Location has no towels to wipe down machines Not sanitized the staff member has no support from manger Samuel he was told about this earlier but did nothing about it as well bathrooms are broken down and doors as well not very clean at this location very disappointed don’t know why pay for our membership and annual fee if there no clean supplies Samuel did not inform District Manger Dylan F. About the issue they should be more on top of this because of Covid-19 they could of gone to Menards to buy cleaning supplies manger Samuel should be more top of his location this not the staff member on duty fault

The atmosphere was very relaxing. There were plenty of machines available and they had soap bottles and napkins available for everyone.

Gym is ok!! But it is always hot in temperature inside the gym. They act like they cant turn on the air-conditioning.

I dont like to come to this location but I have to most of the time since its the nearest near my place, today I came and the staff wasnt even in the front desk for a while they were back in the blackcard area doing idk what noticed so many people just walk in who didnt even check in so Im guessing they dont have any membership here. Most of the machines are kept poorly with few working correctly

My experience at this location was amazing from the beginning I got there to the ending the manager was very informative and a lot of help from the tour to explaining the details of the plans to purchase.I just recently purchased this plan and I love coming here. Thanks for the staff and the general manager who keep this place very clean they also provide A safe environment .i see the staff and general manager cleaning on a consistent basis sanitizing I love it. Also a big thank you to the manager for giving me Tips on a healthier lifestyle and tips on workouts. He gave me the push that I needed. To purchase A membership

Don’t Go during a pandemic they do not enforce face mask wearing. I know many ppl use the excuse that it’s hard to breathe with a mask however we all knew that before you jumped on a treadmill. I was working out and someone 2 treadmills up from me was running with no mask I tell the rep he tells me he sometimes runs without out a mask that def wasn’t reassuring. Then he says he will tell the guy to put his mask on. 5 min later never happened I begin to get irritated and I look around and two others don’t have mask on. I quit my membership the point of the gym is health and wellness and not wearing your mask during a pandemic 😷 in a warm moist room filled with others you don’t know isn’t a healthy choice.

When it comes to cleanliness this place is the worst. The place is in desperate need of a rehab and feels like the inside of an old auto mechanic shop. I travel to a lot of different planet fitness and this one is the most outdated by far.

Myself and my husband had a great experience staff was very thorough and helpful its making sure all precautions due to covid-19, the Place might be small but the gym serves a purpose with its diverse atmosphere and welcoming environment!

If you’d like your lock broken into and your personal things stolen, come to this gym. Every other week I heard of people’s lockers getting broken into and I didn’t pay much attention to it until today when my lock was gone and belongings missing. No one seems to know a thing and the staff can’t help. They need to have better security and not allow just anyone to join especially lowlifes who have nothing better to do than steal others peoples hard earn money and belongings.

The gym is very clean. They make sure everything is sanitized. They don’t enforce the mask policy. I’ve seen several people walking around without a mask or with the mask under their chin (you know the ones 🙄). The most annoying thing and cause for this review is the lack of monitoring on the circuit part of the gym. People sit over there all day on one machine and disrupt the flow of the workout. You’re supposed to constantly be moving in that area. It’s very annoying. I told a member of that staff and was told about the other machines on the floor. Yeah, that makes sense to leave the circuit versus asking the person not working out to leave...

We tried coming here because our local planet fitness was crowded and couldnt let people in due to covid. We were excited because its 24 hours and would be a great choice when we arent able to go early. When we arrived we werent greeted and the gym wasnt following proper covid guidelines. The gym was overcrowded and didnt seem very clean. So we decided to call it a night and left.

Great workouts 2-3 hours per visit 3-5 days a week! I was diagnosed with A-Fib. This is a great way to lose weight, get fit and keep my heart working good. Feeling better than ever with my health care approval!

I didnt go in to use the facility. The facility looked clean and there were plenty of members in attendance. I needed service at the front desk. The staff was unable to provide answers to my questions or resolve the issue. I had to wait for the manager to come in.

Would give it 0 if i could. One of the workers is the creepiest guys ever. He has used our private info in our gym accounts and used it to find our social media . He’s been reported multiple times by different people and nothing has been done! He’s a creep and surely shouldn’t be working there. Such an invasion of privacy. 0/5 do not recommend

Because I have a black card I can go to any PF which is a great thing. This place was amazing. I left my black card in my locker to workout and needed water the customer service let me still get it a my the discount. Amazing

Decent gym, only since starting a fitness plan Ive found out they dont have the LYING LEG CURL bench. Even though they have tons of benches thats the only one they dont have. Im short and the leg bench doesnt adjust priperly for my height 😥. Although the leg press in the 30min only area works for my height. I have three more weeks to go. So hopefully they have all the equipment for those. Other than that the gym is small but has almost all the needed equipment.

I think they all are good to help you keep up some type of fitness all through out the the year

I think some of the employees take the no judgement zone a little too literally. While the facilities themselves are okay, the employees rarely monitor stations or enforce the workout circuit. As a premium member, I look forward to using the massage chairs or hydro bed at the end of a work out. Rarely ever are these chairs clean. Maybe spend less time on your phones and actually work? Perhaps this is a wider problem with Planet Fitness. I could always go to a different gym, sure, but friendly customer service and basic levels of sanity are the least Id expect for my monthly membership.

