Went in there for a dental emergency and the staff saw me quickly. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I will definitely be looking their way first should I ever need anything.

I really liked Dr Martin and even enjoyed my visit. After exam, Hes straight to his diagnosis and recomendations for a treatment plan. Then you can ask him questions, and he explains things so you can understand-what it involves.

Staff is very friendly. The Dentist explains things in a simple easy to understand way. The office manager goes over the cost of the treatment along with your options. The office is very clean, neat, organized. The wait time was not long. Of course my appointment was early morning so I cant speak on the latter parts of the day. I would refer my family and friends.

I was able to make a same day emergency appointment as a first time patient.I was very impressed with the proficiency of every person I met. Dr Weber was very kind, he explained everything, and answered all of my questions. I now have a dental action plan, which is comforting. Great experience.

I feel like they got me in to the office very quick and got me the meds that I needed for my infection and they also gave me a break down of everything they thought that I needed done to have a healthy mouth and smile. Everyone there was very nice & helpful. I was there at 7AM. It was nice to be greeted so nicely at 7AM. Will for sure be going back for some more work. GREAT JOB !!

No one even looked in my mouth. Offered Tylenol and IBU which I had put on my medical hx I already take it for the arthritis, degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease, impinged nerves in my back and shoulders, the pieces of arthritis that float in my joints. 3 rd day of ATB and swelling is worse with throbbing. Cant eat or sleep. their advice is to carry on as is. But they took my 536.00 fast.

If I could give this business a negative star rating I would. From the incompetence of appointment scheduling to the lack of internal communication that seems to go on it is a straight up nightmare going to Aspen Dental. I had been there in 2020 and was told I needed bone graphs and extractions and due to the bone loss was recommended to get the 4 implants for dentures. I sent them the very same quote a year later and asked if it was still a good quote and what I needed to do to move forward with the process. I was told they no longer had an oral surgeon in Ohio or at their KY location but I could get it quoted without sedation, of which I was fine with. They sent me the quote which was over $4000.00 less than the first quote and I was told it was due to not being sedated and that general dentists prices are a lot less that oral surgeons prices. I paid them in full. After them screwing up my appointments several times I went today to get everything done only to find out the quote wasnt anything like my first quote and that instead of the 8 grand I had paid them it would now be 21 grand........still with a general dentist???? I wouldnt trust them to put air in my car tires at this point!

Scheduling experience was pleasant. The rep was polite and detailed. During the call I had questions about the initial visit and x-rays. Unfortunately, she was unable to get ahold of anyone at the location I was scheduling an appointment for, so she called another site to see if they could answer the questions. She went out of her way to make sure I had answers I needed and was informed of what would be needed from my insurance company prior to the appointment. I was given date and time options to choose from and an estimated time for a new patient appointment and cleaning.When I arrived at the Western Hills location, it felt like another company. First off we were running late and drove pass the location. I arrived 15 minutes after the hour. I was asked to sign in and was asked my daughter’s name for the appointment. The front desk person then got up to speak to someone in the back. She came out and blatantly lied 🤥 in my face. She told me my appointment was cancelled because a person from the office called me several times the day prior to confirm my appointment and I failed to do so. I explained that, that could not be true because I had just booked the appointment the day prior. She changed her script and said someone got my appointment and tried call at 5. Once again told her it was not true because I was still on the phone with the Aspen Dental scheduler making the appointment, who by coincidence could not get ahold of that location. I showed her my phone with the call dialed at 4:37 PM and duration of call. She looked something up on her computer as another office assistant tried to back paddle and tell the front desk lady that it was a new appointment so the call probably didn’t take place, just register me. The Front desk assistant then said “she was late.” She turns to me and says if you are more than 15 minutes late you can’t be seen. I told her I was signed in by 7:15. Her response was, ‘No, it was 7:17.’ Lol! To avoid saying something inappropriate in front of my daughter, I just glared at the lady. So, she offered to schedule my daughter for the next morning at the same time. I confirmed details about x-rays again before I left. Had my daughter’s panos emailed to the office and confirmed it had been received.We came in this morning for the 7AM appointment, completed new patient paperwork and my daughter went to the back. 15 minutes later, an office associate told me they were done and ready to talk about a care plan. I was baffled 😕! I went in and she gave me a summary of the dentist recommendation. I asked was the cleaning taking place after, she said no. I explained that I was told by the scheduler a cleaning would take place today and be prepared to be there a bit over an hour. She retorted that’s not the case, new patients only get an initial consultation. I would have to schedule the cleaning for another time. The scheduler was wrong and they tend to mess this up.So much confusion and dishonesty. I will get my daughter’s teeth clean and move on to another dentist. I see why this location get a 2 star rating. Work on organization and transparency.Why a 2 star and not 1, the scheduler was pleasant and my daughter stated the dentist had good bedside/ chair side manners.

