Kristen Jackson, my State Farm Agent and her team are professional, responsive, helpful & accommodating. had a car accident September 17, 2019. My passenger side was hit on a turn by the trailer of us in my truck. Of course at the intersection the cameras didn’t work so it was a battle. State Farm thought to be reimbursed and the truck drivers insurance company thought not to reimburse. My agent kept me abreast of what was going on no matter what time I called in today I receive notification that I would be refunded my deductible which means we won. I recommend Kristen Jackson.

Incompentent staff!!! After years of being a faithful client, I got screwed even more so after I canceled my policy and ask that they stop taking the auto payment from my account, which was stated to my through an email that it would be done THAT day, 5dys before the payment was scheduled due to come out of my account. This new girl (Shawn) screwed everything up now IM out of $345.55 and an OVER DRAWN ACCOUNT!!! My advise look elsewhere for INSURANCE!
