Seriously? Worst car wash. A soccer team working for donations could do better than this. Residue left all over the inside of the window. Poor experience. Avoid.

I’ve been going to this car wash for 16 years and today’s experience was horrible. I merely asked the cashier a question and he all but called me a liar. He started yelling at me that I was wrong and how he has been there for 17 years. I told him I’ll never be back and he said “good. Don’t ever come back.” He also told me to go to hell. His customer service skills leave a a lot to be desired. I’m guessing he doesn’t understand that the customer is always right whether they are or not. I immediately went to his supervisor, Brian and told him what happened. Brian went into the building for a few minutes then came back out, not offering an apology or anything. If I could give 0 stars, I would, but I guarantee I will never be back. I will also let my experience be known to everyone I know. Social media is a very powerful thing.

I paid as a AAA member for the full deal $24 ($28 for non-AAA member). !/2 toward my home I realized the whole interior was not clean at all Paid extra-charge).. Tires and rims were not touched (I paid for them, as well). I decided to go back. They did some of the required work, grudgingly! I do not recommend this place!

They half cleaned my car. Had to get a hand held vacuum to clean the interior didnt clean my back windows wipe the seats. It was terrible. I was not a happy customer this morning. No tip! I wish there was a car was that did interior and exterior where the staff really cared and did a good job. One employee did apologize. Thank you God. 😕

I brought in a very dirty vehicle and they basically detailed it for $17! They washed my car and hubcaps very good, vacuumed well (I had dog fur all across the vehicle), cleaned the windows and cleaned a lot of the dust off my dashboard. I feel like I ripped them off for the service I got!

I usually am very pleased with them but not as pleased this time. Too many hand smudges after my car was dried off. The door jams were not cleaned as well as usual. It wasnt that busy either. I will go back.

I give them a five-star rating cuz they deserve it. They did an excellent job cleaning my 2017 Jeep Trailhawk inside and out.Ill be back !

Just got a car wash, paid $21.00 and need to go somewhere and get my car vacuumed. They did better work when you were able to tip! I drove over from the Westside, not worth the money wont be going back.

They do ok. Seem to miss the details when cleaning. Also, I always have to remind them to do the tire dressing that I paid for.

Visited AAA Car Wash for first time because I needed a complete clean, inside and out. They did a great job. Upon final dry, one of the techs noticed that one of my wipers had come off. The manager directed me to go buy one from a local auto parts store and bring it back with the receipt. I did, and he replaced it for me and refunded the cost. All took about 10 minutes. I appreciate quality service, but I respect and appreciate accountability even more. Thank you, AAA!

After going here my blind spot detectors don’t work anymore . Maybe the company can fix it doubt it but I won’t be return . The staff is friendly and nice my exterior clean was fine but the interior clean for paying over 20 dollars is terrible you are better off spending 20 minutes your self cleaning . Lesson learned don’t pay for something you can do yourself and do it much better

Friendly people that do a less than ok job.Only one lane was open until I turned off my car because they were taking so long. The other lane opened because there was a good line behind me and I was not going to go forward until the car before me was going to get vacuumed.The outside got cleaned.There vacuums didn’t vacuum up my dog hair, which is fine because it’s hard to get up.I had my trunk open to let them know that I needed things vacuumed. I forgot to check it at the car wash and they didn’t do anything back there.

Remains the best car wash in Cincy. Its like getting your car detailed they are so tgouough. Far better than Mikes. No tipping which is nice.

I got the classic with my tires had to remind them to get my tires and I have a Honda civic 4dr and with 2guys vacuuming it still didnt look like it was done and it took forever last time going there .

I’ve been very loyal to this car wash for many years. The quality has been gradually declining since AAA took over. I just had my car cleaned there for the last time. Hardly touched the interior. I know it is fairly inexpensive, but please at least try to make an effort. Very disappointed.

Im very disappointed. The price of $27 for the service is not acceptable. My car still had ashes in console. On the floor around the driver seat. I still tipped the attendant because she was very personable. I wont go back. Ill do a better myself for way less.

This has always been one of my favorite places to go because the car wash is reasonably priced and they also clean the inside of your car for you. I have been going to this car was for years, but the quality has declined since its no longer Rainbow. Now, you need to check your car to make sure that they are cleaning everything.My most recent experience was at a time when they had very few customers but were well-staffed. Because my dog rides in my back seat, I asked them to wipe down the back seat, but didnt notice that they didnt wipe the door panels, which are still covered in dried drool. They cleaned the floor mats, but they are still dirty, and they didnt clean the pedals or areas that need extra attention. And even though they cleaned the inside, there was still a good amount of dust and crumbs that were not touched. A disappointing experience.UPDATE - Thanks for contacting me. However, the store manager did not contact me as you suggested. Im adding pics of the untouched doors.

