Best condos for the College of Medicine .

Do not get a parking garage pass - your better off parking on the street my car - along with several other cars were broken into several times while parked in their secure garages. Every time they would say that their cameras could not detect anything. I would also discourage ordering things online and having the item shipped to the apartment they lost 5- FIVE of my packages within a one year span. The amenities are nice but not as vetted as they could be for the price. Rent at your own risk.

I have been living here for two years. The property manager is very helpful and cooperative. All guys in the office are flexible and ready to help you in any matter. It is very convenient place and close to many things here ex. Hospitals near by and top universities in Cincinnati. The maintenance here are available every business day. The request take about less that 24 hours to be resolved.

5 Stars. Lived here for my first year of grad school and so excited I get to live here for the rest of my years here. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to host fun events for residents. It’s super safe, the location is awesome, and the amenities can’t be beat.

My car has been stolen and the window smashed.The parking is not secure and the management didn’t put real solutions to solve the issue , that why after 1 month it has another robbery in Carage area . I don’t recommend any one to rent in this property.It least the management should compensate the effected residents for their lost and damaged cars.P.s : the unsecured parking fee is 50$ monthly!!.

I recently moved here in August and have really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and helpful and the apartments have good amenities and are comfortable. Very convenient location for students as well!

Stetson Square is the perfect in between apartment that I needed - its close enough to campus for me to walk to class, far enough away from loud parties and bars, and wayyy nicer than other Clifton apartments.Yes, its more expensive, but you pay for security, a safe place for your packages, a leasing office that actually cares about you and an amazing (and fast) maintenance team.To all the people commenting about break-ins, you arent going to get much better with this location. Stetson staff treats these matters appropriately and obviously cant be blamed for the neighborhood.Ive really enjoyed my time here!

Highly Recommended if you are willing to pay a little bit extra...My family stayed here for almost 9 months and they loved every bit of their stay.The units are big and spacious..amenities are superb...Staff is extremely approachable and friendly....they dont charge you unnecessarily when you move out either.

Been living here for about 6 months and have absolutely enjoyed my time here. Its a great and safe environment, and everyone that works in the main office is always kind and helpful! I highly recommend this complex if youre looking for a safe, and quality place to live!

I have been living here for more than one year. I heard a lot about robbery more than once. The robberies happen in apartments in the first floor. In Wednesday night March 13, my GMC back window got broken. I contacted the office directly. They did not show any concern and they told me to call 911. I already heard a lot before and they did not put any new camera in garage. I pay 100$ for my spot and they do nothing about robbery’s in their garage. I surprised my neighbor had the same thing going with her car and her husband car as well for five times. They did not do anything.There is no cameras in the garage.

I was unsure on whether to move in based on the previous reviews but, something must have changed. The people here are great, especially Preston (If Stetson management is reading this he deserves a raise!) and the facilities are great.For people considering this place Ill list a short list of pros and consPros:Great facilitiesnice/helpful staffliving spaces/amenities are nice (fridge, bathrooms, etc.)Cons:Fire Drills/Alarms have gone off once a month so farSometimes can be unkempt (knicks in the walls, or elevators arent working)All apartments have their flaws, but Stetson has less than most. 5/5

Very nice apartment units & the complex has a nice staff with really great amenities (pool, workout room, movie room, etc.) in a convenient location!

We moved in today and Preston, one member of the staff, went way beyond excellent customer service. Without complaining he helped us move a big sectional and bedroom furniture. He displayed a great attitude and you can tell he really loves his work!!!Mike

Absolutely terrible customer service, especially the property manager (as another reviewer mentioned). The apartments and facilities used to make living there worthwhile, but this isnt the case anymore due to poor upkeep and a lack of maintenance. This may seem like a nice place to live at first, but I would not recommend it at all. Not sorry to be leaving!

Exceptional service and maintenance staff, beautiful grounds & great neighbors!

