Data Recovery Cincinnati and Curtis really saved me! Had a major hard drive fail (physically dead drive) which my support group was ready to trash and had over a year of critical data that turned out was not backed up. Not cheap but they were able to recover all my data within 5 days and kept me informed throughout the process which really helped ease my fears.The operation feels a bit cloak and dagger as I dropped the disk with a receptionist and picked up end result the same way so physically met Curtis or anyone there, but they have web based systems for quote and invoicing that were timely and accurate and Curtis stayed in touch via email and phone so I never felt like I was left hanging.Would definitely recommend if you ever find yourself in a jam like this and hopefully I wont need to use them again.

Data Recovery should be called Data Rescue because thats what they did for me! After my system crashed due to major power outage, I was rescued from a catastrophic loss of data!! Its a heck of a lot cheaper and less stressful to create a good backup plan and execute it than try to recover the data, but that doesnt always happen. I had just purchased backup software and an external drive a couple of weeks prior to my HDD failing, but had not actually created a backup process. Bad timing. But I took the failed drive to Data Recovery, and they were able to recover every file I needed or wanted. I was kept up to date on the progress along the way (it took almost a week and a half to do the job due to the corruption). All in all, a very good outcome for what could have been the tragic loss of a lot of data. I hope it never happens again, but if I need data recovery services, Ill be back to Data Recovery.
