Clean and Friendly.Going there for our 1st time was a very pleasant experience. The night attendant helped us with the laundry card system. Yea, you need to purchase a card for $1. So what, its way more secure than having to keep pulling you credit card out of your pocket or purse. Cost is typical for the area. Machines are clean and capable of washing and drying 2x, 3x, 5x and larger loads. We will definitely be coming back.

I own Sea Breeze Mobile Massage and I dont know what Id do without Maria. She does about 125 pounds a month in the fluff and fold of my laundry. I will never go back to doing my own laundry. She does a better job and I save at least 10 hours a month in time. The prices are so reasonable, I dont know why anyone would do their own laundry. Fresh and Clean is the best. Their facilities are clean and all of the on-site staff are super friendly!

Marissa was extremely helpful. My wife was struggling with the newer style machines and she was courteous, respectful and took the time to explain. This place was busy and I observed her helping and checking on several people. Excellent customer service.

I arrived this morning to drop off for the fluff and fold service. I arrived at 6:15A and no one was present to help. I called twice, and there was no sign on the gate/door to indicate they opened at a later time. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed. I waited until 8A to call back to see if i can go back and drop off and when I asked if they were open for fluff and fold, the lady answered “yes but we are busy, it won’t be done today”. Disappointed in the service since i had read such great things online.

Every time I come in to do some laundry, Destiny is always so helpful and so polite. She always has a positive attitude and is always willing to give you any info regarding washing machines. No matter what she is doing she will stop and help you out, excellent customer service from her.

Isabel was extremely helpful. This was my first time using the large machines and she made the process so easy. She gave me assistance every step of the way and made me feel at home. Without her here I would have been lost. Thank you for making this experience so easy. I definitely will be back!

Never been here before but I came in with less then an hour to close.(completely ok if it’s wet just wanted it washed). Destiny helped me from start to finish.(even though she informed me of last loads are at 9:30pm) she still helped From loading a card quickly to picking washers and dryers helping me with soaps etc.Thank youI will be retuning-friendly veteran in the community

First a few years ago I dropped off laundry and came back several hours later . all done folded and wrapped up ready to go. and a nicer group of people you ever want to meet. now I am disabled and dont get around so well. Fresh and Clean has a pick up and return service ! it was great. a very nice lady came and picked two baskets of dirty clothes and reurned the next day with clean clothes. so happy.

This was the first time I use Fresh & Clean laundry, and I was really impressed!At first I called to ask for drop off service and Luis answered all my questions and suggested I come in for service.Once I arrived he greeted me and explained how the drop off worked.He also gave me a 24 hour turn around time which he actually finished sooner and text me my service was complete same day!I will definitely be coming back because of Luis.

Oversized washers and dryers make quick work of your laundry needs, besides cleaning your garments well, they have community minded events, discounts and activities that keep children involved and wanting to return because they enjoyed their time there.

Liked the variety of washer and dryers. Place was clean and not so crowded. Had a good experience here and Destiny gave great customer service! Hid my clothes for me to keep it safe. So I could grab something at the taco shop right next door while I waited for my ride.

This was my first time at the laundry mat and it was an wonderful experience. Destiny who was working during my visit was super helpful. She made me feel comfortable and taught me how to use the machines . She was such a great help. She provided excellent customer service and had a friendly welcoming attitude. I will definitely be a return customer.

Fresh and clean is one of my favorite laundromats in Chula Vista they have from small to jumbo washers and dryers . Isabel gives great customer service and is always willing to help with any issue that there may be during her shift . I was surprised when she told she was not the owner of this busyness .

I am person of habit, and there isnt a Friday that goes by that I walk in to drop off my laundry that Destiny isnt there to greet me with a smile and welcoming voice even if she if she is occupied. She always WITHOUT hesitation, lets me know she will be with me in a moment if she hasnt already made it to the counter and has my account pulled. i really change my washing request, and even knowing that Destiny never fails to ask if I need anything more then what I come in for. I can not thank her enough for the fast and diligent work she does..

I love coming to wash here and now with the extended hours it works so much better for my schedule. I don’t like having to go anywhere else if I don’t have to. I also love that they have the laundry card so you can add money anytime. The staff is nice & helpful especially Destiny since I’ve been coming here she’s always been so friendly.

The reason why I can to this laundry is because it’s Effie my and it will throughly clean and dry your clothes. They also provide refreshments and supplies for clothes to smell wonderful for cheap prices. Also the employees here are helpful especially Maria and the others their all friendly. They have you buy a card so you can wash without an option to cancel or get your money back. After asking the attendant I wanted a refund since I was just not going to use the card she said I was suppose to speak to the mAnager finally he called me agreed on the refund and it’s 2 weeks later and still haven’t received the refund. I call again and they say they can’t do much I have to wait for the manager to call me which clearly he hasn’t and won’t and there is no other way of contacting him or anyone else capable of issuing a refund.

