Worst car wash ever they work their employees to death , (I used to work there) they fire you for no reason even when you have a note. Do not recommend.

Wash was okay but no attention was paid to my rims even after I paid for the full package. Rims had spots all over them and still had black brake soot.

I always get the full service(interior and exterior clean). Great price for the quality of service. Downside is they don’t always seem to get the sap off the exterior of my car. I’ve heard great things about their car detailing too.

I have gone here for years. Most the time it is good but the last few times my 2018 car still had a dirt film on it. I think the initial spray Down the guys do prior to the machine would help this and should be done a minute or so longer. The prices are reasonable. I will continue going and I will check back in April/May to see if this improves.

The woman running the wash us rude and not professional. I do not recommend because of lady at front. The workers are great just poor management.

They do a great job of drying, wiping down door jams and glass after it runs thru the wash. Dont forget to tip those guys.

Best car wash I have ever been to they seem to really care about quality all staff are very friendly and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure my car is looking its best will definitely be coming back

They do a decent job. For about $20 they will vacuum out the car (were not talking detailing here, just a fairly fast vacuuming job that gets the big chunks), wipe the inside windows clean (they do well with it), wipe down the dash, and run your car/van through the wash and hand dry it. You can pay a few more dollars for additional services like vacuuming out the trunk, Armor All for the dash, etc. When its really busy, they probably dont spend as much time on each vehicle, but theyve never done a bad job. The other area car washes dont do any better for the price. Weve got a Honda minivan, which has never been damaged by the facility.

Definitely enjoy this place for about $30 including tip you can get the outside of your car washed and detailed quickly in between a full detail which you can purchase from these guys. No matter what time of year it is the staff is always friendly and very efficient frankly its a nice way to treat yourself and your car.

It puts out a clean car . its the only car wash that actually seals your car. I have seen that they have been making changes to the carwash to improve sales and customer relations. I love the wash and will be going back . hince I bought a book of washes at a reasonable price. Pluss Mikes carwash doesnt vaccume.

I drove up and ordered the interior/exterior wash. My car was not dented when I drive up. When it exited the wash, it had a small dent on the front driver fender. I left my contact info and asked to be called by the manager, who was due back in 45 minutes. When after 3 hours, I had not received a call, I called and spoke with one of the owners. She was very rude and essentially said this could not be (the damage) possible, they have never had a complaint in 22 years, therefore, my complaint could not possibly be valid . There was no offer to look at the dent, or even entertain the possibility that they could have caused any damage to my car (even without looking at it) I had to insist she look at the car. She said she was leaving in 15 minutes so come by in a few days. I insisted I come by then, and she reluctantly relented. Anyway, all was repeated when I got there. No possibility they could have damaged my car. Period. I know my car did not have the dent when I drive up, and it did when it came out. I have better things to do then try and get a free small dent repair from a car wash, this really happened. In fact, when I pointed it out to the worker drying my car after it exited the car wash, he acted like he knew it had happened. Obviously neither of us can prove our case, but the owners were rude and made it clear by their statements, customer service is not a priority at all. There are other car washes, I recommend you go elsewhere.

This company is terrible. I ordered the best wash and interior cleaning they have. I come back expecting a clean car and the outside of the car has spot marks all over it. I look inside the trunk and there is mulch all over the place from before the wash. They clearly dont fully do their job and it is a terrible company.

Having worked for them (or shall I say, having been worked by them) I would not recommend anyone going there for any service they offer. I used to manage for the company and you wouldnt believe how many corners a company can cut, all the while staying in business. Employees receive no benefits whatsoever and arent even presented the opportunity to obtain simple insurance. They use the cheapest products on the market (soaps, cleaners, waxes, etc) many liquid products such as de-greaser other liquid cleaners that arent concentrate and are already rationed are being cut up to 4:1. For example take your milk jug with 25% left, fill it with water and pour it on your cereal. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE DETAILED. I wouldnt even let them wipe down my wheels.

This use to be my go to car wash! Inside and out for $20.00 what a deal and they use to do a good job. Till February 6th 2017 when they ripped out my locking weather guard floor mats breaking the locks. Then was told they didnt do it that I should contact the company I bought them from and tell them they are defective. No offer to make it right...just denial that they did it! Im not one to complain...but they called me a lier!! I will never recommend nor do business with them again!!

Took my daughters Honda Odyssey in. Paid for the $20 inside and out cleaning. When I went to get in the car after they finished it looked like all they did inside was wipe the dashboard. The vacuuming was terrible. Still had gravel all over the floor and they hadnt even opened the rear of the vehicle at all. The seats still had crumbs on them, the cup holders werent wiped out. I could go on, but suffice to say they did a horrible job. I started to just leave, but decided to say something instead. The lady at the register. who I assume is the owner, looked at the car and agreed they did a bad job and offered to re-do it. But she did tell me they dont wipe down the interior of the car other than the dash. Why would anyone take their car to be cleaned and only expect it to be partially done? I didnt get that. So we waited while they re-did it. When we got home I spent about 1/2 hour vacuuming and wiping what they missed. I would never go back there.

Their employment is awful. They change how much an employee is paid every week. Nothing steady. Total rip off for the work given vs what the owners get from each customer.
