Absolutely the worst service I have ever received, bar none. I submitted a request for service with my coordinates and was advised I was eligible. After filing out my application and sending my payment by PayPal, the company never contacted me again.I had to contact them to confirm the payment was received.Several days later, I had still not received any communication, so I called again. I was told it could take up to 2 weeks to get a call to install. Fine.2 weeks latee, no call. I called again, only to be lied to by the representative. She said someone came to my house but we weren’t there. I explained that no one came to our house, and that no one had even called to set up a time to install. She said she’d investigate and call back later that day. She never did.A few days later, I called back to find out what was going on. Supposedly, they had “virtually” verified that my house was not eligible because there was a mountain in the way. I explained that was impossible, given that the neighbors who live directly in front of my house have service with them. Supposedly, she was going to have the house reverified and call me back. That never happened.When I called once again, I was told that they had reverified the house and that there was a mountain in the way. I again asked how it was possible my neighbor also had service. She has the audacity to ask for my neighbors name and phone number to check their account. I refused. I asked them if someone actually came to my house to verify if the signal would work or not, and she said that they don’t do that, they use a virtual verification.I asked for the name, phone number and email of a supervisor and and also asked for my money back. Of course, I would have to wait 2 weeks for a check, despite having paid by PayPal. (Almost 3 weeks later and I still don’t have the check).I received a call about 30 minutes later (unsolicited) from the supervisor, who didn’t know why I had called or what the problem was. Same answers as before, some mystical mountain blocking me, but not the neighbor directly in front of me.Absolutely awful service, I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and DACO.

Excellent service, very professional and diligent. After having compared all the options available in my area, I determined that it is the best option because they NEVER slow down, no matter how many gigabytes you have already consumed. Excellent for Netflix and other streaming services. With VPnet my son has taken all his virtual classes without any problem. Excellent video and audio quality streaming in ZOOM. I also noticed that the speed remains constant despite the weather conditions. I know this because the service was never interrupted even with a trough passing through the Island. My house is specifically in the Jagueyes Arriba neighborhood of Aguas Buenas. They offer multiple payment methods and are always very friendly in terms of customer service.

I have not received reimbursement for a month and a half after the evaluation determined that I do not have coverage in my residence, after having submitted the payment. Ive called multiple times and they dont resolve.