I was so scare and nervous, a big baby. Everyone ensure I was in good hands and it was the truth.

1 month ago today I went to aspens dental praying I could get denatures before my birthday with very little hope. I was moulded an started on the process 15 minutes after walking in yet still in had very high doubt they could help me. But was assured by the kind an friendly staff THEY WOULD be able to an would help me get the teeth id been looking everywhere else to get for months now. Well the next week my mold was ready an. The fit was tested an back for the teeth placement an id be back in two weeks. 2 weeks I thought thats a week before my trip theres no why now for sure. So last week I came a saw the setting an was glad it was almost done so so down about no going to be able to get them before my birthdy/vacation i really wanted lobster in florida an then just as I gave up all hope DAJANEE one of the very kind an helpful staff (Who all smiled at me everytime I saw them) came in to tell me she had made a few calls an switched a rew things around an my teeth would now be her the day before my big trip. I was AMAZED an todays the day. Thank you TO EVERYONE AT ASPEN DENTAL FOR ALL THE HARD WORK AN THE GREAT JOB. THE SERVICE MADE THIS MY BEST BIRTHDAY EVER.

They tried to bill me for covered exam. The same company different locations have done the same to my mother(which cost her thousands) and my best friend. When I fixed the billing issue I was told they were putting together a plan for my dentures. A week later still no call to schedule. I guess being covered by United Healthcare Medicare/ Medicaid Im not worthy to be bothered with. I feel completely humiliated, I cant believe they get away with this. I will be filing complaints with the ADA and United Healthcare. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Everyone was extremely nice, and I appreciated them for seeing me at such a short notice.

So I just called and the first thing I asked was “do you take care source?” The lady responded by “ I believe so.” So 15 min went by with her asking me all my personal info and I kept telling her if you don’t take my insurance it’s irrelevant. Her second response “I’ll check at the end if we take your insurance and if we don’t as a new patient your first appointment is free from there we offer payment plans.” At this point I was done so I said “can you just let me no if you take my insurance so I’m not continuing to waist my time.” Her final answer and 20 min later NO. Word of the wise unless you have private insurance or money don’t t waist your time calling them because clearly they don’t care about your time nor answering your questions up front without trying to sell you a payment plan.

I unfortunately found this place with my new insurance. I called ahead of time to have the staff put me into their system. I got 6 calls asking and asking about my insurance which I found very odd !! I told them several times that I had great insurance and I had a dental emergency with my crown coming off and I had a lot of pain-- they finally gave me an appointment after several calls again for the next day? I walked in this place for a dental emergency which they claimed they did not handle until a hour worth of x-rays were done. I asked them why did they not tell me to bring my x-rays that I recently had done? They claimed that they were in business to make money not to help for any emergency matters. The Dentist (??) Dr. Huff was horrible as she told me that I was get more x-rays which I already did- I continued on and I was in pain as they were sticking objects in my mouth repeating x-rays again- She very huffy tore my crown out the rest of the way and never came back!! I was there almost 3 hours until I could not take the pain -blood was all over my mouth - No services happen and the place was almost empty except for me - The x-ray tech who was embarrassed and finally asked me to come back tomorrow?!! I said no thanks !! I am so glad for Better Business, Yelp and Facebook to let people know to stay away from that madness !! Got a couple fillings done the other day, quick and easy and polite and attentive staff. I’ve got a bit of a fear of the dentist but the staff were very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. Have an appointment for a couple more fillings in a few weeks and I’m sure it will most likely go just as well. Thanks!

