Extraordinary customer service. I cannot remember when the last time I had such friendly, knowledgeable, and old fashioned customer service. I will go through them for everything from now on. They did a gorgeous custom piece for me that will be a family heirloom.

The jeweler made a ring for me from some diamonds I had. The ring is very nice at reasonable price. I took my omega watch in because it had stopped running and $5.00 later they had replaced the battery.I have great confidence in the integrity and capabilities of the jewelers there.

This place was amazing, they have been in Chula Vista for about now 70 years, they sell items in consignment, they sell new things and repair jewels, clocks and much more. The service is like no other, they are patient and kind, they not only made us feel especial they thought us a lot about gold and diamonds, they have so many old clocks, watches and much more. If you are looking to repair your jewelry or buy some good jewelry, the price on their repair was decent and the craftsmanship on the repair was very well done. Its is amazing the finds you can get on this place. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to buy, sell and / or repair, it is simply awesome. You may even be able to find that one special thing you were looking for, for a long time. I did I found that one especial thing (Ring) I have been looking for for a long time and I love it! Again if you have a moment take the time to check this jewel of store out in downtown Chula Vista. Did I mentioned not to forget to take quarters with you so you can use them for the parking meters right outside in the street. The meter guys in town are very strict and they do give you tickets if you dont pay for your meter. Happy Hunting and fixing !

So this review has had a long time coming, I just had to wait for the right time. So I was referred to King Jewelers after moving to Vista in April. This entire staff is amazing, they were so welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. I came in with very few ideas as to what I wanted to do, and I had my mothers ring I wanted to basically redesign. Within 15-20 minutes Dave and I had come up with a beautiful design that I was so confident in that I decided to move forward. Throughout the process Dave kept me in the loop and respected my wishes to be as discreet as possible. It was exactly what we had designed and what I saw in the 3D renders. Im now engaged and came back to have it resized and they couldnt be more helpful. Its only going to be an hour for them to take care of us, and this experience couldnt have made it easier on myself. Especially when I have never done this before if it hadnt been for Daves experience in this business. Thank you so much King Jewelers I appreciate each and every one of you. I will definitely be back if I ever need anything else in the future.

King Jewelers is the only store that I go when I need something fixed or a battery for my watch. On this day I only gave 4 stars 🌟, not because of service provided but customer service. Im not sure if she was having a bad day or just covid 19, I was wearing my mask & keeping my distance. She was not to friendly even though I was trying so to be for her, as they are still open and dealing with customers. She was not listening, talking to customer, (multiple times) behind me though I was there first. I know I am thankful for them, but I would like to be treated accordingly.

They scratched my Expensive watch that was only there for a battery re placement and added a n xtra link to my watch. Upon getting it back ,the face trim was scratched and u can tell it was fresh since the gold trim was dirty verse the new scuffs. THE OWNER claimed they didnt do it but he offered to try and polish it and of course it made it discolored a bit..I would not lie about my $200 watch.. I guess theres first for everything..I believe the scuffs where made when the young lady used a hammer to take out pins to add the pieces to make it fit my wrist better.We all make mistakes but a simple Sorry would have been Acceptable .

Took 2 chains to be repaired, one needed a bit of soldering. They gave me a reasonable quote and they was available the very next day. As a bonus they cleaned the chains they looked like new! All of the associates were super friendly.

I cant say enough about this business and the wonderful and compassionate people who work there. I have taken items for repair thru the years, however this time it was a bitter sweet visit. I needed a piece made to honor my sister who has just passed. They were so patient and very helpful in figuring out something real nice and in my budget...I am forever grateful to them....

I am so glad i found them! If i cpuld give 10 stars i would. We wanted to have my husbands wedding band resized and my engagement ring repaired. The were super informative and took both rings in. I was surprised to be called the following day and both rings were ready for pickup. Wow. The rings looked perfect! When I put my ring on, my wedding band looked dull by comparison and they polished it on the spot to match up again. Thank you so much & we will be back!

Our expensive grandfather clock didnt work after 12 military moves around the world. For seven years it sat in the corner of our living room. I went on line and read reviews on Yelp about King Jewelers. I disconnected the weights and the pendulum and brought in the inner workings of the clock to Dave who immediately repaired it and charged me only $20. When I got home and discovered that I didnt pay close attention as to how the chains and the weights were to be properly installed, I called Dave and he quickly walked me through exactly what to do. I was able to reassemble it and it now works perfectly! I dont know where one could ever find better professional, reasonable and quick clock repair. Dave has to be the very, very best!!!!
