I love my nails Diane was able to recreate the nail art of my dreams. She was gentle with my acrylic manicure. I also got a pedicure and she was able to apply acrylic to make my toenails look perfect. Don’t look for any other nail salon this is the one.

Got a gel manicure by Nina and she did so good she was not rough on my hands at all (ive had so many bad experiences at other places with them being so rough and making me bleed) , and was seriously so nice and sweet! Will definitely be going back to her!

Love this place. The prices are great and all the ladies do an amazing job. You can show them a picture of what you want and they can do it exactly the same. There is some wait time if you walk in but you will not get turned away. You can also book in advance. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and their service has been the same since day one.

Made an appointment 3 days prior and when I walked in for the first time today was told theres always a 20 minute wait. Excuse me but Whats the point of a scheduled time. Anyways went in to see June today for a simple French tip after 2 hours of work my nails came out so uneven, theyre not smooth and every other nail is bumpy and flat. She also kept pushing my hand outta the way I had to tell her can you please stop doing that. Not going back

The service is decent. Theyre usually pretty busy and the person that I go to does a good job. Be aware that they no longer accept credit cards which puts extra ATM fees and inconvenience on the customer. I use credit for almost everything so this can be very annoying as they shift the fees and inconvenience on to you but other than that, its decent.

I’ve been going to Kristine here at Diva Nails for over 2 years. I have visited many other nail shops when I’m away from home, and NOBODY is able to give me the quality that Kristine gives me. She takes her time to shape each nail individually according to the shape of my nail bed. I have wide set fingers and nails, but Kristine manages to make my coffin shape set look just as good as anyone with perfect shape nails. She’s also very kind and gentle. I have rarely picked my own color as she always has a good suggestion of what would look good with my skin tone while keeping my taste in mind. The ONLY reason i gave four stars is because most times I’m unable to be seated at my appropriate appointment time, but it’s always worth the wait for her. I know she takes her time with each client so I’m willing to wait if needed! I will never go anywhere else!

They do good nails but don’t even bother making an appointment because when you get there your not seen on time or your waiting for at least an hour after an appointment is made. I made an appointment for 1:30pm the day before and when I got there the lady that does my nails had just started on someone else so I was told to come back at 7:30pm. This is an inconvenience for me because I have a toddler son who will be with me while I get my nails done. Horrible service. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve made several appointments and I wouldn’t get seen until an hour later.

Very nice place, only thing I dont like is that it depends on what lady does your nails if theyll look good or not. Sometimes my acrylics are perfect and others they look like they rushing to get you out. 🤦‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Went in and had my nails done by summer this is my 4th time coming here. And Im obsessed. They are extremely nice everything clean and they disinfectant after every client. Susan is really good with the pedicures and is fast.

Okay service, pretty professional, and nice, clean atmosphere. They do have a lot of cool features like the wine (I’m too young to drink however). But gave me the WORST manicure OF MY LIFE! i waited a good 45 minutes. I walked out so angry, disappointed, and unsatisfied. I was so embarrassed by the manicure I got, I was hiding my hands. It was awful. I HAD to get them off so I went to another place to get them re-done and as they peeled off the gel, the manicurist showed me that the paint was laid on SO THICK on my nail, that the bottom layer was STILL WET! He cut the crease of my nail and it hurt so bad. When i told him, he said what can i do about it now? and he scoffed. when he was measuring my nails i chose the same length i always get at other salons and he said thats too long and cut it realllyyy short! so i wasnt able to choose my own length. The lettering i asked for was AWFUL. trust me, it looked SOO much worse in person. Im sure theyre good for everything else EXCEPT acrylic!!

Making an appointment is a waist of time, you’ll still end up waiting another 30 min or so. I will give Summer a 5 star she’s amazing at what she does she’s worth it. They really have to fix appointment timing.

Love my nails 1st off I didnt feel rushed at all to pick my colors and she really took her time and made sure my nails were on point. This place is very very busy but are relatively quick. 8/10 times I have been very happy with my nails and pedicure. I always splurge on design for my nails and if you explain to the reception what you are wanting they will match you with the right person that has the skillset for freehand details.

But they told me they didn’t do regular color anymore that it was only Gel😫So I just went somewhere else. Because honestly it was a waste of money to do Gel twice in less than a week.

I had my nails done first time and they were good went for a refill with sophia and she left me some bumps so I went back so she can fix it and she supposedly fixed it but instead she put another color that was not my color and did not fix anything.

Some ladies are nice and talk while others are just there to do your nails and move on.Paid $47 for these short coffin gradient acrylic nails.I feel the young girl behind the desk needs to more fair for pricing if she wants customers to return. And talking to the lady who was doing my nails to dictated the amount, the young girl has to be more slick then that to realize customers are always watching even with there backs turned.I hear that people who have appointments are waiting a long 45 minutes to am hour. Thats crazy. While some walk in customers just wait 5 to 10 minutes.Completely unfair for returning customers.Many upset customers from the past 3 times Ive been there.

If Im gonna pay $45+ for the best pedicure and massage I should get a massage and not caressing. If they can have Jenny train the rest of the pedicurist that would be awesome. Other then that I am not going to settle for anyone other then Jenny anymore!

