Was so pleased with my experience here. They fit me in with no appointment and they were very busy and courteous. The prices are great! The lady who did my nails was quick and friendly. I’m extremely picky about how fake nails look and I love that she didn’t make them look too thick and tacky. I also love that they had the clear plastic barriers between myself and the nail artist. They did exactly as I asked without pushing other extra services on me. I’ve tried other nail salons in the area that I didn’t like. I’m looking forward to my next visit here especially after having not great experiences other places.

Im new to the area and checked out a few other spots nearby and wasnt satisfied. Tammy did my pedicure and was SO good! She took her time and really worked her magic. Helen did my nails and they are PERFECT. Definitely going back.

Lacking in customer service skills. I was the first appointment of the day and it was a mess trying to check in. Tech was kind when I first sat down, then a disaster when I tried to explain I had a latex allergy. Definitely bring your own gloves if you have an allergy, and explain before you sit down because everything has been exposed at the stations. Not an allergy friendly establishment. Will not return.

Poor quality. Nails started lifting on the second week. lady who did my meni and pedí was very rough and left my cuticles hurting. While she was doing my acrylic nails, she was literally PULLING MY CUTICLES BACK INTO MY SKIN. Awful Work and uncomfortable. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Went to this shop by recommendation from a friend. The nail tech(dont know her name) rushed through the manicure and was so sloppy. She was annoyed that I wanted my nails super short and didnt bother to make sure the length on both hands were the same. One hand is shorter than the other, she filed my nails all crooked, and her technique for brushing on the powder needs some work. I mentioned it again when she was done and she flat out ignored me and asked for payment. Never going here again!! Save your money and time and find somewhere else who has better techs and customer service.

This is now my go-to nail shop! Today was my first time here and while the shop was busy, I was attended to right away. Dandy gave me a Perfect full set and was very nice, personable, quick but not rushed. Nails are Flawless! Tina was Amazing! She took care of my horrendously disfigured dead toenail and made it beautiful again. Whats even more impressive is, in the last couple of decades of getting my excessive ingrown toenails removed during pedicures, Tina is the very first person to remove them without any pain, Ever! Amazing! To top it all off, they did not charge me an arm and a leg either, I called every nail shop in Eastlake prior to coming here and VIP nails is definitely the most reasonably priced. I am definitely going to be a frequent customer, highly recommend Dandy and Tina!

Great friendly service, I really liked my pedicure and their prices are hard to beat so Im hoping to see how well the manicures and waxing is! I was a walk in and only waited about 5 min before I was seated- they take cash and cards and charge $1 for credit. I was also given a punch card which Im excited to start!

The lady at the door checking temperatures used the thermometer on my wrist. The pedicure was great overall. The same lady at the door checking temperatures was the same lady who rang me up. She harassed me about paying with my card and kept asking me to get money out of the ATM in the shop.

Now my favorite nail salon! My nails and I are taken well care of by Ivy!!! I have never seen my nails stay this long and strong before! Thank you so much for the products (gel) you use!!! And most especially to IVY for the wonderful service!!!

This is my first time coming to VIP nails and I had such a great experience. I was scared to try a new place, especially during the Quarantine for Covid-19 but VIP nails has done an amazing job to keep you safe but still be customer focused. I was advised that you have to make an appointment because they do not have a full staff but they still welcomed me and let me do my nails as a walk-in. Also be advised that they cant do your Mami and pedi at the same time because of social distancing. Even with the new rules in place, I will definitely be a regular customer after my experience here.

My favorite nail salon. My mom, my daughters and I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years at the VIP Nail Salon. We get our manicures, pedicure and eyebrows waxed there. We have always receive excellent service from the staff here. We love how Bibi does out acrylic nails, they look so natural. Cindi does our pedicures and Julie waxes our eyebrows. We would highly recommend you try out this nail salon.

I went in today to get a fill-in on my nails and a pedicure both with gel polish. I arrived around 11:45 and didnt leave until 2:45. 3hours for a fill-in and pedicure is ridiculous! Especially when they were doing them at the same time. And to top it off the way she polished my nails were terrible but I just was ready to leave after all that time spent in there already. I wont be returning.

The worst nails ever with very Cheap products. When I made my appointment I specifically said I wanted both a fill and a pedicure. When I arrived they ignored that I was in for a pedicure. Two days after I went in for a fill my gel was lifting and chipping. On the forth day I decided to pull off the gel from my nail and found most of the acrylic was already lifting, like when it does after 2 weeks. They don’t even deserve a star for their cheap products and poor customer service.

Lynn was so welcoming and humorous. Paid attention to detail on every single nail. Wonderful service.

Have to change the review, ended up with chemical burns on ALL my fingers from use of incorrect products. Was so happy, ended up in a great deal of pain at the doctors.{Previous review} Great prices, great job...my pink and whites look fantastic and Ive always gotten right in, busy or not...Angie dis a fab job! I did my nails here and they did a sloppy job even I could do better and they got nail polish on my skin I’m never going back also she did not take the nail polish off my nails so it looked really bad. She did not take her time anyone else who did a pedicure or a manicure they took time and did it carefully

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT ugh. The pedicurist did a sloppy job on my toes and it was so rushed. My manicure was not impressive at all to say the least. I am dissappointed with ny experience. Customer service definitely needs improvement. I am so not happy.

Nail polish chips After 2 days. Customer service needs improvement. Went back to have them fix my nails. They started to chip again. Gel at that! Began to tear like plastic! DO NOT TRUST THEIR POLISH. CHOICE IS YOURS NEVER GOING BACK.

Terrible placeMani and pedi were painful;some of the employees were smoking and the place stinks, I guess the employees don’t have a break room because one of them was eating on the pedicure chairs and the whole salon is the milk like food smoke and nail polish; not a good combinationI am not coming back, no wonder why we were just two customers on Saturday afternoon
