My car was involved in a rollover accident. When I went to collect my personal belongings the following day, I made sure to have my title and drivers license with me. Super friendly with no problem accessing my vehicle. They made this difficult time easier, and I truly appreciate their help.

Car was towed here by Highway Patrol after my car broke down on the on ramp getting onto 75. Called the next morning to make arrangement to pay and pick up. Employee on the phone was just rude, plain and simple. Cash only. Would not recommend. If you are able to call another tow company, please do so.

Took someone to get their car. The office was polite and very pleasant.

My fathers car was towed after a minor accident. I called Nicks at 830am the next day and talked with JT who was tagging the vehicle for storage. JT informed me of the required documents, fee and method of payment. He even verified the car registration was in the glove box when I asked. I had a really good experience with Nicks. (Sorry Nick/JT, I hope to not be a repeat customer, HA!)

These people are the definition of crooks. Towed my car after an accident (I didn’t have a choice it was not able to be driven) literally 5 miles from the accident and charged $160.00. They also made me pay the tow fee before I could get my personal belongings out of the car. These people make me sick because they profit off the misfortune of others. I tried asking for a little kindness since the accident wasn’t my fault and my funds were low at the time but they couldn’t care less. Shame on people like this !

Customer service is completely AWFUL. Charges lot fees for weekend days even though theyre not even open to allow customers to get their cars. Will charge lot fees even if you get your car at 8am as soon as they open. Wont take PayPal or cash app. They had the opportunity to be kind and flat out refused. Ill never recommend this business to anyone. Only giving one star because I wasnt allowed to post a review with zero stars or I wouldve!

Used this company when someone wrecked into me. Sheriff’s department called the company for me, I have not used them before. Great experience! They arrived at the scene quickly and loaded my car quickly. When I went to sign paperwork to release my car, they were very nice and friendly. The same guy who did the towing met me at the door, greeted me, and helped me out. This was my first accident/towing experience and they were very helpful. I would use them again.Note: since this accident was not my fault, the other insurance company paid for the towing. I cannot give any information on the pricing for this company.

Very very expensive. The cop handling my accident recommended them for some reason. They towed my truck and trailer 4 miles on Tuesday afternoon, I picked up my equipment on Friday morning. They charged me $1235.00 dollars. Highway robbery at its finest.

If you want to spend over $800.00 for a 3 mile tow these are your guys. Complete rip off artists and not sure why anyone would want to use them!

I just want to thank the courteous guy who towed my wrecked car. I had an accident that was essentially my fault. Nobody was hurt, but I felt so much shame and remorse. I felt brushed aside while everyone was doing their work. The tower arrives. He knows nothing about the crash, but he instantly showed me respect and sympathy for the situation. He gave assurance and comfort that meant a lot. He knew both cars were repairable.

The gentleman arrived and I asked him to take the car near my house where the car would be worked on about 30 mins away. He said he was off work at 5pm and would charge me personally $100 per mile. I said to him it doesn’t make since to have it towed twice and he started to yell at me on the side of the expressway, that it doesn’t matter where I have it towed that insurance would pay for everything. He then asked me to get my stuff out of the car and who was picking me up. I explained I lived 30 mins away and as soon as I received his card I gave the address to my husband to pick me up there and could remove my belongings at his shop rather than the side of the highway. The following day I contacted the man’s insurance that hit me, they gave me some approved collision company’s and they went and got the car. I called Nick’s towing to have the car released to the body shop and they said I had to come there and prove I owned the car. I explained I was at work he said I could fax my driver’s license, the title or registration and a notarized letter with my information explaining who to release the car too.The experience with Nick’s towing was horrible, he was rude. No young women should be screamed at on the side of the highway after being struck in a collision. I hope you stop doing business with a company that treats people poorly and is unethical.

They towed my car from an accident that I was not at fault for. The car has been on the lot for a day. I called the body shop to have them send a tow truck. The shop is a very large and reputable company. Nicks towing refused to take anything other than cash. Despite this being a police contract and 100 percent backed by Allstate. DO NOT USE.

We were in an accident in West Chester in Nick’s towing was called I requested the car be taken to Middletown Ford but he politely informed me that he needed to go eat his lunch first taking us back to Sharonville ,letting us sit in the carFor an hour in the heat and then we finally called a cab so we could get a rental car. This place ishorrible and someone should do something about that man.They take advantage of people that are in accidents and that are relying on people’s good graces and kindness which this owners son has none of.I would give them a -5 but that is not in the choices.

My friends car was towed her I took her up there to get it we were having problems finding the title he than began to get rude called my friend a ni**** followed behind most of them don’t work any way. DO NOT GO THERE !

Really enjoyed meeting the man who started the company in the 50,s and his stories about his shelby cobras. they helped us load our wrecked van on our trailer in the yard and even gave us a discount. i thought they were very friendly and professional

Would not recomend these people to anyone there rude and think there someone special because they have a cop working for them threating people and being disrespectfull is not the way to conduct business not everyone looks at your sign inside the gated area there looking to see if there vehicle is there

Very rude people, think they are special because they do all the towing for sharonville cops. When I was asking questions the rude person kept talking over me. Not pleasant people, they should work on people skills.

The guys are awesome there! Soon as we got there, they got right to it and we were soon out of there and back to work!

My son was in a wreck and when he told the driver what body shop to take it to. The driver decided that he would just take to there yard instead so they could rack up the charges on us. There extremely rude and disrespectful. Then they want you to approve the release of the vehicle by Fax. They dont even do e-mail because they got a virus once.I would never recommend this company. STAY AWAY THERE CON MEN!

Never actually used them, but i got a call at work from this companys # and not only was the man that called extremely rude but also not to bright. He wanted the number for UPS, when we told him it was 1-800-PickUPS he got mad and demanded the actual #s, when i was going to place him on hold to get them he flipped out and hung up. Calm down buddy, cause according to all your business reviews and ratings, ur a pretty horrible company and u obviously need some work in the customer service dept. Even though u r frustrated we r busy with people in the store and dont always know the answer off the top of our head

Send your car elsewhere. Extremely difficult to work with. Will not release our vehicle to the body shop without cash payment. Extremely limited hours. This has been the worst “professional” company I have worked with.

My truck needed to be winch 25 feet less than 12,000 pound truck they brought out a 70 ton wrecker all it needed was a med duty wrecker to do they job and charged me 1,400 dollars rude people to deal with and highway robbery than only could take cash since I was out of state who carries that kind of money around in cash I will be reporting them to bbb and Ohio State police for over charging.
