Very slow always have an attitude towards you and they do more texting and playing on the phone than work

Great customer service, there’s always a Short skinny guy that ask if you been help all the time I come to this place! Don’t expect this place to be like a Jiffy Lube tho! Common sense! Is a Truck fleet shop! 👌🏼

They claim to clean and sanitize their trucks but this is just one pass of the floor in the sleeper area of the truck and the cabin air filter. its one thing to drive this but to have to live in this filth is appalling

Absolutely terrible service had the truck there 5 days for 4 hours worth of work the 3rd time at a Ryder for the radar to be aligned needs to go to the dealership for that they call at 8 pm the night before the truck is to be picked up and still not complete. I would never lease a truck from Ryder. Take some tips from Penske at least they get things done. All the management in the Chicago region should be fired and replaced with people that know what they are doing and get things done. Must be nice to be lazy and incompetent with no repercussions.

The worst place to fix truck. They are not able to fix anything for good! what ever they do cost lot of money and it is still not good or same thing brocken again after a week or two and then you have to pay again because they give no warranty for they job!

Theyre remodeling their facility and they are working out of a temporary location it was a little challenging to find the temporary location but the people were quite Pleasant once I found it

Dont know whats happening at this location but they say they clean and sanitize their trucks. This is just ONE pass of the floor in the sleeper area. No big deal for a day cab, but in a truck I have to live in, Ryder should be paying me.

Dont go there with own truck. They just promise and dont do anything, u are gonna lose your time

I cannot believe these people have job here. Lazy is an understatement, they wonder around aimlessly like they are all stoned out if their minds. They are not even aware of what vehicles are on the lot. What a crappy place.

Great service friendly team

Terrible service! Made an appt for oil change, came over and they told they don`t have time at that day! Lady on scheduling is not responsible at all!
