I was very pleased to find out these services were available in my neighborhood. The building is very convenient, new, clean, and easy access. The employees were professional, friendly, and skilled. I was in and out within ten minutes with no appointment necessary.

Lab tech took 3 vials of blood. 3rd vial barely had any blood in it. As leaving I saw the tech pouring blood from vial 1 and vial 2 into vial 3. Also lab tech dropped gauze pad on bench, then picked up and put on my moms bleeding needle puncture (during covid 19). Both of these actions are contamination risks. Supervisor was suppose to call me but never received phone call. Would never use this lab again!
