Gerry Hathon has done my taxes for years. It’s always a pleasure to work with him. I always feel very comfortable handing my paperwork over to him and know he will complete everything to my satisfaction.

My husband and I have been going for about 5 years to the same person Irma and shes great!

Very disappointed with the service I have received because when I first visited in their office to enquire about tax and refund service by them, they said I will receive the refund in 21 days. So, next day I applied my tax refund with them and paid money for their service of processing my tax refund. After 2 weeks I asked the status and got to know that they were unable to process online which was through their system. I asked them why you people did not inform me and they said (sorry we were about to call you). -Like really after I checked the status and then you are telling me about all this?- I visited them and they gave me my tax refund file to courier by myself. Anyways, I send courier and paid courier money from my pocket and waited for my tax refund to come as they told me it will take 21 days but after waiting for almost a month I randomly visited their office to check whats going on with my tax refund and Here I got shock which made me to give this feedback. they told me sorry we forgot to call you- (like really again you forgot?)- they said we need your signature on some paper to file your state tax. I was angry because i thought they have filed my federal and state tax together and then i got another shock as they told me that this file also I have to send by myself by courier. now I again i have to pay for courier from my own pocket. Humiliating part started when they told me this refund is gonna take 8 weeks to come. (like are you serious?) 21 days become 1 month and 1 month become 8 weeks? Then whats the use of coming to you people and paying money to you for taking your service when I myself have to do everything and still did not receive anything yet. Extremely worst experience and will not recommend your tortured service to anyone.

The person who helped us is a very nice, and sweet person. She answered all of our questions. Went home with a peice of mind.
