A recruiter contacted me regarding a job. I told him I was interested and sent him my resume. I never heard back. This is not the first time that I have experienced this with Insight Global. The recruiters I dealt with did not do a good job following up.

What a great experience it has been working with Insight Global. Each recruiter and hiring manager is incredibly diligent, professional and timely with all responses and they truly do care about employees. My personal recruiter is Dan Allen, who’s exemplified everything you’d want in someone who’s trying to place you with a good employment opportunity. I couldn’t speak more highly of him, and of Insight Global itself. I’ve worked with many staffing agencies, but this one is by far the most seamlessto do business with.

Clearly you are company that does not care about your consultants. Repeatedly unable to enter my time sheet, poor responsiveness by your representatives, and health care that still have been unable to sign up for and has wasted a good deal of time I could have spent working for the client. You are the worst of 4 consulting firms Ive worked for.

My Insight Global Contract Manager reached out to me out of the blue via LinkedIn for an opportunity that seemed too good to be true. Ill be honest, at first it seemed too good that I thought it was some sort of pyramid scheme but the level of responsiveness and professional communication left me well assured. Im now employed at a Fortune 500 company, set up for a nice raise at the end of my first year, and have a great relationship with my Recruiting Manager.

Insight global is the worst company to work with ,discriminating especially Amy Pitzer HR manager inside Spectrum Kentucky .She needs more training ,more courses ,she kept asking me my recruiter name and could not find my name in the list ,how unprofessional. I was the only ,she stopped and was saying I had to call your recruiter ,that was just a lie .I just worked there one day cause of her ,and Becca Landem called me on Sunday I missed her call she called me on Monday and told me a supervisor said ,All these was a lie .Amy Pitzer was there on my face my first day .Worst staffing .Discrimination staffing ever

Overall an excellent staffing experienceAs a contracted junior software engineer, I had to interview with Insight Global as well as the company that I would be doing work for. The new hire process was very quick and easy, and could be done remotely to accommodate busy schedules. They provided me with tips and great resources regarding the company with which I would be interviewing, and they certainly helped give me a well informed edge. My recruiter has been an amazing resource throughout the new hire process. She has responded to any questions or concerns promptly, and with great detail.

The Insight Global team was a pleasure to work with. They were always quick to help and respond, both during the interview process and during the contract to hire period. They were kind, professional, and responsive. They were straight shooters and did not over-promise and under-deliver. Completely unprofessional these guys will start you at your employer without completing your paperwork and then leave you hanging on your pay. I’ve worked over 3 weeks without pay.

When I was working a position w Insight everything was great. The company I was with decided to terminate my position so I left items at company. It has now been over 30 days and I still cant get my personal items. J have emailed and called. It seems like everyone is good when they are making money off of you. Dan and Holly need to be more professional and do what they say they will.

Pros: The Insight Global staff is very friendly and professional! I had a great experience being hired on. Cassie and Janel were very helpful, informative, and quick to respond! The HR team has also been great!Cons: The Insight Global medical insurance and benefits package isn’t the best and did not start promptly after employment.

Having been a professional contractor for the majority of my IT career, its refreshing to have a representing organization that cares not only about the individual being submitted, but also how that individual can lend transferable knowledge and value to a team and organization. Excellent communication between my recruiter and myself both during the interview process and post hiring. Very professional organization with online tools to help make the on-boarding process very smooth.

I am very dissatisfied with the staff at Insight Global. They are very unorganized and have no communication amongst themselves that is helpful to their candidates. They hired myself, along with 60+ other employees and are not paying everyone. Some still have no received checks from the first week, plus the check from the second week. The IG rep at my location told our entire training class one thing, while IG themselves wanted something else. They, then, tried to tell me it was my fault for not submitting my hours. Once my recruiter realized that, he said he would try to help, but I have yet to hear anything. Not getting paid caused me to be stranded after work until a ride finally arrived. This is because my car was shut off via gps due to non payment. If Id of had my check, my car would have been paid AND I would have had gas to make it back. Not to mention I have no food. There are peers of mine who are truly homeless and arent getting paid. I am appalled at the lack of urgency and care for their employees. We depend on getting paid. We take buses, make arrangements and do our best in class to make a career out of this and get paid. At this point, I am thinking about quitting.

