Just got off the phone with a lady regarding a job she was extremely rude and careless! She never asked for my name and had a attitude when I asked about the position’s plus she hung up the phone on me! Don’t NOT Work For Them! Unprofessional and careless!

I think its a great company to work for. There is always work available for the most part. The staff is very friendly! Weekly pay! What I like most about working for this company is that you have the opportunity to work for so many work environments such as hospitals, banquet serving, hotels and more and doing that allows me to build work skills that I can add to my resume, which can help get me get my foot in the door for permanent positions!! And you work whenever you want!!! Very flexible!!! And a lot of the facilities are temp to hire!!!

LGC is a good company to work for. They constantly send you out on assignments. I like it because I need part time work and they have that also. The pay is good for the work you do. I like getting paid weekly, and a good benefit is a free meal (awesome). I went for an interview on Monday and went to work Tuesday and have been working every since then. If you dont like the job they send you to just call them and they send you somewhere else. They dont hold that against you.Thanks LGC keep up the good work.

I have worked for this company for about 6 years. In the last year things have changed drastically when Brittany the RM left and Medhi left. I have been a bartender for 25 years and banquet server for 20. they used to send me out on jobs all the time, even as banquet captain. About a year ago when office staffing changed I stopped getting jobs. It seems like its Nepotism and favoritism at its best. Its definitely not seniority or performance based. So the good jobs are hard to get. Utility jobs are easy!

Amazing Staff who treat you like family and tailor your needs for what you dont even realize you are capable of. Kayla was amazingly insightful and well rounded and gave me the job of a lifetime. I could never express my gratitude to her. I can start with this review. You can be working the same day! I love you guys!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY! They are taking advantage of the fact that People need work to support Their Families! Not paying the amounts that They are supposed to! They have found a Family that will make sure They are looked into to the fullest extent! The pay card They give You is horrible as well! I almost wonder if They work together! Money disappears from it, Check the reviews on it too! Your Company needs to be looked into and whomever is trying to rip hard working People off for money They have worked for is PATHETIC! While working with lgc in the Cincinnati Ohio location it started out really nice, but as time went on the staff became very unprofessional. I had a lot of issues with my hours and didn’t get paid for all my shifts. I’m currently going to be going threw a lawsuit with lgc and I wouldn’t recommend them to any of my friends, worst experience ever!!!

I work with the office daily and love the hard work and dedication of their Staffing Managers in the office. They deal with A LOT and always do their best to make every client & employee happy!

I enjoy the flexibility and attitude of the staff. I have workee for them for almost a year now. Great for extra income!

I worked 16 hours just to be paid for four. Man if you can see these corresponding text messages between myself and the staff. I do not know when my pay will be corrected, but unless your homeless run. Dont believe me @ me and Ill show you my proof.

Worst group of staff members I have ever managed. No supervision what so ever and no serving experience. Eating the event food before it goes out and so disrespectful. I can go on an on but I am sure you get the point. I will try not to use this company ever again and will advise other properties as well. I only chose one star because I had to choose something in order to post.

My name is vanessa watkins and I got cheated out of hrs never got paid my full amount on time lgc is not bbb verified so I should of know maddy which was a managment is horrible tell you he a pay you t13/hr wage just to get you to work event when I get paid 9/hr lies lies good for a kid who aint got priorities landlord gas and electric. Horrible horrible experience. They still owe me but I just chalked it up

These group of lgc people here in cincinnati is so unprofessional and disrespectful to there employees where they dont even pay you for your work....i have been with this company over 2 years and have seen them switch supervisors and team memebers on the regular ...they payroll has not ever gotten my pay right ..one day i didn get paid at all for the work i did for 2 weeeks ...and and then they make u wait till next week check to add it on there instead of fixing it they will fire u and hire someone who wont complain about not getting paid... .ive emailed corp...no response tge board memebers are not responding its horrible place to work ......horrible

My Boyfriend Went A WHOLE ENTIRE MONTH WITHOUT BEING PAID !!!!! Even After That Situation He Still Gave Them Another Chance And They Still Havent Paid Him On Time .......