Its okay, the nails arent the worst Ive had in SD. It could depend on your tech, bc there are a lot of techs in here. My tech didnt talk to me at all really, when i asked her if they would also have time for a pedi she said later, but never told the receptionist I guess. I will say their turn over rate is pretty quick, as a walk in and even with the lack of communication with the pedi i didnt wait more than 15 mins for a fill and 5mins id say for a pedi. There just wasnt as much attention to detail as im used to with my regular nail tech, but he is out of town for a couple weeks. So overall id recommend it to the average person, they have chrome & do acrylic ombre which is whats in trend at the moment, but it doesnt look like anyone is super into nail art and my service looks rushed.

The place was recommended and I went there before and had a good experience. So I highly recommended it to a friend and I took her with me so that we could get our manicures pedicures. The price that they quoted was not the price that we ended up paying in the pain more. My friend tried to explain to them that they clearly stated a different price. The manicuristwas extremely rough and my friend asked her to not be so rough because it was hurting her and the lady pulls on her hand even worse and kept on being rough. I was so embarrassed for recommending this place. Never again.

I had jean that did my acrylic nails and she did a good job always asking if I liked how she was doing my nails and always ask for my approval and make sure if I was okay if I was looking at my nails through the process the price was not to bad $36. But I also wanted to get my toes done same as my nails French tip with a flower on both toes and she (Holly)asked if I wanted gel that it was a bit extra and I said sure because I wanted to treat myself because I deserved it. She was cutting my toe nails and she cut to low and one of my toes were bleeding and it hurts and my toes are sensitive and really irritated and it was $46! To get my toes done simple. That’s just ridiculous. I’m never getting my toes done here again

If you want to be in a situation where technicians are laughing and look at you, well that is a good place to go.The nail technician did 50%. Because, they are overbooked and always in a hurry. I felt that they were doing me a favor and it is both ways.

I have been coming to Diva nails for about 6 months. They usually do a great job. Recently I got my nails done here. I said I wanted them short and she made them long. She did not not shape them correctly. And left them really rough around the edges. My pedicure lady messed my pinky nail while putting on the paper sandals. I asked her to fix it she never did. I went and told the lady in front about my issues. I did not have time to stay and fix them. She said it’s ok come back I’ll fix them for you. I came in this morning and she wanted me to pay for it. I said no. I will not pay for their mistakes. Never coming back again. They lost a loyal customer. Customer service is getting worse by the day.

This nail salon was good when Hannah and her husband were managing it. Now they have their daughter calling the shots and she is running there nail salon into the ground. The nail techs are very hit-or-miss and the customer service from their daughter is terrible. Dont let her sweet innocent-looking face fool you, she is rude as heck.My Nail Tech today seemed more preoccupied with watching the TV, checking her cell phone, and talking to her neighbor than she was working . I dont know why I continued coming back here but Im done. Im sure there are better salons in my neighborhood that do appreciate their customers.

My friend kept insisting me to try out this nail place. I finally did, I cant say enough good things about here. Shayla has done my nails 3 times already and not once have they lifted or fell. Theyve lasted about 3 weeks and the designs are always spot on. This is definitely my go to nail place now. Thanks girls!♡

I’ve been going here for years but my last experience was terrible. I recently received a gel manicure and after two days they started coming off. This has never happened to me before. I went in to get the nails fixed that completely came off. A day later the rest of my nails started coming off. I went in and explained what happened. The lady told me not to peel my nail polish off. Although it started coming off already I wouldn’t have peeled it if it was done correctly. I paid to get my nails done I wouldn’t purposely peel them off. I told her I don’t know if the lady was new I never seen her before and I used a different polish then I normally do. She explained it wasn’t the nail polish and was getting upset. So I told her I’ll pay again but she could tell I was upset at this point. It was less then a week since I got the first manicure. So not only did I have to pay full price for the first manicure but they made me pay again to get the gel redone on my nails. I have recommended this place to many people and I won’t be returning after this experience.

Ive been going here since 2014. This WAS my favorite place. HOWEVER, ever since August the service has been terrible. It is always so busy so you either wait for an hour or more or they tell you to come back. Even when I make an appointment I still end up waiting. My nails have come out not how I wanted them. Ive been cut by staff several times. And even after they seen me bleeding still tried to go right back and file. They charge for everything. Today I waited 40 minutes and I walked in and it was slow. People who came in after me were seated before me. When I spoke up She said oh show me who because they had appointments. How uncomfortable would that make other girls in there? so unprofessional. Ive even had staff complain to me about how they dont get to eat and they never get to leave when its closing time. 1. dont complain to a customer. 2. that sucks, you can tell they are worked like slaves there. So after all these years of understanding and patience Im done. And I hope more people write their horrible experiences so you get closed down.

Dont know why they always want to send me to this girl that doesnt do my nails right. Gave her an extra chance one day and same mess. For my nails they had me wait and I was bounced around from one nail desk to another. All the ladies that came in after me were done with their petty cure and fills. Im a patient person but I couldnt wait any longer. Just paid for my petty cure and came to get my nails done somewhere else. Very disappointed with Divas nails. Not going there anymore.

Went in for fill, lady rushed and when she was done, the sides of my nails were not painted and it looked like I still needed the fill that I came in asking for. Hanna fixed my nails but not w/out an argument first. They really had an attitude because I wanted a service that I’m paying for done right! This is the third time I’ve come in and my service was trash but it will be the last.

I have been coming here for a little less than a year. I like how they use to do my nails when I showed them a picture they usually had it down .Lately though, they did not want to do the designs I wanted and would be irritated. I couldnt understand that, it really isnt hard to do. The customer service is absolutely horrible ,the cashier is so rude. I never understood why she was so angry and she is not the only one. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. I will not return again... Sad, because I like how the place looks.
