I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Not only did they bend over backward to accommodate a last minute urgent need, but they did an exceptional job with a high level of professionalism. My girlfriend and I just signed a lease two weeks ago on a place that was lived in for eight years, and didnt seem to be cleaned in that amount of time. After scrubbing the rest of the house top to bottom, we rented a Big Green steam cleaner for the carpets. It kept getting clogged and we didnt have the energy or patience to work through it. I researched nearby carpet cleaning services and I found Power Cleans process to be intriguing. Let me tell you I am so impressed by how easily they took seemingly years of wear and tear to this carpet that I wouldnt even walk on without foot coverings- and made it into a carpet I enjoy looking at, and walking on with bare feet. I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a cheap, highly effective, and safe way to clean their carpets. Plus, its also very quick, both the cleaning and drying processes. I am overjoyed to say the least.

Power Clean Chemdry did an OUTSTANDING job on my familys kitchen tiled floor!! My son recommended calling Chemdry over our local floor/carpet cleaning retailer, based on his personal in-home experience, and Im so glad he did. Chemdry was the most reasonable priced estimate I received for a tile and deep grout cleaning, but hands down outperformed anyone else I could have called. In addition to the grout cleaning, they recommended one of several shades of grout coloring which I chose to have done. They worked meticulously for over 6 hours, and turned my once horrifically dirty/stained tile and grout into a brand new looking tiled floor. My son was shocked when he saw the finished job; said it looked like someone had just laid new tile. We finally have a kitchen floor back, worthy of my familys home. I would recommend this Power Clean team to anyone... also, Skyler was so respectful and trustworthy; the kind of person you wouldnt mind coming into your home! Great job guys.

From start to finish working with Power Clean Chem Dry was great! Amy was very quick to respond to my questions and very personable. We were moving into a home with carpet, our old home had all hardwood, and wanted fresh, clean carpet and thats what we got. They were quick and professional and we are very pleased! Moving into house where former owners had 3 long haired dogs. Did a great job with carpet and floor from all the dog hairs.

The cleaners were great, the floors look clean but the pet smell that we wanted gone is still there. We purchased the pet spot treatment, they used black lights to find spots but the pet smell didn’t really go away. They offered an odor treatment, but I opted for the pet spot treatment. I should have chosen the other.

Amy and the two young men who came out to clean my carpet could not have been nicer or more professional. I am not impressed with the process, however. My carpet didn’t look, feel or smell cleaner when they were done. As a matter of fact it was stiff to walk on and had a white residue where they treated for the odor. The odor treatment was 100% ineffective. I think their “proprietary solution“ is simply baking soda and water. I will say that once I vacuumed the white residue up it looked and felt better but still not better than when they started. Additionally, even if their odor treatment was effective they need a larger black light. They have a small, maybe 1 1/2 inch in diameter flashlight black light, which is totally ineffective for identifying urine stains on the carpet in the daytime. They are also a bit pricey given the ineffectiveness.

Power Clean Chem Dry was hired to clean my tile and grout in the lower level. The bathroom area was the worst with aerosol hair product residue buildup. I have to admit that my initial encounter was a nightmare leaving me feeling that the tile was cleaner BEFORE they came. However, the owner, Amy Hopkins, came out and cleaned everything. She made first contact with me to address the situation. Her customer service is GREAT. For the record I would use them again. I believe Amy is using this job as a training event for her crew. Thank you for a job well done.

The technicians were professional, punctual, and kind. We just closed on our house the same day and the company was flexible with us and accommodated our needs. Will definitely use them in the very near future. Oh, and we had LOTS of pet hair that was remedied as well. The service was top notch and the price was just right.

We used Power Clean Chem Dry for the first time last week and we couldnt be more pleased with their service from start to finish! The technician was very professional and knowledgable. We had issue with pet stains and they not only got the spots out but also used a specific product to be sure the odor was gone for good. I must say these young men were amazing! Our air conditioning went out and at 96 degree heat they gave the best service! They cleaned our carpets and our sectional couch. We have 3 pets and we had several stains, which all came up. They were on time, which was very nice. They vacuumed before and were very thorough. We will definitely use them again. We had two floors done plus the couch and the price wasnt bad at all.

The best experience Ive had with carpet cleaners. They were responsive, showed up early (after calling first!), and listened to what I was looking to have done. The carpet and sofa we had cleaned turned out great and all stains were removed. We had a room with some pet stains that we just could not get out no matter what we tried -- that room is now fresh as new.