Angela gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve had the past 55 yrs or so!! Warm, efficient hands; communication was clear (“turn”, etc.), and she worked diligently to give me fastidiously clean teeth! A++ for her!

I have to say everything went so well.When i made my appointment ,the lady gave me the wrong date,when i got to the dentist,they tried to fit me in because of the mistake,but did not have room for me.the front desk lady Apologize and said come in early Saturday,it was Wednesday. But she made me feel better by just listening and rescheduling me.when i got there Saturday morning i was giving an option to do an root canal or extraction which i choose that and befofe you know it i was out there was no pain when my tooth was pulled.i was very satisfied FIVE STARS ALL AROUND THEY TURNED A BAD SITUATION INTO A SUCCESSFUL VISIT THANK YOU.

Very warm and friendly staff the office was very clean and kept. I wish the insurance information was made a little clear before I got there and went through the motions. Very professional. I felt like I was in good hands.

The staff was really nice and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable through out the process. I was under the impression that I would just have my teeth cleaned and they would let me know if anything additional is needed, but instead, I wasted time off work to go to what was a consultation of racked up charges for services that havent even been rendered. This is not a normal dentist office. I think that customers should be informed of that process before they are scheduled to come in. Most people dont have the kind of money that you guys are charging for your services.

9k for four tooth extractions. Luckily I was able to go else where and get that quote knocked down by 8500bucks.

Ive had nothing but problems with this place. They are constantly rescheduling me. And when they do they do something wrong and Im having to be rescheduled again. Both times I went in to see the dentist about a problem I had to give up and leave after waiting more than 30 to 45 minutes and him/her never coming over.

My experience at Aspen Dental on Glenway was thorough and all of the staff were very helpful..They took time to go the extra mile so I would be comfortable throughout check in, x-rays and during my exam. Before I left Abbey showed me a compete breakdown of what my insurance would cover for my follow up. She was professional and the smile behind her mask showed in her eyes. That put me at ease and put a smile on my face too!

I chipped my tooth and schedule an appointment at aspen dental. I scheduled on Monday confirmed by their email on Tuesday that they sent and missed their call due to the time and my work schedule, and they canceled, but wasnt told. I was rejected from having my appointment even though I confirmed their email. When scheduling their was nothing about needing a verbal confirmation. All of this in a two day span findi g a different dentist.

I went to have teeth repaired and Aspen had done a wonderful job. Their service was exceptional and the professionalism that they show is spectacular. I would recommend Aspen to anyone that is in need of dental services.

Filled out the online medical questionnaire as I was asked to do. Its useless because it doesnt upload to office computers. I had to fill out a another questionnaire in office. Where did all my information go to?I requested a thyroid shield to protect the half thyroid I have left. I had to ask 3 times before the dental assistant would give it to me.They refused to clean my teeth as part of my prophylactic exam (included with my insurance). They wanted $1400 out of pocket. They took multiple xrays and would not clean my teeth which was the purpose of my visit.

