We ordered mulch from a Facebook Marketplace ad that we saw and had no idea what to expect. I dealt with Ben the entire transaction and he made things super easy. He was very quick to respond to questions and kept me informed throughout the process and up to delivery. The offered an over the phone payment option which made it even easier to call and pay for the mulch and then just have it delivered. We got the dark brown and are thrilled with how it looks in our yard and the quality of the product. We will for sure be using their services again in the future.

Elements Tree Removal did a great job removing 3 large live oaks we lost to oak wilt. Two of the trees were were on the side property line overhanging our house and my neighbors two story house. The crew were professional, well disciplined and conscious about safety. There was a followup visit by a rep to make sure we were pleased with the work. We were pleased with the experience.

This was a very unique experience as other tree companies take about 3 weeks to just give you an estimate. This was easy. I will definitely use them again! These guys were very prompt with both the estimate and getting the work done. They showed up early on the days they said they would; which has been a problem I have experienced with other companies in the past. Pricing is fair. Crew is friendly and professional. I will definitely call Elements Tree Removal back in the spring to do more work.

Dedicated, logical & did a great job. My only concern was that they would have to access my neighbors yard to do the work & I did not want his yard damaged. Ben & his team were very careful & my neighbor was pleased. I would endorse this company to anyone & my palm trees look awesome!

I had to involve Elements Tree Removal guys in the scope of my work which included cutting back trees, with many of a very large size. The on site supervisor that came out who recently started with them was also awesome. When they were done, the left the yard looking like they had never been there. It was great. I have dealt with different tree services and Elements Tree Removal is by far the best. I couldnt believe how much they got done in one day.... trimmed 2 trees and completely cut down a third. You could not tell that they had been here when they left... they cleaned up so well! Would gladly recommend to anyone.

They are not the cheapest but definitely worth the money. You can find somewhere cheaper but you might end up doing all the cleaning yourself afterward. Benny not only trimmed all the trees around our house and grind the stamps but he also cleaned all the pine needles and leaves underneath and left the compound cleaner than they found it.
