Larry Hosty Is the most professional of Professionals we have ever worked with. He came out and not only answered all of our questions, but gave us great ideas for what we needed to do as we continued to upgrade our new home. We knew we needed flooring, but how he was able to show us cabinets and countertops blew us away. We will never us any one else.

What can I say, Prosource and Jennifer have been a GREAT find for us! We recently built a house and wanted to put in hardwood. She ordered it months in advance so that we could get the sale price and then worked with us to get it installed. We were so pleased that we used her for basement carpet as well when we finished. She has been very easy to work with and it has been a please. The installers were professional and did a very nice job on both installs.On the hardwood, we ran into a problem on a Sunday and Jennifer was on it even though it was a day off. She worked on the problem to be sure that the corrected product would show up before the installers needed it.I would highly recommend both Prosource and Jennifer.

Customer service was exceptional. I live out of town and was purchasing carpet for a house in Reading I was getting ready to sell. Jeff went above and beyond by using FaceTime to help me pick the carpet colors when he went to measure. He made what could have been a stressful situation go smoothly. Company needs to be more clear on who is allowed to enter their store. Did not know had to be a special member of their secret society to be helped. Made us feel very degraded and as we were a bother to step a foot in their door.

I do not recommend this company for kitchen cabinets. we ordered 13 cabinets, when we opened the boxes we had a shock, out of 13 cabinets, only one was good. a lot of damage, door curves, hinges are not set correctly as my husband is a carpenter, he measured and saw it all. painting is just awful. when a person from this company came to our house, we opened the last two boxes and there were injuries, she recognized that the work was bad and she also said I don’t know what happened to the guys. they want to change only five offices, and what to do with the rest? My husband said that it’s just not possible to install it perfectly. Delivery was also a problem, they did not warn that they could deliver it only up to two hours. I work until 3:30 and could not accept. they said that the driver would come and unload it all on the street, well I went to meet them, my son accepted it, the driver gave him parts and he carried these weights with a broken arm. they received from me the entire amount of $ 6000, and now they do not want to return. I know that they must return the money, but now this is a big problem... Today ,2 month since I bought the kitchen from this company , no one calls and is not interested , that is , they sold a poor quality product and they dont care , and most importantly , they understand it . I am going to bring them all the cabinets back myself . Beware of this company , scammers... P.S OK I just saw that I received a very beautiful answer to my review, it was a month ago. During this month, no one called and offered nothing. These cabinets are not printed out, they don’t pick them up, and they don’t want to return the money. Now my lawyer is working on this. I have enough information and photos that during these five months this company has not made a single step to correct this situation. It is also moral damage, the manager sent me email and said that the cabinets are good and don’t need to spoil them. STAY AWAY from this terrible company.04/14/2019. Today I saw that they independently, without my knowledge, withdrew money from my bank account. And Im going to turn to a lawyer.

We havent spent a dime here yet, but the service has been outstanding. Our contractor suggested we come here to shop for flooring and maybe some other items. Emmilee has been super helpful, both in person and via ongoing email conversations. She suggested we work with their designer, who helped us digitize our room dimensions and visualize alternative layouts. These two have spent /hours/ with us, and we havent decided on anything or bought anything. When were finally ready to buy I hope its here because these people deserve my business.

My family been dealing with this company since October. First of product was not matching what we ordered at all and besides all the fake products everything was broken. ProSource decided not to do anything about it but just collect our money for damaged products. I highly advise you not to use this company if you want your product to be presentable and perhaps not broken. ProSource is a fraud company and I will not hesitate to say they are bunch of crooks for taking the money and giving us products we did not ordered in first place. I wont wish upon my enemy to go through what we went through with this FRAUD COMPANY. And if they respond sorry for your inconvenience trust me they not sorry.

As a contractor,I have dealt with other Prosources in other states ,and most have been helpful. The few times that I tried to deal with this place ,they act like you are bothering. I dont know how they stay in business with such a poor attitude toward people who wanted to do business. I would not recommend anyone going here.

I had a wonderful experience with Denese in helping me find the perfect kitchen cabinets and counters for my kitchen. There were many styles of cabinetry to choose from and she helped me pick the right style and options for my needs. Pricing was competitive and Denese was a pleasure to work with.

Spent almost 15k with them and received some of the worst craftsmanship and customer service ever. They even melted my high end vinyl flooring their incompetence was amazing.

