This is my local Zips in Colerain. It’s close to home, free vacuums with wash, and i even got a membership to come as much as I Want. The service from the guys I’ve talked to was great, professional and to the point. Vaccines are strong, free towels and never super busy. A good Valle for what you get out of it. I highly recommend. Dwayne helped me today and he was nice.

I have been here on multiple occasions, even signed up for the unlimited package. I was seriously thinking of canceling my membership because of how the younger people there handle customers. When asking a young man which way he was directing me, he replied “can’t you see are u blind or somethin”… that amount of disrespect almost had me acting as ignorant as he was.I DID have a great experience when a man named Kieth was guiding me in the wash. His direction was VERY CLEAR! Not like the other who will actually LOOK AWAY WHILE GUIDING YOU IN, and then act as if u can see your own tires when driving!I decided to speak to the manager and let him know that Kieth needed to be recognized because he seemed as if he really cared about being at work and making sure I didn’t drive over the rails and damage my car!

Kain was very very helpful when my vehicle was egged by some kids. He got all of it off the car before going through the wash. I am soooo grateful for him. Please if there is a bonus you can give him for being so helpful to me as a customer. He definitely deserves one. Thank you again Kain 💓.

I stopped by for a basic car wash and Dwayne noticed a few problem areas at the front of my vehicle. He stood out in the heat buffing out some difficult stains on the hood of my car. He went above and beyond; I will be back!The vacuums and towels were in good condition. Overall a great location!

The staff at Zips are always so nice and helpful. I appreciate how they clean the lot more often too. I recently purchased the $15 unlimited wash package that was on sale in June; I like it so much, I’m probably going to purchase it at regular price. Thanks guys☺️

The process of checking in was really easy. The gentleman that were there were very friendly. Dwayne greeted me with a smile and a wave as I pulled into the auto wash and was there if I had any questions since it was my first time. And the vacuums were free which is another bonus. Im definitely going to make this my regular spot.

Paid $25 for the most expensive package they offer and it didn’t even clean my car off. Very disappointed.

Most of the vacuums either dont work or have bad suction power. Basic car wash is $10 and still doesnt do a decent job. Make the trip to the Tri County location, MUCH better

They have really went downhill! The staff is always friendly but the wash smells like straight sewage. And just like everyone else’s complaints it never gets the soap off and lately it has been very spotty because of the dryers. I pay for 2 cars on a monthly subscription. This really needs corporate to fix it!

I hope this is not violating the rules but I want to share my experience. I went to get my car washed at Zips Car Wash on Colerain Avenue on July 4th. I was in a line and was the third and last car going into the wash and started banging into the person in front of me. To make it short by the time I was able to get out of there, I had slammed into them three times and they hit the car in front of them the same amount. After finally get hold of the district manger they told me after waiting to hear for two weeks that they were not responsible and gave me the license number of the first car who had already left. They said they dont pay for that because they dont consider it their fault. I have check the internet an there are so many bad reports with having damage due to bad equipment. I am not letting this go but I wanted to warn people of Colerain that you are not even able to get hold of them using their number Arkansas. Sorry this is so long but it has been a month and apparently I am not the first.

Started off strong. Now you have to wait to pull into the car wash, but not because there are cars ahead of you. Also, I dont know if they recirculate the water or what but your car literally stinks after going through the car wash. Pretty gross. I never knew the outside of a car could smell that bad. Half of the vacuums dont work. It went downhill fast.

Everytime I go to Zips, seeing Dwayne greet me every time makes me want to continue to purchase an unlimited plan forever. Courteous and knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of your car. Dwayne goes above and beyond expectations as an employee.

I went her for the first time to get my HHR washed and get all the salt off of it. I got the $13 wash and Im extremely unhappy with the quality of it. At first it was a great experience the kids loved all the lights, everything moved quickly, the guy working at the entrance was great at directing, but once I got home I realized my car was still a mess. The grill was still covered in salt like it was never touched, the back was still covered in dirt and salt and there was still soap all over so now theres big soap spots everywhere. I dont think Ill be going back.