Aspen dental services was and still is poor. They billed my insurance for services not done. They kicked me out after I confronted doctor Martin I have him on video apologizing. Compare your bills with their services done on you. Check what they bill your insurance for

Waited 2 hours for both me and my boyfriend. Kept saying they was waiting on our insurance to get back to them. Finally got seen, was looking for a consolation to get my teeth straightened and my boyfriend to get his dentures relined, after they didn’t do anything but take X-rays and the dentist came in and said that he would recommend me to get braces. Then got sent to talk about pricing witch was OUTRAGEOUS. For just cleaning and taking my wisdom teeth out was 2,000 (Didn’t even get a price on braces) with HUMANA insurance same price they came up for my boyfriends dentures. It had to be paid UPFRONT, they did not offer any sort of payment plan. I highly do not recommend. Just based off they’re pricing and the wait time. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

My appointment was at 6:00 pm. It was only for a checkup. I didnt get out of there until 7:30. Everyone was nice and professional but that was a little to long for a checkup. I

The staff is so professional, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. I came in with a traumatic incident to my mouth causing me to have to have 2 teeth pulled and i was very depressed about it but the staff uplifted my spirits and made me feel good again. I was pleased with the service. The guest bathroom is in need of toilet seat covers and paper towel. I don’t sit on uncovered public toilet but for those that do, COVID-19 is still in effect on public toilet seats and door knobs. These items should be provided regardless.

The Staff are very friendly and they let you know everything that’s going going from the roots to the gums of your mouth, I understood everything thay said, I even got a great pricing for my chipped teeth.

I had an amazing experience with Aspen Dental! After 25 years with my dentist (who is now my old dentist), I decided to try Aspen to see if there was a difference in the pricing for the procedures I needed done. Aspen saved me over $1,500 compared to what my old dentist was requesting. Working with the financial counselor Abby was great and she helped me get approved for credit to finance my procedure. The rest of the staff was professional and great to work with! Thanks Aspen Dental!

Overall the experience was great except for the wait time. My appointment was at 8:am and didnt get called until well after 9 and I was just there for a reline, something simple! They should do a better job scheduling patients based on the need of that patient.

The entire staff here was so amazing! Im very anxious when it comes to dental work, and they were able to make me laugh and have a genuine good time. Theyre willing to work with you financially, which is huge for anyone, but especially as a college student. The environment is relaxed, savvy, and overall great. Im actually excited for my next appointment!

DO NOT believe their lies that they can get you out of pain in their commercials. Contacted office explained my situation that due to work schedule I need a dentist who can address my issue that day which was 2 weeks BEFORE the date of my appointment. Made it clear if they couldnt do what was needed I can go to next DDS on my list, Oh yeah no problem we do it all the time well if true why do I have to wait for another month, yes one full month before even being able to get out of pain! I cant even go to another dentist now if I wanted to because they had me give them money (over $2,000) so they could get started thats when I became aware of having to wait a full month before getting my teeth address. Wish I had never contacted this practiced and just went out of network for our dental insurance It would have saved time and money NO would NOT recommend Aspen Dental to anyone

Made an appointment for 9am on the phone, but when they sent the info by text message the appointment said 9:30. I arrived early to fill out paperwork as requested, (since I never recieved the emailed version to do beforehand.) They told me to go sit in my car and I’d do the paperwork with the doctors..?? Super friendly staff, I was able to test the toothbrush and it was amazing. The dentist accountant I guess you would say, was very nice, even got me water when I needed it! I have a fear of the dentist but I could tell if I were to continue there, I would feel safe. Too pricey for me sadly!

Its been years since my last dentist appointment. I made an online appointment. Filled out the patient forms (highly recommended) and scheduled my appointment online. I arrived, signed in, they found my patient forms and took me back for my x-rays within minutes. I received a tooth and gum analysis, along with a cleaning, and two fillings all in the same day and it took a total of maybe 2 hours. My insurance covered almost all of it. The staff was nice, professional, communicated clearly, and very efficient with their time. I highly recommend this location for sure!

