Fantastic barbers! They are experienced in fixing bad hair cuts from those other chains. This is for sure the shop for my sons and my hair moving forward.

I love it here. Jim in the back is also great with kids. He has been cutting hair all his life and has tons of cool fun tricks to calm kids down and make them laugh.

Great conversation, steady hands and fair prices. Cash is king, but they do accept credit cards with a 3% convenience fee.

Best place to get haircut on westside. Reasonably priced and complementary back neck shave. Where I went for my wedding dew. Nice staff. They do children as well. If you want to look like an ace this is the place.

I have been bringing my 3 boys and my husband to this shop for years, even when they were behind the plaza. Every time we go in all my men get their hair cut by Mike and he is so great with how professional he is on a daily basis. Mike has made sure that all my men have looked great for holidays, graduation, school dances, job interviews, and first dates. My youngest is the toughest because he moves around a lot, but Mike is patient and gets the job done right every time. The facility is very clean and welcoming that we will never go anywhere else. Thank you Mike for all that you do for my boys you are AWESOME!!!!

This place is by far the best barbershop in Cincinnati. You get a great haircut no matter what barber chair you sit in. You get to have a great conversation with all these barbers in the shop which makes the experience even better. All 3 of the barbers take strong pride in the job that they do. Second time I went with my son and both got hair cuts which were fine but I also got my beard trimmed/shaped up. I leaned my head back and closed my eyes and realized the guy ran a number 8 through my beard and cut like 2 inches off and it was do screwed up I just had to shave it all the way off when I got home.

Had my first cut with these guys today, im impressed. I walked in after a bad cut from sports clips where i was messed up a month ago. They noticed my issue and knew how to get me on the road to recovery. Its old school vibe updated. Its a barber shop in 2019. Not a chop shop like great clips which is the point. I noticed some negative reviews. Youre getting a different experience with barbers, a experience most people dont know.Expect to talk about current events, politics, cars and life. You might get a 30+ minute haircut. Expect it.. enjoy it. If you in a hurry tell the barber. Im sure he will make it work.The one they issue a had which isnt a big deal is I wasnt greeted by the men. Its nice and welcoming. Besides that it fits my needs and Im hopeful about my future with this group of barbers.

You can sometimes get a pretty good haircut at this location. HOWEVER, the guy in the first chair nearest the door. He has a longer grey beard and a crew cut. He can give a good haircut. The problem is that he talks more than he cuts hair, he is always telling jokes, blabbering on, showing pictures on his cell phone. Less talking and more hair cutting. You will have happier customers and probably make more money as you will be cutting more heads per hour.The guy in the next chair can cut hair as equally as good. The problem is, it seems like after every haircut, he disappears in the back for at least 15 minutes. Im not kidding, it seems like he takes a break after every hair cut.The silver haired guy in the last chair with the fancy mustache is by far the best barber. He is quick, minimizes small talk and gets you in and out of the chair with a great haircut. Hew will cut two heads to every one head the other two barbers cut. I prefer him over any of the others.The place still uses an old fashioned razor which is great for around the ears and the back of the neck. Really gives it a great feeling and clean cut look.Its a great place to get a haircut, just be prepared to wait.Oh yes, DO NOT let the barber in the first chair think that you like or voted for Trump. He will drone on the ENTIRE time that he cuts your hair, espousing his ultra liberal views! Dude, I am here for a haircut, I dont care how you voted. Thanks

Used to be alot better before they moved locations. Most of the barbers are rude and are consistently fighting amongst each other. Have definitely received very rude customer service along with shotty/rushed haircuts.

My husband and sons have had their haircut twice here and both times the cuts were not what was asked for and the hair was uneven. Have to now spend money on a haircut to fix them.

Since I Was Kid, Change Hands 3 or 4 Times And Move To Glenway Ave, New owern Nice Place.

The barber was rude and condescending. I asked for an inch off and he cut 4 inches off, then told me to come back when I wanted a real haircut. I will be going elsewhere for a real haircut.