I hate coming to this gym but I have to as it is the closest gym to my house. The mens locker room is horrible. I would say that 50% of the lockers are broken and cant be locked with combination lock. The rest of the lockers are locked from people that are not even at the gym, and save their amenities in them. The employees are nice, but need to bring things up to management.

This is the only Planet Fitness I’ve been going to since I got a gym membership. The club itself is always clean and very few machines are out of order. The only thing I dont like about this place is that the both water fountains are sometimes temporarily out of order.

Went to this gym location today and found the GM to be really rude and to focused on my lady That I was with. I found him to be really creepy. The GM did not speak to me but instead spoke and smiled the whole time at my lady. I’ve come to this gym plenty of times and he’s never greeted me only the women in the gym. I found this to be really rude. I will never come back to this gym nor my lady. BTW his name is MOLTON

Nice group of members and the atmosphere is conducive to your fitness goals/development. Ive found the entire team very supportive and always going above and beyond.

Overall this is a good gym for anyone who wants to start off. Especially for the price you pay. But if you’re really just starting off and looking for the trainer to help you out don’t count on it. He’s really only focused on the single girls in his session. Idk if that’s just with me but I don’t like not being taken serious. Will be going somewhere else for a better trainer.

Ive been going here for almost 2 years on and off but recently they have added new machines and increased dumbell weight. This isnt for your serious bodybuilders but it is a safe space for those who are learning the ropes to intermediate gym goer make sure to take advantage of the things they offer.

It was my first time coming to this location very clean and all.. this girl was cleaning the bathroom which it was good and all but she didn’t bother to say excuse me or sorry the floor is wet or even put up the yellow warning thing.

The workers are always watching movies on phones... Laughing loud and cursing.. Tjeres no leadership.

I have been a member of planet fitness for a while now. I currently have been wanting to change my location status to make the cicero location my new gym since it happens to be closer to my home. Therefore, I came in and this time I had tried speaking to an associate and there was only on at the counter and she was on her phone back towards me. This is frustrating because it took her a while to notice me. Then when she finally acknowledged me she had an attitude as if I was the one contributing a disservice to her. She spoke to me as if I was a child. Then kept a display of attitude, and continued on her phone when I walked away. Later, I had talked to my friend who had came in to workout with me and she informed me that this was a manager I had been communicating with . These actions as a manager to me are unexceptionable, and made me feel very uncomfortable because I couldn’t speak to a higher position when being told he was on vacation.

Ehhh it could use some newer tech machines .and the music for this gym is super white... Nd everyone there is black and Hispanic. The one closer to my house is more busy but better. This PFs pro is that its 24/7.

Always clean whenever I go, the staff is always friendly, I get my workouts done with no issues. & I love that there are more machine options.

When this place first opened up it was a great location to work out. I’ve been going the last several weeks and I can not stress how unorganized and gross it looks to me. The weights are scattered all over the place, the staff don’t attempt to keep it together, locker room smells tissue and paper towels everywhere. I’ve seen reviews and heard people say that they don’t like this location and I go different times every day I go. ... I changed my membership to a different location

Pretty decent gym. They have lots of new equipment, the place is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Had a hard time feeling comfortable working out at this gym. Trash every where, the weights and cable accessories are all over the place, bathrooms look like theyre not cleaned. They seem to not care about anything. Only reason I gave it two stars, it was empty, which means no waiting for weights. Sticking to the PF at Little Village, clean and comfortable place to workout at, and employees actually care.

Its a planet fitness, itll get the job done. Theyre pretty good with not using the lunk alarm unless someone is being extremely loud. Its always clean, thats a plus. Biggest issue here is how long it takes management to fix things. Machines go weeks without being fixed and the bathrooms dont have hot water pretty frequently. If possible, sign up for charter in Berwyn its much better at a similar price, but this gym gets the job done if its your only option.

So I can over from little village planet fitness due to a power failure. Wow this gym needs some loving! I got a metal splinter almost lodged into my shoulder from cable weights. All the free weights are all scattered and staff has been at desk just talking a hang by out eating Popeyes chicken. Saw some poor lady licking her lips as she checked in. Management or corporate needs to pay a visit.

In my opinion I liked planet fitness I enjoyed going in the beginning, but after awhile I started slowing up.. I realize that this is not for me ... I waz looking for one with a trainer the one I went 2 it waz 2 far for me 2 go 2 because I waz on the bus...on my own I started losing interest, and got lazy , but it waz really nice for me.. I said I will be going back. When I stared back driving... I do alot of walking..GOOD LUCK 2 YOU...

I have been going to PF since it opened. I enjoy my workouts. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately since they opened the decline in facilities has been pretty drastic. The parking lot is full of trash, big holes and is frequently icy (with no shoveling or salt). The equipment is need of repair and has pieces missing. There is a significant disparity between this PF and others (in more affluent communities). Please do better PF.

I come very often and I’m an older lady, the gentleman working there are very nice and let me on the message chair a little longer when it’s not busy. This woman said no and scolded me, it was very disrespectful. I’m going to cancel my membership because they don’t know how to treat people especially the elderly.