I’ve lived in Stetson Square for six months now, and I can say that, without a shadow of a doubt, that this has been one of the best places I’ve lived. I’m new to Cincinnati from Texas, and moved in sight unseen, as I wasn’t able to come and do a walkthrough with being 14hrs. away. However, I’ll say that I am extremely lucky to have happened upon Stetson Square!The front office staff are some of the most helpful and pleasant folks I have EVER worked with in my many years of renting, and they’re always extremely helpful and nice, even when they’re busy. There always seems to be something that is being updated or put in as a new edition to make the community within the building better, and the outside area is extremely clean, even with the busy traffic up and down Eden Avenue. The staff keeps things exciting with various events within the apartment community, and while I can’t really make many due to my work schedule, they always seem to have some innovative things happening. When I first moved in, I had a couple of maintenance issues arise, however, the maintenance staff quickly addressed my concerns, and even checked in with me afterwards to ensure things were going well. I also appreciate the fact that Stetson Square is relatively close to all the things I’d need in the community.All in all, I’ve had a great experience here! The staff and management are both PHENOMENAL, and the location is ideal. I’d recommend Stetson Square to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Good apartment complex close to UC medical center.

It’s not safe at all to live I only have 5 friends who live here and they all got stolen it’s easy to steal cars in this place so you will be an easy target

Probably, the worst place to live in Corryville. The staff and the manager are terrible. Most of the time, they loose the mail and package, they are supposed to collect for you.Dont dare to ask questions about your lease or services they are supposed to offer you, they dont know anything about it.So, now about the building, the wall are thinner than a sheet of paper, there is terrible echo on both of the inner court. You could easily ear people whispering two stories under you. The hallway is dirty and full of disrespectful kids that are up all night without any enforcement.The worst is the trash management. The trash chute room is always dirty and you could find maggots in there every other month.

My wife and I have lived here in Stetson Square for the last 4 years (moving 2/2 new jobs in Maryland). If theres any opening in this building, take it. The many reasons include:-excellent location close to UC Medical Center-short walk over to Short Vine and Clifton-Constantly updating common spaces including frequent replacement of common hallway carpets, flooring, etc.-frequent monthly resident events with tons of prize raffles and free food/drinks (weve won reds tickets, graeters gift certificates, rhinegeist merch packs w/ glasses/growlers/shirts, manicure/pedicures)-amazing office staff (even provided us w/ flowers/balloons/gift card as baby gift for our recent newborn)-secure, garaged parking-clean fitness center-pool, beautiful pool-reasonably priced-excellent maintenance team (same day fixes every time weve called which truly in the 4 years has only been 3-4 times at most)-business center-package hold-movie theater available to reserveThe list goes on. Its an apartment building for everyone and thus brings a wonderful melting pot mix of different people from various stages of life (undergrads/med students/residents) to families and international short-term visitors going to Childrens. Have we seen superb neighbors and not so superb neighbors? yes, of course. thats to be expected anywhere (umm youre renting...did you forget?). Still, management and security have always been quick to respond to any issue.For the last four years, this was our first home as a married couple, and well never forget it.Unfortunately, as were leaving the common lounge/bar space is being redone and well miss out on the beautiful new space plus a game room to boot. We wish all the employees of stetson square well and hope to have a management and maintenance team half as invested in our happiness at our next location.

We have had water leaking off and on from the ceiling in the closet for the past 2 months. Maintenance has not been able to fix the leak, and the front office staff has been unhelpful. The staff is polite when discussing concerns, but will forget to put in maintenance requests, or do anything else to help with the problem.

The worst Apartment complex ever first of all it’s so expensive and up to that I found my car window broken and stolen they didn’t stop to this point the same thing happened to my friends and the problem is that they were rude, disrespectful and didn’t care they said it was our mistake if it wasn’t that my friends live here I would burn the whole building🤬😡

This was my childhood home from the mid 60 s until the late seventies they paved paradise and put up apparently poor parking lot

THE STAFF IS SUCK . I LOST MY BAGGAGE LOTS OF TIME AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THAT!!!!

Unfortunately, the administration is very bad and I currently live here and there is a new manager treated very badly and not racial boundaries even further and is trying to expel the Arab population with no way across harassed by her style, despicable Heck

I do not advise Gulf people to live here housing is expensive compared to other and uncomfortable definitively inconvenience does not end ambulances and fire extinguish permanently does not make you sleep near schools very bad markets and shops near the housing unsafe for families and do not recommend going to families insurance when I wrote the contract Upon departure from the seven impossible returns to you full Hatta if handed over such as thefts received in the parking lots on a weekly lifts constantly disrupted ,,,. Generally what I advise you are taking two rooms apartment monthly rent with water $ 2166 and without electricity and insurance $ 3999 came out of them and went to Meissen took two roles three rooms with a car parking b 1700 dollars away from the hospital 25 minutes and schools of the best schools ever