During my recent job search journey, I have come into contact with several recruiters. I have had the pleasure of working with Caroline Hamlin, recruiter, during this time. Caroline is one of the best recruiters I have worked with to date. She is on top of things; meaning, she is in constant contact with candidates providing updates on a regular basis. My recruiters Cassie and Katie are truly exceptional in how the whole process of starting job process to getting interview worked out. I have never worked with a recruiting agency, but I am impressed with how every step is done. I had interview with a company in Florence ky today and thanks to Katie being there in the interview with me gave a level of confidence I had not experienced before. To have my recruiter right there taking notes and clarifying questions put me at ease, took off the anxiety and stress of interviewing, like having a safety net. Thanks to my recruiters advice on how to prepare for interview and questions to ask made me feel appreciated that they are looking out for me. Went to their downtown office in the Great American building. Was there for about an hour speaking with a recruiter that wanted me to come in. The guy said he had a local mechanical engineering position. The day after I met with him I emailed the recruiter the next morning to find out what the word was from the HR manager at the company. The recruiter made it very clear theyre always quick with responses and all that stuff. Well, the email said, I tried calling but right now it looks like the position has been placed on hold unfortunately. There may be some restructuring going on, and the approval for people to start has been placed on hold. This could be temporary, or it could be a longer timeline. This class act had no clue and wasted my time. Not to mention I had to pay for my own parking, since the guy had me come down during some huge event...that he knew about. Let this be a warning. You might have your time wasted.

Insight Global helped me get my first entry level, full-time position in the audio/video and communications technology field thanks to the amazing professionalism and diligence of Abby and Kyle. Great team and a great staffing firm as a whole! If they recruit you for an entry-level position, do not hesitate. The benefits are kind of disappointing, could definitely be improved upon. Expect to go on the healthcare exchange for the first six months.

As with most agencies, your experiences are highly influenced by the rep(s)/associate(s) you work with. I worked with 2 IG reps. They were both very nice in the beginning. One later resorted to scare tactics and threats when being asked to actually do their job. Honestly, I dont think this individual even realized how inappropriate and unprofessional their comments were. I would liken it to working for a 20yr old sales rep who has previously worked internships exclusively. The other IG rep was really wonderful and helpful when they could be. I honestly wish they worked for a better company.My time here was frought with issues. Some were due to IG personnels lack of knowledge on their own systems and some were just plain lack of effort. (ie 5 weeks of incorrect paychecks).IG needs some time to train up their associates, or just hire people with a few years of the world on their record.

DO NOT contract to hire with this company. They pay ZERO benefits. They say they offer insurance at 2 months. But it is 100% employee paid. They dont pay a nickel of your insurance and it could be 6 months before you are actually hired on to the company that they are contracting you out to and then have to wait for insurance from that company. So avoid this one Unless you are unemployed.

I arrived to scout the place and ensure I had parking. I road the elevator up, popped my ears from the change in altitude, then interviewed with Tyler. The water I requested was cool and crisp. View was acceptable, no complaints.

It is going on 4 weeks and I STILL havent even received my first paycheck! And because they are not the ones dealing with the situation, they dont really seem to care either....just say anything to get u off the phone. It does not take over a week for a piece of mail to arrive from Atlanta,Ga to Ohio!!!!! With that being said, if neither one of my 1st two paychecks is not here today (as they swear up and down it will) then I will have no choice but to do what obviously needs to be done legally. This is ridiculous!!!!!

Wouldnt recommend working for this company. They arent helpful or communitive. I had issues involving the time track system, it has been a complete nightmare. Then the following week I once again turn in my time because some jack wagon went in and changed my login information. This was after being reapeated asked NOT to change it. Even my supervisors emailed them not to change it. I dont think Ive ever been so stressed out trying to get paid. Definately dont and wont ever recommend this place to anyone.
