Honesty and dedication are two words that I can use to describe this place. I didnt know many auto places that I could trust, but Greater Cincinnati is a friendly environment. Affordable prices and customer care by Mike turned me into a regular client when something happens. Totally recommend it.

There are a lot of hacks out there today in the automotive repair industry. Not this guy.Mike goes above and beyond for his customers. I feel very lucky to have found him. As long as I live in Cincinnati, Greater Cincinnati Auto Service will be where my cars go when they need work.

Mr. Mike is an incredible mechanic! He is knowledgeable in his trade and it shows in his exemplary work. Not only did I feel that I was important to him, but he took the extra time to make me feel safe with my vehicle. My vehicle issue was taken care of quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail. Along with doing what I needed for my vehicle, he took the time to spruce up my engine a bit and explain how to take better care of it for the future. I will be coming back for any and all mechanical needs, and cannot reccomend him enough!! Thank you again!

Called about a suspected brake/suspension issue on my 2015 Kia Soul. Mike test drove it, took it back to the shop and found a problem with the calipers that was easily fixed by lubricating the pin. He fixed it, showed me what he did on a separate part, and DIDNT CHARGE ME A DIME, despite me trying to pay him. I am so impressed and appreciative! I will absolutely be back. Its such a joy to find a good mechanic. I highly recommend them.

Mike saved the day! I was moving homes when my car broke down. So I had to juggle a u- haul, a rental, and repairs all at the same time, whilst moving and going to my job!Mike promised the car back right on the day I needed it, and he delivered it exactly on time. It drives better and it appears the issue he pointed out was a possible severe one. This same issue had been missed by company techs on 3 previous visits.I will definitely visit him again.
