. I was in and out in 50 minutes. The price was more than half of other estimates that I got. The price they charged me was WAY less than my deductible so I didn’t have to go through insurance. Everyone was so nice. I even over heard the owner going out of his way to call an insurance company for another customer to make sure she didn’t have to pay a penny more than she needed to. The actual job done is great! It looks better than knew and I have zero complaints. Thank You Guys So Much!!

Auto glass now replaces your auto glass for very reasonable prices. The windows have a lifetime guarantee against leaks or noise and the staff is very nice. I would recommend calling ahead for a service time. A window installation usually take several hours. My only complaint is they can be a little sloppy leaving sealant smears and fingerprints on the hood and fenders and sometimes glass fragments on the dashboard and floor. Overall I would recommend them, it is the only place I go for a windshield replacement.

Dont let the dingy exterior turn you away. This place was filled with friendly, professional staff who made my visit thoroughly enjoyable. I had a complete windshield replacement which cost me ZERO dollars thanks to my insurance. The staff was as pleased as I was that I didnt have to pay a dime! They did fantastic work and gave me a perfect time frame for completion. I will definitely return again for any glass work I need done.

This so called business is a joke and just because there cheap i would advise nobody to waist your time or money on this place all i have to say is when you need a new windshield dont ever go there just run away!!!!!!I was there for six hours and never got what i needed they couldnt even get the size right then i confronted the so manager he treated me like it was my fault and told me to leave he needs to be fired!!!!!!!