Great quality flooring with excellent customer service!

I am a contractor and called this place to start doing business with them. I got in touch with a younger salesman who never answered his phone or returned any of my calls. Terrible service at this place. He promised the world and delivered on absolutely nothing. I wish i could remember his name. He dressed nice and seemed a little feminine. The first time i tried to do business with them, i lost a job because he didnt deliver on the carpet i was trying to buy. The funny thing is they still send me mailers. What a joke this place is.

As a remodeling contractor, I appreciate the selection, the clean and organized showroom available to my customers, and certainly the professionalism of the Prosource crew. I have been working with Prosource of Cincinnati for a dozen or so years. Jennifer has been my account rep for much of that time, and shes been great, and I also know I can rely on other reps should I have an immediate need and cannot reach Jennifer right away. Denese handles cabinetry, a newer addition to the Prosource line card, and Ive been impressed with the speed with which she can crank out a kitchen design, modifications, etc. All in all, I pleased with Prosource, and consider them to be an extension of my own team.

After making the difficult and expensive decision to remodel our master bath, my wife and I were directed to ProSource Cincinnati for cabinets, granite and tile. The following details the numerous issues we experienced in our dealings with ProSource.Granite – Denice, the cabinet designer, assisted us with selection and design of the cabinets on our second visit to the company. We selected Diamond cabinets made of Cherry w/ an Expresso finish and were provided a computer illustration of the cabinet/granite design (front view) on an 8X11 paper – we were not able to view an actual model of our cabinet choice. Our vanity cabinet is 8 feet long (to give an idea of the scale of the picture) and there was no discussion of the location of the sink bowl relative to the vanity doors and this detail was difficult to see in the computer image. We were not asked where we preferred the bowl placement and we just assumed that the bowls would have been centered on the doors. This was not the case, when the granite arrived, the bowls were centered in the cabinet box; the sinks looked totally out of alignment. We replaced the granite on our own so that the sink bowls could be aligned with the cabinet doors. The new granite, un/reinstall of the faucets cost us more than $2,000.00 (on top of the total remodel cost!). Prior to retiring, I managed a company that sold Vanities…of the thousands sold from that company NO vanity ever shipped with the bowl centered on anything other than the vertical cabinet doors.Accent Tile – The accent tile that was selected was delivered incorrect. ProSource blamed this on one of the Employees who assisted us (who is no longer there). Obviously, I don’t know whose error it was and don’t care.Cabinets – We selected Diamond cabinets made of Cherry w/ an Expresso finish. Our high-end cabinets were delivered by a contracted delivery service consisting of one person to off-load several large cabinets and parts. The cabinets were damaged and parts of the order were delivered to someone else many miles away. The Diamond cabinets are another review as their quality for a high-end cabinet is dubious, at best. Diamond & ProSource agreed to replace several doors and drawer fronts. We are still waiting on replacement. Given what we have been told thus far, it seems that the replacements have not been ordered as promised.ProSource & Diamond have been paid and I don’t really have much recourse aside from this review. I can’t recommend them as a supplier as literally every aspect of what they were contracted for had an issue. No one will take ownership of the problems with our purchase. Next time I ‘ll save the money and just buy from Wayfair.

Nice selection of flooring products and good advice

Very excellent personal kitchen design service from both Denese & Skyi. I already knew the Decorá cabinets that I wanted, but the kitchen layout was overwhelming to me because I didnt have a large area to work with. Denese was able to make suggestions and print off the way our ideas would come together... which was quite helpful. Skyi helped me with flooring samples -- they have a good selection.

I have had the pleasure of working with almost every individual at this location for at leat a decade. I am a freelance interior designer for the past 20 years. Prior to that I worked for a Glendale Design firm, although we had our own exclusive accounts, I was always drawn to the attentiion and expertise of this fine organization. I had many exclusive accounts, Troy Haas was brilliant at executing and bringing to fruition the finest custom product for my client --- who had traveled the world. Because of their attention to detail as well as the clients desires ..... they have been return consumers . Brian Haas has now been my go to expert and he is in every way , attendant, consistant, knowledgable, a true expert in his ability to guide, execute each of my high end clients expectataions.... couldnt ask for more!

The worst place that I have ever dealt with as far as trying to get a callback.. Jennifer specifically.. Was referred to her by a friend and left 3 messages ... Already bought my product somewhere else .. I meet and talk to people everyday and will never recommend this place..
