We had storm damage to our sunroom. Hudepohl Restoration totally rebuilt our room, making it better than before. They were very neat, cleaned up each day when they finished and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The work was professionally completed. They did an amazing job. This company was professional from day one. They showed up, listen to our concerns and preferences. Pat managed the project and called every week with updates/checking in. Any issues they were quick to address. I loved not having to deal with the insurance paperwork. We hopefully wont have any more water damage! But if we did, we would use them and we certainly would recommend them to our friends.

I had a tree fall on my roof and Hudepohl did all of the repairs. They replaced my entire roof, fixed the siding and gutters and replaced a broken fence rail. Patrick from Hudepohl was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He always kept me up to date with every detail of the project. The quality of the work and quality of the materials were great. Hudepohl Restoration is super easy to communicate with and schedule work to be done. Scott did an amazing job remodeling after my sink flooded my kitchen. He even called ahead to see if it was okay to be 20-30 minutes EARLY! I couldnt have asked for a better company to come out to my home and fix the damage in my home- they definitely took the stress off of my shoulders and made the whole process a breeze. Our condo suffered waste water contamination from a unit on a higher floor. Vicki came out within days after Hudepohl Restoration was given the assignment of assessing whether the waste water created residual issues like mold or mildew. She prepared a detailed quote and completed a rigorous inspection, going through several layers of material starting at the ceiling of the bathroom involved. Other rooms/closets within the condo were tightly sealed off to contain dust created when ceiling tiles were removed and additional layers of material were penetrated. Fortunately, no mold or mildew was found. However, the ceiling tiles (granite) which were removed could not be matched exactly, so Vicki prepared a supplemental quote to replace the tiles on both the ceiling and the walls of the bathroom. Our insurance has approved this supplemental proposal and we expect to begin the next phase of re-tiling work shortly. Throughout the process Vicki has demonstrated impressive expertise and total commitment to doing the job well. We have been extremely satisfied to this point and expect to feel the same after the project is completed.

I used Hudepohl as the company to fix my floors and walls after water damage. Vicki and Zach were very helpful and did a good job. You can’t tell my floors had to be replaced which was the goal of the restoration. Thank you!

Our house suffered substantial damage when a very large tree fell on it during a storm in April. Hudephol Restoration was on site the next day to assess the damage and tarp the house to avoid additional water damage. Then they rebuilt a significant portion of the house. We recently bought a new house. Hudepohl was the restoration company from the previous owner and had competed the work from the house fire that happened before our purchase. We noticed quickly that there were things that weren’t done correctly, and we fixed them. However, the windows started to leak, and we called several times, because they are under warranty. They finally setup a time for them to come out on a Tuesday and they no-showed. They rescheduled for Sat morning between 8-12. Again, no one showed up. We sent an email and they told us that someone had been there and no one answered the door as well that it had been pouring rain. Neither one of those things are true. We have small children and waited all day, we were there, they lied. So, two men showed up at 4:00 to fix the windows. The caulked the outside of the front windows which is where the problem was, the windows in the back were not looked at or had a problem with them. I am then feeding my children dinner and I notice they are in our backyard, again not near the windows or inspecting the windows. To get to our backyard, you must walk around our garage and through a fence. They did this to go to an In-ground fire pit to wash their hands with the collected rain water from the last few days. This fire pit is approximately 50 yards away from our house and you wouldn’t know that we could see you until you saw us looking at you from our back door. Even more confusing, there is a water spigot underneath the front windows that they were working on that works and is much more obvious than going around someone’s house to an in-ground fire pit you cannot see from the front of the house. This is not okay to let yourself into someone’s backyard and it is not okay to not have addressed why you were back there. It made me and still makes me uncomfortable as to why they were in my backyard.This is odd behavior and unprofessional, I have never worked with a company that has allowed for lying to customers and allowing them to go into areas of the customers property that they were not allowed into.

Wish I could give this company a 0 star. After our house burned down, this company came out to our house, unannounced, didn’t notify us that they were going to start demo and clean up. Per our contract, no work was to be done until 1/2 payment was made, additionally, we had not signed off stating that our salvaged valuables were out of the house. We still needed to inventory these things for our insurance. Vicki Dick (project manager)had apparently told her subcontractors that the house was a total loss and that they could take of ours what they wanted. The owner, Tom Hudepohl, has agreed that the work should not have been started without notifying us first, and has offered to replace items that were stolen and give us free upgrades to the house in an attempt to keep our business. We have filed a police report and they are currently under investigation. This company will scam you, they will lie to you, and steal your possessions if they get the chance. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Please think twice before hiring them, or you may end up being in the same position that we are. They’ taken advantage of their position and prey on those whose lost so much already.

My insurance company hired them after hurricane Michael to tarp my roof in Panama City FL. First they charged me $2000 for a tarp that didnt even cover my whole roof. Next the tarp began to come off my roof ten days after installation. I contacted them and was told someone would return to my home to repair the tarp. After a week of hearing nothing I contacted them again and was told they had left the area and I should get my insurance company to get someone else to tarp my roof. Pathetic.

We are so thankful we had Hudephol in charge of our flood damage in Westport Kentucky in February of 2018. Patrick and his crew were diligent in getting or repairs completed. Hudephol was totally familiar with what needed to be done to conform with insurance and FEMA regs. I recommend Hudephol wholeheartedly for any restoration work you may have.

We hade over 17,000 dollars work done was like pulling teeth on communication .the gutter were installed they looked good but were not sloped properly water pours over the side can not get them to fix the problem.its been 2 years tried several other contractors they say that they would have to completely replace the gutters to get it right and whoever did it had no clue what they were doing. we ahad a new deck put on new support for existing room addition gutters down spout a small block wall which was supposed to be rock took 6 months and a lot of back and forth to get it done,An update on hhudepohl restoration. after my initial review I received an email from hudepohl stating that they were so sorry for my difficulties and that they would replace my gutters and make them right they had a new administration and wanted to make it right! after a couple phone conversations a date was given WOW problem is i havent heard anything further and they wont answer the phone or return my calls

Excellent experience with Hudepohl Restoration -- started in January when my mothers house (which was unoccupied and on the market to be sold) had a major pipe freeze. This resulted in massive water damage to the family room and basement, and condensation on the walls throughout the entire house. Hudepohls team got on the scene almost immediately, assessed the situation and deployed drying equipment everywhere. Ultimately, the walls and ceilings in the family room had to come out and be rebuilt. Toms team took water readings to ensure no lingering mold or mildew. After the initial disaster recovery, we contracted Hudepohl to do some additional home improvements as well. Once the house went back up on the market, it sold within two days. Big thanks to Tom and Tayler for their advice, professionalism, and no surprises approach throughout the process.
