After losing my job I gave job center a try. They sent me to a meat plant and Melanie ( job center rep) was SUPER .I was placed in a department that I was over qualified for and after the third day I was ready to call it.MElaine went out her way to place me where I was most qualified for. Very professional.She made me feel like I was a person. Not just a number.

They are nice in the beginning and very welcoming. If the job isn’t what they said and there was miscommunication with the employer or if you tried to contact them for a concern then it’s automatically your own fault. They tell you one thing then do another. Basically they like to draw you in and if they don’t make their job sale to you to get their paycheck for the contract agreement to the employer then you are an enemy because you didn’t get them what they.....: wanted.

Second time using The Job Center formerly The Job Store, in the past 2 years, and they definitely find the right fit for me.

I was told to come in for a position for $15.50 they left me sit in the lobby for a long period Melvin talked with 8 other Job Store employees,I was finally called back & told we only drug screen for some clients.We DO NOT drug screen for Kroger,Warwick,Empire. Melvin was very pushy,throughout the entire process,he told me to cheat on my math,he offered to take the test for me,he wanted me to tell his boss that he had practically drug me back in by my leg at the front door, his boss didnt listen,&I told him repeatedly I needed to leave,Melvin told me he had a job no one knew about & that he was offering only to me,,due to how pushy he was,I thought that he may follow me to my car.I got up quickly & went to my car,locked my door,he was so desperate for a worker.This is my 1st review that I have ever written in my life,I am writing this review so when you walk in the door at Job Center you know what you are getting into,Watch out for Melvin The Manager

Very unorganized sent me to the Wornick last night at 10 pm just for me to get sent back home after sitting two hours in the break room and now saying there’s no promises I’ll get paid for that like what very unprofessional
