Just great! excellent craftsmanshipI have dealt with other shops in the past from other insurance companies, so I was expecting something similar. Here I notice the difference, they worked really close with the insurance company. Kept me posted and owned their work. I noticed a couple sounds after the delivery and they took care immediately.They are kind and easy going. I understand these shops are busy and gave you unrealistic dates of delivery. They were really accurate.I would recommend them

STAY AWAY!!! A few years ago, I had my vehicle repaired here after an accident & it was the worst place I could have chosen. I brought it here because I had State Farm Ins & this shop was approved by them plus it was close to my home. A week later, they told me my car was ready but I would have to wait a few days until the inner door panel came in for the drivers side. It seemed like they were in a hurry so that I could return the rental car State Farm had comped. I told them I was not willing to take the car in the condition it was in unless it was completely repaired so I called State Farm & kept the rental. Three days later, Im told my car is ready again. I was so focused on the exterior damage, the vehicle appeared properly repaired & took it home. Months later, I realized I had been taken advantage of & the inner door panel was the original-glued, painted & placed back on my door. I didnt bother complaining to State Farm because nearly a year had passed & I believed nothing could be done by then. Nevertheless, this body shop sucks and so does State Farm. Apparently, their approved repair shops provide terrible quality service(see my review for Supreme Auto). Stay away...

This place deserves negative stars if that were possible. I took my car to get fixed here and it took weeks, told me he couldn’t find a used part for a Nissan lmfao okay sure and then overcharged me. To top it off they stole CD’s I had inside my compartment. Guess what? My car broke down again! He literally stole my money I’m honestly disgusted by this place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE EVER. Don’t let them rob your money for the garbage work they do.

As a woman I am always skeptical of mechanics as I have been taken advantage of in the past. That was not the case at Contempo. These guys were totally willng to work with me when I told them that my finances were tight at the moment. They charged me a price that was more than fair, and they did a great job on my car. It is such a relief to know that there is a place where a woman could take her car on her own, and not be taken advantage of. These guys are ethical, competent, and were very responsive when I would call to check up on the progress of my car. I have taken my car to these guys twice already, and both times I got a great price and great service on my car.

Never take your car here. I was warned beforehand but thought since its been a few years maybe their service has improved. NOT at all. Have had nothing but a headache since taking my car there. Took my car for repair from an accident and they scratched it and tried to place the blame on me. They said I covered it up myself. When I showed them photos of how it looked before hand and had my lawyer contact them thats when they tried being nice and offered to fix it only to put this behind us. Never again will I ever take my car there or recommend it to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I took my car in for a minor front collision repair,and I was told it would be done within 10 days. I called on the date they told me it would be done, and I was told they needed 4 more days and I said okay. 4 days go by and then they tell me they found out another issue so they needed another week...they took another week and now its been another 3 days and they still dont have my car fixed...horrible place to get your car fixed. AVOID AT ALL CAUSES...almost a 6 weeks later and I still havent gotten my car back.

Contempo has been good to me I personally know Frank and he has always guaranteed his work and will always fix it as many times as needed to have the customer happy. I speak from my experience.

This place is the worst pls. do NOT take your car there!!!They were my insurance designated shop, did an overall trashy service after having the car there for 51 days. Took it back, had it for another 20+ days and my car is still not fixed. Horrible, just HORRIBLE!! Depressing there are shops like these out there and insurances that use them giving the consumers no other option.
