I recently purchased the parts to assemble a new desktop computer. After assembling and disassembling the components a few times and trying a handful of fixes without getting it functioning I took it to this location to see if they could do anything.Owner assured me this was something their shop did. Came back with a 100 dollar charge for telling me that a part was incompatible without an update(bios on motherboard). This is true in theory but when I took it apart again the bios chip is clearly marked with an updated version number, meaning that he did not actually take my computer apart at all, the problem ended up being a short in the power switch of the cheap case I had purchased, something I feel should have been simple catch for a repair shop that was really trying. Do not recommend this place for actual computer issues as they didn’t open up my case and charged me for a full diagnosis anyways (which is why it was a completely wrong one)

Called for a quote on a job in my home. Person I spoke with didnt seem like he wanted to do the job. He was very noncommittal on the phone and never called back like he said he would. They missed out on a job I just paid $3000 for someone else to do.

They were able to do what Microsoft could not....., great work.
