Very fast and easy process Rosa really helped me and is very nice :)

Whenever I go to the location on 16th and Cicero for the purpose of a loan the process is quick, the manager Carmen is very friendly and can Really multi task. I know that there are other locations. I just love that one, you are recognized by name and treated with respect.

Jackie was an amazing help! I had to change locations and she made it feel very welcoming coming in! I was able to go& out without no problem. She’s a very great person!

Good Morning,I will first like to start off by advising someone the Great customer service I received at the Cicero location, the two ladies was nice an efficient I cam in at 5:25pm and they were still able to help.AS FOR THE BERWYN LOCATION, I FELT THE VIBE SOON AS I WALK IN SINCE I WAS ADDRESSED WITH HIS HEAD DOWN. IN ADDITION TO THAT I ASKED HIM CAN I PRINT OUT MY STUB THERE HE ADV NO, i ASKED HIM IF I COULD GO AND COME BACK. HE ASKED WAS A NEW I TOLD HIM YES HE STATED WELL IF YOU ARE NOT BACK BEFORE 530 HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS MY LOAN. HE WAS VERY RUDE, SASSY, LIKE HE HAD AN ATTITUDE. I ASKED IF HE HAD CORPORATE NUMBER HE SAID NO I SAID I ALSO ADVISED HIM OF HIS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HE STATED IM NOT THE ONE WHO NEED THE LOAN AND TO TOP IT OFF HE STATED HIS NAME WAS ANTHONY WHEN I ASKED FOR CORPORATE COME TO FIND OUT HIS NAME IS JAMES.

Rachel was very professional. She helped me get approved for an installment loan right away. If i ever need money again i will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place if you are employed but short on cash.

Went into the location today needing a loan. I was in a situation with my family leaving for vacation and my check was short. I was greeted and I was asking what was needed the CSR Sonia was able to help me upload my paystubs. I thought my vacation would be ruined do to other issues I had but, I was able to walk out with the money I needed for my vacation and able to catchup on the bill I needed to pay before we left!!! Had a great experience at CheckNGo recently!! I called to ask what information I needed to come into the store to qualify for a loan ( even though I usually do everything online because I’ve worked with a few online loan companies) and somehow she got me to come into the store!! The young lady Corina helped me out as much as she could but sadly I was running on someone else’s time so I had to leave sooner than I thought, unfortunately I ended up getting a loan elsewhere because I couldn’t make it back to the location on time but I just want to let you know checkngo is the place to come with great smiles and positive people like corina !! 5 stars for her way to go woooohoooo!!

Unprofessional how staff beg ppl to write good reviews about them. Rachel especially was making people and some of my friends rate her some fake reviews about her Bcs she wanted a raise. That’s kind of weird. That’s really unprofessional and why would she or other staff members tell ppl to write fake reviews about them to make themselves seem better and for a raise . Owner if your reading this, I have messages of her sending to multiple ppl to please write fake reviews of her to make herself get more customers. That’s not how it works !
