I came in to the storw just to get some information to see if ide switch to AT&T but man did Alexis go above and beyond. Alexis is very knowledgeable about everything i would throw her way. She made things easy and simple to understand and even helped me loom for the best deal. Her customer service is what made this location stand out to me. I highly recommend stopping by and talking to Alexis, she will not disappoint.

Jose was very helpful and was able to provide me great customer service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and resolved more than 1 issue I had during my family plan transfer.

Good people but couldnt get a prepay without ID making it harder for some people to get a prepay. Also their prepay phone selction was very limited. It seems they want to push us prepayers to post pay. had to go somewher else

Jose convinced me to switch my internet provider to AT&T, and I’m happy I did. Now my internet works perfect! Jose explained everything very well- the process, setup, and the contract. He answered all my questions politely (even the Spanish ones). Definitely recommend this place.

Ismael is the man! Extremely professional honest and kind. Since the first day we came in he warmly greeted us explained to us all our options after running credit, and explored all deals and promotions to save us money. We are more than satisfied with all his help! I highly recommend him and this store! The day we went to get the phones they didn’t have the phones we wanted but ismael and his team took it upon themselves to call other stores to get us the phones we wanted. when they found them in stock at another store they drove to go get us our phones! That’s what i call going above and beyond for the customer! Great service thank you so much 🙌

The man try to help us , but he has no authority, the policy of AT & T is so badWe wait more than one our to speak to somebody to remove the suspension on my line , the mistake was from hanging system of them 😡😡😡

Angel and Ismael are THE absolute best!!! I came in 10 mins b4 closing because my phone wouldn’t unfreeze and they showed me how to do a soft reset as well as how to download “Apple Support” and make an appointment to get a diagnostic on my phone! Thank u guys soooo much u saved my night!

Their customer service is great! Wow, all of the associates that I worked with (Ismael, Alexis, Angel) were really incredible, and they all went out of their way to help me. I came in wanting to switch from postpaid to a prepaid service but ended up upgrading my iPhone instead haha! And learning about a bunch of great deals. I left the store very happy. I came back the next day to trade in my old phone and purchase a couple of accessories.

Misleading offer, it doesnt tell you all the extra ATT charges is a lot of money. Additionally, I went and told them I have a $ 250 bill and they told me not to worry that is not the price they are going to charge you and in the end they charged it, do not buy in that store, they only tell you that they do not know that they charge att, additional , but how are they going to say that without being an authorized store.
