No one likes the idea of having to have their car towed, but Saucedo’s Towing Service made it virtually painless. They answered the phone on the first ring and the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was quick and courteous, gave me a quote immediately and said he could have a driver there in 30 minutes.The driver, Rigo, arrived less than 30 minutes later, followed my instructions to get into our parking garage (south loop high rise) to the letter and was waiting for me at my car. Very friendly, spotless uniform and professional—I handed over my key, paid and he took care of everything else.15 minutes later he texted me a photo of my car at the mechanic’s garage, which I thought was very considerate. Would highly recommend this company!

The best towing experience that I ever had. Car died on highway at 95 f summer day. Me and my family were on the way to a doctor visit. The driver Rigo came very quick and left us at the closest restaurant, so we could wait for my friend to pick us up. Thanks Rigo!!

Great company, my driver Rigo arrived on time. Took my vehicle, Toyota Corolla, to the mechanic shop and even offered to turn over the keys to the mechanic so I wouldn’t have to make the drive out there. Rigo kept me up to date with the transportation and delivery of my vehicle. Will be keeping there number handy.

Called two tow companies before calling this one.. I called, they gave me a quote, and a guy name Rigo pulled up in like 30 min. He was cool enough to let me ride with him to where I was getting the car towed. Also bought me back. Saving me about $50-60 I was about to spend on a Lyft ride. Great overall experience. It started with JR on the phone. He provided honest and caring expectations from the start. Ramiro (driver) then shows up early and he provided awesome humorous conversation with a safe driving commute. The daughter then took my payment over the phone and even she was professional and respectful. I saved Saucedos Towing Service in my contacts as there is no reason to use anyone else from now on. My serpentine belt broke today just after leaving a swim meet @ UIC to return home to the NW suburbs. My insurance was slow to send a tow company, so I called Saucedos since they were nearby and had such high reviews. The owner JR showed up promptly and was enjoyable to talk w/ on the 40 min. ride home. His truck & equipment were clean and well cared for. I was impressed that Saucedos is a small family business, working w/ his sons and dad. We have a small family business as well, so we prefer supporting local small businesses. He was ethical and a go getter. Id recommend JR and Saucedos.
