Jim was helpful, until I sent him the deposit for bloodhound service. I literally paid him at 11:24 and found my cat immediately after. I notified him 15 minutes after sending the deposit and he refused to give me any of my $375 deposit back. I asked for a partial refund of $175 as he did help with signs and he did have some time talking to me about recovery strategies but his response was The nonrefundable deposit is nonrefundable.

Love these guys. Finding your lost pet is worth every penny. Theyre excellent at what they do.