I love coming here! This is my third time coming and every time its so easy to just drop off my laundry and it comes back folded in the perfect sizes! Maria took my order today and made everything so smooth and easy. Im glad that these services are being offered. Makes life soooo much easier.

This has got to be the cleanest laundromat I’ve seen and I choose this to wash at for that reason. They have fresh water you can fill your bottled water containers for $1.00 for 5 gallons. Over all I love to sit and relax while washing my clothes. They have other services also. Pick up and drop off services if you need them to do your laundry. The also have huge 10 load washers for those super huge jobs. I questioned the activity on my card and dropped a comment in their box and I received a return call. I was very happy about the response on my questioning them. The laundry cards are rechargeable and you can view all your activity on the monitor that you recharge your card at. Over all. I love this place.

You have to pay a dollar for the laundry card and on top of that you have to add at least $5 min with a card. So be sure to add the amount you need the first time otherwise you could waste money. The machines themselves are very frustrating to use, we must have pulled the card 30 times each time to add more money. It would not read the card. V

My lady had spent some time in the hospital. I was working crazy hours at work and fell behind on the laundry. Fresh and Clean really dug us out of a hole with really reasonable prices and excellent service. Everyone i spoke to was super helpful and friendly. This place is amazing. I frequent a pretty decent laundry established down the street closer to my 🏠. I now consider Fresh & Clean MY neighborhood laundry mat because or price, convenience, CLEANLINESS (WHICH IS CAPITAL during an epidemic.) You would think that absolute and easily apparent cleanliness during these pandemic ridden times to be as good as it gets however, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE couples with immediate helpful friendly attention is what you can expect when walking into this place. I came in feeling a bit out of place looking a bit bummy. I didnt expect to to leave the house but I walked in and was greeted and helped out right away on getting started and was made comfortable and wanting to share my experience with you guys. I have no affiliation or experience doing reviews but something about this place made me just want to share my experience publicly.

Overall impressed. First thing to be noticed is how clean the facility is. Fresh & Clean owners chose the right attendant. She helped me out with all my machine questions. Her constant presence is reassuring. She cleans the counters, sweeps and I even caught her wiping down the doors of the machines!! Amazing. What more can you ask for? When it came time to pay for laundry the electronic card interface was seemless. Machines were a slightly glitchy but I was able to overcome that. I personally value how clean the facility is.Overall I will be coming back. Quick cycles affordable as long as you pay attention, clean.

I live about 5 miles away. I drive here to laundry so yeah its really clean. Youll pay a little extra with each load but I think its worth it for working machines and a clean environment.

This is my neighborhood laundromat and I’m a regular here. Most of the girls working here are great. Isabel was here today and has a smile that makes your day go from bad to good. She’s helpful and keeps it clean (there has been Other times when it was not so clean, she wasn’t working, But that’s like 1 out of 20)I also really like Destiny (I think I remembered her name correctly) she is absolutely the sweetest, the first I met here and explained everything thoroughly to make our laundry experience not feel so much like a chore. 😆I mainly use the self service laundry, but I also have used their wash and fold service when absolutely needed. It’s great! Everything’s smells amazing and is folded soooo nicely.Thanks for being here in the neighborhood.

Weve been coming to this laundromat for years now. Were a pretty big family so the large machines help us get the laundry done quick. The staff is very helpful and will answer any questions you might have about the machines. One staff member in particular, Maria, has been helping us for a long time and has become a friend. Theres also free wifi here (you have to ask for the password) so that you can stay connected while you wait for the cycles to be done. This is a great, affordable laundromat.

8pm machine door error. Attendant was gone until 9pm I moved clothes to a different machine Attendant returned looked up error owed me $3.50 but had to take it in snacks so she gave me $3 in soda. Place is very clean yet old the trim is a beautiful mermaid blue but the walls looked dingy light green. The floor has cool burgundy tiles like he 1930s Attendent locked the doors to the parking lot I was parked in I had to carry my laundry over to the other side of the mall or leave my things unwatched to drive around. The attendant vacuum filter broke so she called her boss and was told to not worry about it but she did because she cares sometimes that s all that matters. Walls have chalk board giving away prizes but its very nice the way they are trying to connect to the local community. I liked the silver ceiling fans! The folding counters are well thought out. The seating area was thoughtful.

