Additionally, the in-office administrative staff did an excellent job with communication, responsiveness, and outlining the steps of the project. Upon installation, his team was punctual, beyond professional, extremely organized, and also provided a thorough walkthrough of the new system once complete. We are overall very impressed with the team and the products they recommended and installed.

As a retired police officer and the President of our condo HOA in Over the Rhine, we searched long and hard for a security video vendor. SimpTech came highly recommended from other multi-family building owners and some local bars/restaurants that used their systems. We received other quotes that were sky high and some that were less and provided minimal coverage. SimpTech came out, studied our specific site and needs and recommended a system and locations for optimum coverage by video. After installation, they followed up and trained our folks on how to use all of the online features and worked well with our condo management team on the installation and billing. Beginning to end it was a fantastic process and within the first 2 weeks we were able to identify how a package thief gained entry to our building and were able to remedy the issue as well as provide video used to arrest and prosecute the offender. Was impressed from day#1. The representative showed up at our house on time for the appointment and listened sincerely to what we wanted to accomplish. He asked many questions giving us comfort he was ‘soaking in’ our ideas and formulating ideas. He offered a variety of additional features to consider.A proposal was sent promptly. We then went to their offices to view demonstrations of various different capabilities.After signing the contract an install date was scheduled. Technicians show up on time. They were very professional, articulate, and diligent in performing the work. After the work was completed the project manager reviewed all upgrades in detail with us making sure nothing had overlooked. They followed thru on the final “punch list” making sure we were satisfied and everything had been completed as promised.We would recommend Simptech Solutions to anyone / everyone!!!

Finding a company to provide home automation service is difficult. Most companies are happy to take your money and do an installation, but then leave you high and dry with poor service.Simp Tech from day 1 has been excellent. Prior to engaging SimpTech, I had somewhat disparate audio and video zones on three levels of my home. My components were all fine, but I was lacking a way to reliably tie all AV sources together. The SimpTech team implemented a Control4 system, controller matrixes, and a remote monitoring system which integrated the functionality necessary for me to control all zones from either hand held remotes, or from an app on my devices. The SimpTech team also upgraded and optimized my Internet service.Also noteworthy is SimpTech’s pre-installation system assessment and their desire to understand my overall goals. Great experience from start to finish. The SimpTech team was knowledgeable, professional and exceeded all expectations in converting my 1927 home into a fully-integrated smart home. System install (included all necessary wiring): Control4, smart TVs, indoor/outdoor audio, video surveillance and security, remote door and garage door control, water monitoring and shutoff, interior/exterior lighting controls, pool controls, among others technologies. Jacob came out quickly after my call to assess current systems and provide a bid for the work requested. His bid was fair with a reasonable timeline to complete. Jacob and help came as planned and completed the work within the estimated 1.5 days. Jacob took time at the end of the job to insure we knew how all the new equipment worked. After using our new system a couple of weeks we were having a bit of trouble with the remote. I called and tested a few things with Jacob over the phone. When those actions failed to help the problem, two days later he sent an associate out to our house. He installed a new remote and another piece of equipment to maximize the signal to the remote. Result? Now everything works great! This company does quality work, come to do the work at the time they say they will come, are knowledgeable, work quickly and don’t leave a mess behind, and are reasonably priced. I high recommend them for any audio/visual/technology needs you may have—big or small!