I really like this place. I terminated my subscription with Mikes Car wash for Zips. Theyre vacuum sweepers are really strong. The only thing thats missing damn towels to dry and wipe down your car or someone to dry your car. This may make me consider Woodys, we shall see.

I went to the car wash to have a childhood experience and almost couldn’t because the back of my card is messed up, thankfully Dwayne genuinely cares about people and helped me out. I highly recommend! Probably going to be the only one I use from now on.

The wash is just ok. Usually the scan does not work properly. Have to wait on a employee. People overstuffed trash cans, trash blows to the green place by the street. Staff should empty trash often and ensure the front is picked. Does not give a appealing look to the business. If you have a issue, you have to waste time walking to the applicable area. Vacuums were great at first, now they are not.

Had to wait a couple minutes for an employee to come out. One of vacuums was not working. Car wash is nice and service is typically exceptional.

I have had a great experience with Zips employees. Kahn has always been pleasant but the vacs need help.

Gave the attendant $20 for the protect it service. He said nothing, went into the office, didnt come back out or give me a receipt. Drove up to the wash and they only gave me a basic wash. Will NEVER go back there again.

I got the $25 amount and my car windows still looked horrible. Mikes is much better.

After paying and going through twice my car still had so much soap on it. The workers allowed me to go through again which STILL did not help.

This car wash is sub par. It is not easy to access and once inside its quite confusing. Every other vacuum was not working and there was a ton of trash in the parking lot. As per usual when I left the car wash there was still soap on my car. I need to find out how to cancel my monthly membership.

Great car wash. They always give the front a good wash and scrub down. Unlimited wash for their top tier package is $35. Which is $30 cheaper than Mikes Car Wash and in my opinion better.

Vacuums pretty good this was my first time visiting here definitely would return !!! And I forgot to mention their vacuuming is totally free!!

When they were building this place, and the sign went up, I saw two words that made me very happy: Free Vacuums. I looked forward to the place opening so I could vacuum my car. While I waited, as I drove past each day, I thought about their marketing approach. I really began to appreciate how they were giving us something for free so we would remember to use them when our cars needed washing. I decided I was going to only have my car washed there. The place finally opened! I pulled into vacuum my car! And right there, in little letters on the machine, it says the vacuums are only free with the purchase of a car wash. What a disappointment! What a misleading sign! LOL

Dont ever get a membership!!! to cancel it, is a joke I went in the location to cancel and he said its canceled on his end but I still have to call customer service to cancel after being on hold for 25 minutes she proceeds to tell me I need my barcode number off my car I sprained my ankle im not walking to my car for no number that I didnt need to cancel at the location then I asked for a manager she said she not in the office I would avoid all zips at all cost

Actually pretty great . But you enter from left front lane to pay then go through to get washed. You donot enter from front close to Colerain Ave.Very high amounts of products put on car. Pretty cheap to buy Wax it multiple purchase in app. Like $36 for 6 wax & wax.

Pretty good car wash. Would give 5 stars but there was still soap on my mirrors. The prewash guy didnt spray down my passenger side. Other than that its a good value. $8 bucks and free vacumn. Cant beat that.

I was trapped inside the carwash today when the conveyor belt stopped working! I was stuck for about 20 minutes.One of the attendants banged on my window because he thought it was something I did. He climbed down inside the end of the belt and was able to get it working again. Im not sure how this happened but Im pretty sure it needs to be inspected or something! It makes me question my membership now

Gets the car very clean the 1st time. I use to hit mikes carwash alot but you had to do 2 passes just to get a decent clean. Havent had a carwash in a few weeks prior definitely will be returning. AWESOME CLEAN

I bought two monthly car washs and one doesnt work. So when my girlfriend went back to get her car washed her membership wouldnt scan. Twice I went to get it fixed and it still doesnt work. So I just paid 60 dollars for her and not once did hee stuff work!