Old school with the dreads stole my belongings out my console and when I called to complain, I was dismissed and told they would look at the cameras. I’ve going here for two years off and on they already only do a mediocre job. Now they stealing on top of it!!!!

After paying $20, I was unsatisfied. The wash was sloppy, dirt spots left on car, black color place on car where unpolished (dull look), wax wasnt Evenly distributed over car. The gas station car wash does it much better

I went this afternoon to get my new car washed and detailed. After they were finished I was completely dissatisfied with interior. I even paid extra to have my trunk vacuumed and that had clearly not been done. In the midst of all of the chaos I was hit on by one of the workers. The absolute very last thing I wanted (or any women wants). I asked to speak to the manager (can’t remember his name). The manager’s first reaction was claiming that I didn’t pay for the extra detailing. Even though I did and he was the one who rang me out!Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this place ever again. I would recommend you go somewhere else and pay double because you get what you pay for.

I always get great service here. Their prices are also very reasonable considering they clean the inside of your vehicle on top of a great wash. Cleaning crew will also won’t rush unless you visit on weekends or a busy day.

I just left this place and I feel like I would be more satisfied had I just rolled passed the place and threw my $30 out the window and kept it going verses sitting in line for 40 minutes for the most half ass car wash Ive had in the history of my life. The cashier was by no means hospitable. Yes the crew vacuumed out my car and washed my floor mats... but they put the mats back in my car wet. I drive shoe-less and wet floor mat on the bottom of your feet feels gross. They also missed cleaning my chrome rims, the white walls on my vogue tyres, my inside windows, and my dash board. When I told them they missed cleaning my rims & vogues this guy wiped on the tires as I put my daughter in tbe car and about time I get done locking her in the seat the guy was gone. And my tires still looked a hot mess. There wasnt anyone else around so I couldnt complain about the half ass job. This will be my last time frequenting this car wash. It just hasnt been the same since it changed hands from RAINBOW CARWASH.

Its a really incredible deal. Im so accustomed to just having the outside cleaned and then having to do the insides myself. But this place does the inside and out for a really fair price. Hearing about it, I thought this would be very expensive, but I spent less than $20 for services and I was very happy with the outcome.

Midiocre at best. We paid 26.00 for interior and exterior clean and the only thing done on the interior besides vacummed was the dash. The doors werent cleaned out at all.

I live in the Kennedy Heights neighborhood. AAA Auto Wash is very close to my home. My family is AAA members. I believe in supporting local businesses. What I have not appreciated being asked for tips when its clearly posted NO TIPS. I leave thinking do they ask everyone or is this because Im a female. The inside of my SUV is not as clean as I prefer. Dashboard not completely clean, seats still have crumbs, and vacuum missed a couple of spots. All of this is pre COVID-19.

Honestly havent been here in years but tried it out ... the interior was barely touched there was still my dogs hair in the back and any little trash I accidentally left was still left in the car. The outside wash seemed nice but the guy walked around the car barely even wiping the bottom , now I have to re wash and wipe the doors myself (I paid for the premium) . He left my car sitting for 5 min and came back and did a final wipe on the door and thats it . The good was barely touched my front bumper was never touched and the bottom panels were completely ignored . To top it all off the guy wiping it down told me you know we take tips on holidays right? I didnt have cash on me and thats all he said . I am a AAA member and this wasnt even worth it with the discount will never go back and will encourage others to not go here as well .

I had been using AAA regularly but the last time I got my car washed there, I had a very uncomfortable experience that made me not want to ever go back!I actually appreciate that there are signs indicating that tipping is not allowed as I hardly ever have cash on me. After my car had been cleaned, a worker held my car door open for me. He had my car keys in his hand. I got in the car and reached for my car keys, expecting him to hand them to me. He actually pulled them away and held them away from me and asked for a tip!!! It felt like he wasnt going to give my keys to me until I paid him. Made me SO uncomfortable and mad! I wish I had gotten his name to report to management.

I stood outside as they pulled my car out to be wiped off. It wasnt 5 minutes they were waving that my car was done. I looked around it and water was still dripping off of it and they hadnt touched my rims. They were wet and dirty. I told the guy and he said it was not a detail. I didnt expect that but for $25.00 I expected better. Will not be returning .

Got the best carwash in town for $20. If youve been going to Mikes carwash or any other canned carwash place and spending $20 on a wash, try this place to see the difference. Youll get vacuumed out and interior wiped down and of you have a AAA membership, you get a discount.

Rims were not cleaned, dash not wiped down, tire gloss was abysmal, still hard bird droppings on passenger window, water stains on mirrors and thats supposed to be premium service? Loved it better when it was Rainbows.

