I got several text messages from Laney. I couldnt talk to her on Friday because of my work schedule so she said she would call me Monday morning. I work late shifts at my current job, so I had to get up much earlier than I normally would. I waited and waited and then I messaged her only to find out she doesnt work there M-W in the morning. Some snotty woman texted me, then dismissed me all together. Is all about immediate numbers for their quotas and no time to make you feel necessary or needed. Poor experience.

Spherion is a great place to go if youre looking for a good job. I work with David in Springdale. I told him what I was looking for and he had the right fit for me in less than 24 hours. He is very helpful and always there if I have any questions. I absolutely love my job! Thank you Spherion!!!

Spherion was very helpful for me and gaining meaningful employment. My counselor Jennifer was very supportive. As a result of working with Spherion resulted in a full-time job that I enjoy. !

I had a great experience with Spherion. First assignment ended and i had a new assignment within a week. Pay was always timely and accurate, and David was always caring and responsive.

Ive got two job this year from spherion tricounty and never started my first day of work they never responded back. They never answer the phone and Im in a wheelchair i did a lot of work just to contact this job and no one evwr response. If your looking for a real job this is not the place you will waste another of time even if they say your hired your probably not conne

Ive had pretty good dealings Witham over the past few months for the most part they do answer every question that I asked and I dont have to worry about the paychecks cuz they are there every time that I check . About the only question that I have is how does the vacation run and how do you know if your earning a vacation or not but other than that Ive had every other question answered that Ive ever asked . Also if they are looking for a job or going to your company I would recommend them to do so you all have been fair with me and I appreciate that so thank you .

Spherion is the best. My assignment ended with a different agency and once i called them i had an interview the same day. Glad to say i not only was offered that position but i begin it as that company’s employee. Without David I wouldnt have had this opportunity.

It’s a good service it’s just sometime i feel when i go in there , Abby harper in the front desk seem to racial profile me & i just want a job , but overall it’s a good temp service & not all are like that but the david guy is fair , he gets respect, I worked a few jobs before & he help me to the fullest with no problems or side comments, I don’t know if it’s because i’m black or my tattoos but abby harper please just do your job, & don’t think i don’t like you it’s just you can’t just judge someone off of their look, there’s good people out here & not everyone’s a bad person. i Pray you see this & change your ways but everyone this is a good temp service.

I was supposed to start a job. Took the drug test and did all the paperwork. Wasted my time just to tell me a few days later that i cant return to this job. Wont return my emails or contact me at all.