It was my first time in a while since I have been at a laundromat and the customer service here is outstanding! Maria took good care of me and set me up for success so I chose the right machine for the job at hand. HIGHLY recommend this spot as they have earned my business moving forward!

Come here often to do laundry, everything is clean and machines work well. Plenty of carts, plenty of folding space. Cards make it simple. Staff are very friendly and super helpful always. There are laundry mats closer to home however, I keep coming to this one because of everything previously stated.

Super nice service! All the machines are state of the art and they have free wifi too! You get free drying every time you wash which is very convenient when you’re trying to wash on a budget! Destiny helped us out and solved all the questions we had. The also do dry cleaning and a drop off service where they wash and fold your clothes for you.

The staff are rude with poor customer service. They treat customers differently. They choose whom to be nice with. They are not nice with everyone which is unfair and unprofessional. They need to be nice to everybody and treat all customers with respect and courtesy.

Let me start off by saying I absolutely hate going to the laundromat lol but out of my 32 years of life I actually did not mind it. Found the place on google tried it out and will definitely be going back! Clean, awesome appliances, and Kim was absolutely amazing from start to finish.. The 1 and only downfall I had was it was warm in there but Im learning most businesses are in Cali.

My shipment of my washer and dryer were delayed a day so I was forced to do my laundry at this local laundromat. I have never used a public laundromat before so I was very skeptical of the outcome. Upon arrival I was greeted by an attendant who was very nice. I believe her name was Kim. She explained to me the different services that they offered and her customer service was beyond exceptional. I would recommend this place at anyone. The location was very clean and I felt comfortable.

Been using Fresh & Clean laundry service the past few weeks because Im in the process of starting a business and devoting all my of time to that. They pick up my laundry and drop it off the day after nicely folded and good smelling. It saves me a LOT of time that I can spend elsewhere and I have no complaints at all. Very happy with the service!

Destiny is a super hard worker every time I come to drop off my laundry she always jumps right on and finishes it the same night in super reasonable time.

I only needed three hangars and instead of charging me for a whole bundle of hangars Destiny just gave me three :) she was very friendly and everything was great.

This laundromat is very clean. Every time I go in, which is more than I would like to admit, I see the staff cleaning the machines and sweeping the floors to maintain a clean environment. The customer service from the staff is impeccable. Our favorite attendant is Kim, but they are all super friendly and helpful. They have a small area for kids to play, read, and watch tv, which is great for keeping my son occupied while I fold laundry. I love that you use a card to pay, so you dont have to go buy quarters every time you have to do laundry. They run specials on the washers during the week, and free dryer use when you use a washer, making doing laundry less expensive. They offer dry cleaning which i used a couple weeks ago and my husbands uniform came back perfect! 10 out of 10 for sure!

I have been washing here since 2010 and theres have been a lot of improvements such as the staff, the machines and a very safer environment. Maria and Christian are always willing to help and making sure everything is running okay and keep the place very clean.

The facilities are always clean and it never feels hectic. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, specially Maria. She always sparks up conversation whenever theres time to spare.

Long overdue review, Ive been coming here the entire year and some months Ive been living in Chula Vista. This laundry place has never let me down, seriously. Its always CLEAN, someone IS ALWAYS there, which I LOVE. I only pay to wash because drying is FREE depending on what machines or any machine you use. I tend to go on weekends , Saturday isnt busy as much. You have to get a laundry card which is a dollar and load your money on there. The also have contests , earn free money type bonuses also. not sure about Wifi, but they got benches and vending machines. The also have a water station to fill your water jugs. They have a money changer which I love. You dont have to search to break 20 bills to wash. I really enjoy this laundry and will continue to come here

I’ve been coming here since 2012. Definitely my go to for laundry even tho I have one located where I live. But I must say I like the remodel and new staff I could tell there have been change in management keep up the good work. I will definitely keep coming back especially if you guys keep hiring people with great service like Christian....

Been coming here for years. Went downhill after the remodel a couple of years ago, and employees were horrible and rude. I was considering changing laundromats. I went in again the other night, and was greeted by a new employee, Kim. She was super sweet and working hard!! Made me very happy to finally see this again at this location. I am willing to continue coming as long as you continue to hire great employees. They make a huge difference. Ive had an old employee give me dirty looks after I said hi. Very uncalled for.

Theyre not following the Covid-19 guidelines. Neither employees nor customers wear masks or respecting the social distancing except a few of them. They just seem not to care about it at all. Besides, most of employees are rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. And worse than that is the ongoing problem of homeless persons loitering inside and outside the laundromat, and the employees are careless about it.
