I moved to Cincinnati a little under two years ago. Prior to that I always used Zeibart in my home town for my window tinting needs. So when I bought my brand new Sonata I stayed loyal to the company who always provided me quality service, and called the local Cincinnati Zeibart (Beechmont) up.They got me right in the next day. They went over their night drop off instructions which was an easy and convienant option for someone who works 1st shift hrs. The next morning they called me to confirm my preferences before starting the job. They offered quality advice and got the tint job completed that day. They stay open until 5:30 pm during the work week to accommodate 1st shifters, which I appreciated. They even told me about a tint special they had going on to save me some additional money. The customer service, quality of workmanship, and the fact they offer a lifetime warranty on their work, makes this company a standout!

I contacted Ziebart the afternoon of June 10th to inquiry about getting a spray-in bedliner and the front windows tinted on my 2019 Chevy Colorado. They fit me into the schedule literally the next day on June 11th and completed both the spray-in bed liner and window tinting by 3pm on June 11th. Talk about EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I couldnt be happier with the bed liner and window tinting. The appearance of my truck is completely transformed for the better and I have the team at Ziebart Beechmont to thank for it. The team was exceptionally thorough and timely. I will forever be a Ziebart Beechmont customer! Thanks again guys! Alex

I have the diamond gloss protection on my truck and I also purchased the ceramic Z gloss for my suv and the quality of these products are phenomenal!!! I purchased a Tonneau cover for $1100 from this shop. Two days after it was installed, the cover came apart where it was secured to the truck bed. The metal clamps that secure it to the truck were glued into styrofoam and just pulled away; very cheap construction. I called Ziebart on Beechmont Ave where I bought it and told them that the cover was defective. They told me to fold the cover up and return it to the shop and they would take care of it. I explained that the cover was jammed and would not fold up and that I had 500 hundred miles to drive and could not take a chance on ruining my tools, which would be in the truck bed. They told me to just bungee cord or strap it down somehow. So, I bungee corded my $1100 cover and returned to the Ziebart shop where I demanded a full refund. They said that they had never had a request to refund a cover and that they dont refund, that its up to the supplier. He gave me an 800 number to call, which I felt was crazy and I told him so. I went out to my truck and called the 800 and the supplier told me what I already knew, that the shop that sold me the cover is the only one who can refund me. I went right back in and was telling them what the supplier said and the phone rang, it was the supplier. I could tell by the conversation it was not going well for the salesman. To divert my attention from hearing the call the other salesman at the counter said, Oh sir could you show me your cover Im curious to see what happened to it. That was shady and dishonest on any level. I continued to demand a full refund and they made me wait while they spoke with management concerning the refund. When I asked to speak with management the salesman wrote an email address on the back of his business card and said to make my request to management via email. Instead of continuing on I ended up agreeing with them to exchange my defective cover with another brand cover since they would not refund me. The new cover seemed to be a better cover but they installed it incorrectly. It had a 3/4 open gap above the tailgate and was sitting too high on the side rails. Anyone could see that it was on wrong. I called and spoke with the manufacturer and he said it was on wrong. I took it to another shop and they said it was on wrong. I called Ziebart on Beechmont and told them and they asked me what the manufacturer said about how to install it. Imagine asking a costomer on how to install a product that you sell@#! I told him that I was bringing it back and that it was his problem to figure out. Long story short, the two salesman were always polite but I feel were not truthful and did whatever they could to get me out the door. I definitely would not recommend this business.

This place dont back up anything that they mess up. If they back up something they will tell you that its not warranty anymore. I just had my truck there a month ago and they messed up a part of the window sticker and they take no responsibility for anything.

Working with Ziebart has been excellent. We wanted to get a remote start put in my 2007 Toyota Avalon, and it is apparently not an easy car to get a remote start to work with as we learned! Throughout the process, they were very up front and did a great job of keeping us in the loop as they tried to figure it out. They went out of their way multiple times to get us in and get everything fixed and working. They were always incredibly professional, even when my car did not work as expected and showed patience and persistence. I really appreciate their hard work and above-and-beyond service!

I purchased a new 2018 chev Silverado in December on 2018. I had Ziebart do my rust proofing, paint sealant, interior protection, window protectant and also the spray on bed liner. I also purchased the bed cover as well. They told me to bring it back once a year for inspection Everything was greatIn August 2019 we purchased my wife a new 2019 Equinox. We had everything done at the Beechmont store as well except the bed cover.They again told me to bring it back every year for an inspectionIn December on 2019 I took my truck in for its first yearly inspection and then they told me it was going to be a cost of $250 +/- I can’t remember. I was shocked. They just assumed I wanted the paint sealer again but I didn’t and that’s when I found out that I have to pay around $70 each year just for the inspection. No one had ever told me that there was a fee involved each year you bring them back. I had purchased the package in two vehicles and still no one told me that.He also said if you go thru your dealer to get the package, there wouldn’t be an annual feeI was really upset about this because no one had told me either time. You should tell someone exactly what the process is and the costI keep having problems with my bed cover and have had it back 3 times to fix and it still isn’t correct It’s not fitting correctly and keep leaking in the front and back. I know it’s no it quarantined to it leak but it’s bad.Thank youBarry