It is my first time to have my car washed at AAA and I paid for the premier service. However the result was not so premier. The exterior cleaning was good but the interior service was subpar. There were finger prints on the wind shield and dash board remained dusty. They vacuumed but ignored the obvious crevices even if its visibly dusty.

Often crowded on weekends and after work, but they do a good job at a fair price.

AAA Auto Washs are my go to when my car needs a deep clean for a good price. They are, what I consider to be, one step off a detail.

They used to be very good until the past few months. They must have reduced half of the management.

They were fast but the inside of my car, which I paid to have cleaned, looks like it was maybe lightly patted with a rag for 30 seconds at best. Will not be returning. I suppose it’s ok if you just want the outside of your car washed.

This car wash is not trustworthy. Opened my center console and found it all messed up because it had been rummaged through. I used to go to the Central Parkway location and never had a problem, but this place on Madison Rd. just wants to steal from you. Not going back.

Honesty, Friendly and trustworthy I use for my personal cars when I can not fine the time to hand wash my car that day, and have for many years they make sure they don’t wipe your wheels than used the same towel on your paint work, that’s a big one some brake pads have material dust that will scratch paint also when and if they drop a towel they don’t use it again, another big one can pick up the finest dirt and scratch paint Also they wipe from top down instead of side and up top maybe get marked or scratched scratch the paint on top surfaces, Also all rocker panels and wheel lips are wiped and the rags never used on Body to scratch paint I am a Restoration Company for Bentley Motor Cars Sam Smyth Imports authorized Independent Bentley Motor Car Work shop I can say so far they have for many years done the work very much correct and do not use harmful chemicals to hurt your interior you can’t use a BMW interior cleaner on a Rolls-Royce or carpet cleaner in a Rolls-Royce it’s real wool carpet you will discolor it and so on Some leathers you can’t use anything that says the words (cleaner) on it on high end cars from overseas

Rainbow was the best car wash in the city!! AAA now owns it and it is still my preferred car wash, but they are not as detailed as they use to be. Not too expensive for what you get. If you have a concern, they will fix it. That’s comforting

Very disappointed. Sunny day with only 3 cars in line. I’ve been a AAA member for a very long time. Interior with the exception of the soaked rubber car mats looked untouched. Windows streaked as I drove into the sun. Won’t take my car here again. Better off using a mobile service that comes to you for the price. Would rather be able to tip if that meant better work.

This place has gone downhill since Rainbow. The last two times the inside didn’t get wiped down and my windows didn’t get cleaned. I’d recommend finding another place if you can.

This is by far the best car wash in Cincinnati. Clean, fast, efficient. Staff is very friendly and they do not accept tips. Always get you in and out as quickly as possible. They are so good that its best to go after lunch as there is usually a line out on Madison.

Paid $25 for the premium wash added for the air freshener and trunk vacuum. They didnt touch the trunk, forgot the air freshener. Didnt touch my dash or center console with vacuum or towel. Worst of all, they wiped my windshield with a dirty towel or something because I couldnt see through it when the sun hit it. Not at all worth working over an hour of my time to afford a clean I had to redo a couple days later when I got time.Used to be a great place before it was AAA.

I also ask why so many bad reviews? I have been using Rainbow, now AAA, car wash for at least 5 years monthly and have had only positive experiences.They vacuum, spray floor mats, machine-wash/wax, detail the interior and all windows. Not bad for a state of the art car wash system, hand driers for the door jams and wheels, and the pure pleasure of watching the machine at work!All in all, a solid, high-end machine wash

My parents went there all the time when it was called Rainbow car wash. When AAA took over. Its like they dont care. Ive had more issues with the inside windows not fully getting done. (After 5 people were inside there)

I waited an hour. They had four lanes and do nothing to ensure that customers are served in the order they arrived. In this era of bullying, I was bullied by two men in two separate vehicles, nosing in front of me. There were at least 20 cars that pulled in after me, and somehow I was the last of five to go through at the end of the day. Otherwise, they did a pretty good job and at least the employees are courteous.

They clean your car inside and out for a fair price. Sometimes the line is long, and 20 minutes from arrival to exit is common during busy hours. But worth the wait. Friendly staff.

If you want your vehicle to be rummaged through and personal belongings stolen, this is the car wash for you! Just visited today and before leaving my vehicle I put sunglasses and other items from my console in the box under the armrest. I did this on purpose as I have experienced some things missing in the past and other than the dealer nobody ever accesses my vehicle. I placed papers on top of all the items in the box to try and hide whats underneath. After they were done I opened the box to find the papers had been crumpled and basically the entire contents moved around. They didnt even try and hide the fact they were going through my stuff. This place has always done a great job with washing but you cant trust the hoodlums they hire to drive 20 feet without trying to steal from their customers.
