Fantastic place. I came in with my dad and brother to take a peek at some of the cars they have in shop. The guy at the sales desk was extremely kind to the three of us and happy to show us around their service center. They did not mind that we came to see the cars and not make a purchase. The product they sell here is worth every penny, yes its expensive but its worth it you pay for what you get. i.e. Cars without trouble probably the reason why they dont sell my beloved E60 BMW M5 or E65 BMW M6 because you cant find a reliable one. Ive had several repairs ( 160k+ miles maintenance items and more ) over the past few years here and every single one has been solid. I have never had an issue on price. The team has always been very good about explaining the issues and the history of the car model. After issues found during inspection they are good at setting expectations and whether or not a repair is immediately needed. It would be tough to beat EAG.

Ive been an EAG customer since purchasing my 2004 E46 M3 convertible from Eric, Evan, and the rest the team in 2013. From then until now, the experience has been first-rate. The M3 has been a dream to own . . . it was like-new when I picked it up in 2013, and its been an incredible driving experience that never gets old. Moreover, Ive had almost no issues with the car, other than routine maintenance. My experience with Enthusiast Auto was spectacular. Out of the many cars I have purchased, none were as smooth my transaction that was handled by Blaire and Eric. Blaire was extremely quick on updating me with documents and clearly outlined all of the steps necessary for me to buy the car while being several hundred miles away, resulting in no-frills handling of paperwork. So, having never heard of EAG, I was on a path to purchase my third BMW 1M. EAG ran a listing so I called them and next thing you know, the car is in my driveway. Eric and Mike absolutely know what they are doing. You will pay a higher price for the car, however when it arrives and during the purchase process you will understand and appreciate why.Now an update, I decided to purchase another 1M, yes my fourth. Eric stepped in to help broker the deal with a private party on the other side of the country. He made me feel secure in the purchased and even fronted the cash! I even had them add several cosmetic and performance modifications to improve the vehicle to my liking before delivery. During delivery, unfortunately there was some damage incurred to my roof. The EAG team was there to help assure that the damages were fixed and covered by the delivery company, in a very comforting and professional manner.

OMG these guys are amazing!! I traded a car for a M3 LTW. The car has about 75K miles and literally looks and drives like new. The whole experience from finding the car, cutting the deal, watching the car go through its various quality checks has been amazing. They fixed various items along the way after we made the deal before they delivered the car at their cost. Absolutely first class. They even provided various dealer only literature that dated back to 1995. All the paperwork was done to perfection and without issue. I have bought 100s of vehicles and never had such a easy and good transaction. The car supplied exceeded my exceptions greatly as did the entire staffs professionalism through out the transaction. I had been looking for Mercedes SL550s for a while trying to find the perfect combination of miles, price, and color scheme. I happened across a 2009 with 25K miles in near perfect condition. Called them on a Friday and flew to Cincinnati the next day. They picked me up from the airport and the entire process was painless (except for getting up at 4:30am for my flight). My experience was well worth flying and driving 1000 miles round trip.

The car was ready for delivery when they said it was and was EXACT to the description conveyed to me over the phone upon seeing it in person. Longtime BMW driver here. I drove an E36 328 5 spd for 10 yrs. Then I drove an E60 550i 6 spd for another 10 yrs. But Ive always lusted after an E39 M5 since I first laid eyes on one. My current 550 has 181K on it....still runs great. But its not an M5. So in September of 2019 I began the search for one. As this was to be a daily driver, I didnt want a beater. And since I keep cars a long time, I also didnt want one that had 100K on it with a questionable maintenance history. Enter EAG. Im fortunate enough to live 7 miles away. After cruising their inventory on their website, I drove down and Eric Keller just happened to be there. He took me into his office and we just talked about cars and life for probably an hour. No pressure. Just 2 dudes talkin cars and such. Eventually we walked outside and looked at a few E39 M5s that he had available. They were in remarkable condition. Everything that EAG advertises about their cars is 1000% true. They have truly been rejuvenated. Right down to replacement of formerly red seat belt buckles that have turned pink. Yeah...they replace those with red ones. Eric and I discussed our schedules and agreed that I would come back on Saturday and take a few cars for a drive. When I arrived on Saturday, Eric told me..Pick 3 cars So I did. I got into one, He go into another, and one of his techs got in a 3rd one. And off we went. We drove some of Cincinnatis finest twisty roads for about 30 minutes. Then we all switched cars and hit the twisties again for another 30 minutes. Then we went to a warehouse full of some of the most incredible BMWs that weve all seen in the magazines but have never seen with our own eyes. Truly a spectacular collection. Finally, I jumped into the 3rd car and we drove for another 30 minutes or so and we ended up back at EAG. Once there I had an opportunity to talk with Eric about the merits of each car, and ultimately, he helped me to choose the car that was RIGHT for ME. It was easily the greatest car buying experience Ive ever had. Ultimately I settled on a 2002 model with 28K miles. But we werent done yet. The car appeared perfect to me. Not a scratch on it. Interior looked as new as it did in 2002. But EAG then took the car and went through it top to bottom....replaced the brakes because they were slightly worn.....went through a final paint correction process as well as a host of other minute details that ultimately resulted in my receiving what is essentially a brand new car...despite it having 28K miles on it. .At my request they also installed a GROM Bluetooth module that is invisible and maintains the cars stock look. This car is fantastic and exceeds every expectation I ever had about buying a 17 yr old car.....or any other car for that matter. IF you are in the market for a BMW M car......or any of the other special BMWs that dont come to market that often. Z8s....M1s...M3 Evo models....and you want to make sure youre buying the best of the best.....then you go to Eric and the guys at EAG. It is truly a remarkable journey with these guys, and as they say....part of the EAG experience. You absolutely will not regret it. Bravo Guys!!