We had just purchased a gorgeous vintage Karastan area rug that we realized once home smelled of cat urine. We had power clean come out and do that rug, along with all of our area rugs (another hand knotted vintage one) and family room carpet. EVERY rug came out beautifully! And the one with the issue is now clean and without the hideous odor. So grateful! Will use again every year for upkeep.

Amy was very quick to respond to my questions about their services. She did additional research into some of their products to ensure they would be compatible with my brand of carpet. The guys came on time, were friendly and professional, and did a nice job. Because of the type of equipment they used, we were able to see how much dirt was extracted from the carpet they cleaned. Areas took about twice as long to dry as they estimated (Smart Strand is pretty dense pile). I would use them again.

I very very seldom write reviews. Too lazy. But in this case I will as they did such an over the top good job. I was throwing a surprise retirement party for my wife. I obtained several competitive quotes for cleaning and polishing wood floors, cleaning and recoloring tile. I also asked them to include cleaning my composite deck and my composite garage floor.Their quote was a little more but when I spoke to Amy and her husband it became clear they had the right equipment and chemicals for any job but more importantly I fot vc a very good feeling they were going to meet my very particular standard.Amy’s husband has a floor installation company and really knows surfaces. He actually came to my home to determine the proper chemicals. He also made sure his helpers (who also include other family members who really care about customer satisfaction) had correct pressure settings etc.Amy probably underbid my grout as she was on our tile working until midnight on a job she quoted for less time. I bring this up because she knew this surprise retirement party was the next day. I had asked her to go ahead and do an extra room (quoted at a very reasonable price). She stayed until the job was done perfectly.I had picked a color for sealing the grout in our kitchen that I didn’t like. They had already special ordered the color for me (very cool process). But Amy had other colors she blended and I ended up with grout coloring that was what I really wanted. Amy spent the extra time making up for my mistake. At midnight when she finished, she apologized for being at my house so long instead of charging me for what was clearly my mistake in color choice.Follow up. There was a smudge area (my fault). I asked Amy to come back out for another room. Any fixed the area without additional charge while she was there for a different room.I was hesitant to have them clean my two pride and joys. Amy’s husband made sure proper and equipment was used on these surfaces. It started raining and they worked in the rain because they knew I needed it done that day Truly a perfect job.I truly can’t say enough good about their family team. I felt very guilty when the job was complete. They should’ve been paid more.I got lucky by finding them just by an internet search. Hopefully my review will help them get more business because I loved working with them. So that’s the review I never write.

I did a lot of research to find a company that did thorough cleaning of upholstery and rugs/carpet and then fabric protecting. Power Clean Chem Dry was excellent! Amy, the owner, was very responsive. I was able to get the job done quickly. The two-man team who did the work was great. They thoroughly checked to ensure the fabric could handle the steam clean but were prepared to dry clean if necessary. They were quick and did an excellent job. At the end, they gave me an assessment of my furniture and rugs and advised me how to handle stains with the protector. I also learned that a protector will help slow the fading process. I highly recommend Power Clean Chem Dry!

The young men were professional and polite. They went straight to work. Omg. He showed me the water after the extraction , that alone was was a must. The water looked super super muddy. The carpet is only 9 months old. I would have never guessed it was that dirty...omg.. Anyway, the job was well performed and the next day it looked even better... Cleaned our basement carpet very well! We thought we might need replace the basement carpet if we could not remove some old stains, luckily Chem-dry did great job and removed all old stains and we did not need replace the basement carpet! I definitely will recommend chem-dry to my friends!

They were very helpful but I think our carpets have been too abused. They did get the dog stains out and I know my carpet is clean but it still has dark traffic areas. The gentlemen were very kind and explained an issue they tried to correct but I just think the dark traffic areas we have to live with. I appreciate all their help.

I was completely impressed with the whole process but mostly impressed with the outcome. My carpets look great but that wasnt even the best part. A glob of slime that has been on my upstairs carpet for 4 years was annihilated!! ...4 YEARS it sat there pushed into the carpet fibers. Other carpet companies could never get it out but ChemDry made my jaw drop! I literally told the guy, dont worry, Im not expecting miracles and a freaking miracle was given to me today. I am SO impressed! I just wanted my carpets cleaned but they made the carpets look brand new! Forever a customer from now on!