Had a wonderful time today at Aspen Dental. I was a first time patient, and they were friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I came in to schedule an extraction of my wisdom teeth and was able to get in for a teeth cleaning and schedule the extraction on the same day. Everyone I encountered was very professional, understanding and willing to answer all of my questions. The cleaning was gentle, but thorough. No longer will I dread returning to the dentist.The whole staff was awesome. Everyone was friendly and professional, I have no complaints about them or their service. My 2 daughters and I just had our first cleanings, x-rays were all done a few weeks ago. Although that has never been the norm before, we were new patients and I know they need our preliminary x-rays for their records. Very happy customers here.

Full disclosure, I dread going to the dentist, and it had actually been a couple years since I had been to a dentist. I have some gum recession and sensitivity that can be painful during dental appointments. But I have to say that the team at the Western Hills office was awesome, and they made my transition back to regular dental care effortless. Dani was super patient and gentle taking my xrays, Donna was efficient and gentle with my cleaning (I am picky and have only liked 2 dental hygienists in my life, and Donna is one of them!), and Dr. Weber was very compassionate and knowledgeable. The rest of the team was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dental office to any of my friends and family.

The dentist has been a terrifying experience since childhood for me. Everyone at the office was so considerate & kind. That. Makes the visit easier when you feel comfortable and at ease. Even if a little discomfort makes you better in the scheme of things

On the initial visit, I sat in pain for 40 minutes waiting for the business manager to meet with me, but she never did show up. When I finally got someone to check, they said she had to step out and would call me later at home. This never happened.More importantly, the pain medication prescribed by the dentist did not work. I called back to the office during business hours and got caught in the automated phone system. I punched the numbers for patient who has been seen here but has a dental emergency, but that just cycled me through the automated system again and again. When I managed to find an option for leaving a message, I indicated in the message that it was an emergency and I was in great pain. They did not return the call until FIVE DAYS LATER. And that may only have been in response to my feedback on three follow-up surveys they sent me in which I pleaded for a response.Do not go here. Ever.

I have just recently gotten my wisdom teeth removed at Aspen Dental and the whole process with Dr. Martin was finished in a matter of 30 minutes. everything was quick and painless, i wanted to wait a few days before leaving the review in case something came up but really nothing, the workers are nice and personable and they get right to business!

Ive been a patient at this location for about 3 years. My last visit was the worst experience that Ive had. My appointment was at 10:30 but, I sat in the lobby until 11:15. When I was finally approached, the woman didnt any real concern or interest in her patient. She did an exam on me then left me in a room from 45min-1hr. To top everything off, the purpose of my visit was for a cleaning but someone messed up so all I got was an oral exam and I had to reschedule for my standard cleaning all the way at the end of December.

I had a dental emergency while out of town. They were able to get me in and resolve the problem within a couple of hours. The dentist was gentle and reassuring. I have a fear of dentists, so that bedside manner was fantastic. The cost was reasonable and they were willing to work with me if it were nescessary.

I have mixed feelings about this Aspen Dental location. I booked my appointment online and tried to set one for the location nearest me. Instead it rerouted me to another office. I thought, maybe the one near me is not accepting new patients.I confirmed the appointment I booked online, but when I got there they didnt have it in their system. I had also filled out my paperwork online, but they didnt have it either. So I took the time to do it in the waiting room, which pushed back my appointment, which almost made me late for work.On top of all this, they were listed as a provider on my dental insurance and guess what, they dont take my particular plan.Im grateful they were running a free consultation special and that they had a cancellation to squeeze me in, but this has been ridiculous. I got news that need I procedure done, so now I have to find another dentist that is taking new patients and accepts my insurance.The staff there were extremely apologetic and the dentist was sympathetic, which I appreciate. Even the billing lady gave me some free samples of special toothpaste that I could use until I figured out my situation.Long story short, dont rely on technology to tell you whos in your network or if you have an appointment.

Great dentist office with pleasant and welcoming staff at times. I just wish they were more convenient for there patients who work Monday - Friday. By having all services available on Saturdays..