When I first started looking for a Z3 M Roadster I figured I would need to travel halfway across the country to pick it up. It never occurred to me that I would buy a car sight unseen. When I saw the ad for the car I was looking for on Enthusiast Autos web site I did some searches on Enthusiast Auto. I found many people who had dealt with Enthusiast Auto and every single one of them had nothing but good things to say. Many of them mentioned they had purchased their car sight unseen. After talking with Eric about the car I felt very comfortable with purchasing the car sight unseen. When the car showed up it was exactly as Eric had described it and how it looked in the pictures, which is immaculate.I have never dealt with a car dealer that is so upstanding and honest.What really impressed me was after I had purchased the car Eric replaced the plastic window on the convertible top because a small section of the trim on the window was coming loose. He also replaced the battery because the one that was in it looked old and he didn’t want the battery to die on me next summer. The car also showed up with a full tank of gas. I have never bought a car new or used where I got it with a full tank of gas. The only issue was the car showed up without the windscreen that was shown in the pictures and the owners manual (left in detail department). I emailed Eric about this around 7:00 PM expecting to hear from him the next day. I got an email from Eric within 2 minutes saying that the windscreen and manual would be shipped tomorrow and I received them within a few days.All I can say is Enthusiast Auto does everything right.

I found my dream car and it’s located 2,400 hundred miles from where I live. The car is 18 years old. This could be a very risky purchase - there is no warranty for a 18 year old car! After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car.I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet).EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc).All paperwork was done through email and FedEx.I was warned that the “rejuvenation” process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures.When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car!The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car.I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car.About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost.We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car.EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase.Bottom line: You get what you pay for!

At first I was very skeptical when Eric mentioned they have a lot of sales sight unseen and out of state, and being out of state myself (from St. Louis,) I honestly wasnt comfortable making that kind of purchase without direct contact with not only the car but with the team. But based on the experience alone, I would purchase my next M from them in a heartbeat with complete trust in what I see on their website or from email contact with the team. I tell every BMW enthusiast friend about them, cant beat the quality and the history of the cars they offer.

I trust these guys implicitly. Very highly recommended, especially for SMG services. Truly outstanding knowledge, customer service, and communication. Mike and everyone else I spoke to were top notch.I happily trailered my car 400 miles to get here. Another shop had my E46 SMG M3 and botched the work so it wouldnt go in to gear, then left me hanging for 4 months, then demanded payment of $1300 to release it, now broken. Those guys are not getting paid and will be lucky if I dont sue for damages, but EAG certainly is, and with much thanks and praise too! Even the dealer who is M certified could not figure out the problem.I emailed Mike at EAG while the other guys had it and he bent over backwards to try to help, even offered to let the other tech call him. When EAG finally got my car they called the next day to tell me they had checked over some of the previous work and had yet to find anything. I got an email the moment they found the problem and a call 2 days later telling me the car was ready to go and in tip top shape! They checked over the transmission thoroughly and gave me an extremely detailed report before I even got there and everything in writing later.Mike even made time to put new tires on the car and point me to an equally qualified tire shop around the corner to do an spot on alignment to factory specs with a 3 year guarantee.Mike and Co., I can not thank you enough for all youve done. I was physically ill over the situation and you remedied the entire problem for me, not to mention set my mind at ease enough for me to sleep while I arranged to get my car to you. Excellent. They offered the same services as the BMW dealership (Jake Sweeney) for 2/3rds the price. Free inspection of the car, which Sweeney charges around $175. They werent able to take my car until Monday, but they told me to bring it in on Friday and if they could get to it, they would. I had it back by Friday lunch. Probably the only place I would take my car from now on.

I live in California and with trepidation just bought a Z8 sight unseen, depending on the photos and descriptions provided by Eric. I find it exactly as represented - I have no issues with it at all which is surprising because it has over 72,000 miles on it. It was delivered with a full tank of gas (unlike the last NEW car I purchased locally). Best, after the sales agreement was signed on my last new car, the salesman disappeared. Eric, on the other hand, kept me fully informed while some work was done to make the car as near perfect as possible, and he has readily and willingly worked with me to figure out some of more complex workings of the car (getting the hard top on and off). Id confidently work with EAG again. Incidentally, I had the car appraised and find I paid slightly less than the appraised value. I dont mind that!

Came to Enthusiast to get a 2nd estimate on a dent & associated scratches on my x3. First estimate came back at ~$1300 and that they would need my car for 4 days (due to the paint work).Josh looked over the damage, said that it didnt look like the damage went below the paint and that he might be able to focus on fixing the dent for less. He then got some rags & cleaner/solvent and cleaned off most of what was deposited on my car. Ended up that there were only small scratches, almost normal wear and tear.I ended up getting the dent fixed for ~$350 and it looks great.Really appreciated their approach, I will be coming back for future services/work.
