I took my car to leemor stero and tinting in Chula Vista over 3 weeks ago to get my windows tinted it has been a nightmare.. the fallowing day aft it was done there were bubbles in the tint.. I was told by one of the office guys Luis two wait two weeks because it takes that long to set . So I took it back two weeks later it still looked like S… .. after a bunch of delays and bull s..t from leemor employe . I took it the fallowing Saturday again car sat there from 10:15 am until I went back at 2:30 to pick it up.. nothing was done in car. So I went back Tuesday 9/21/21 and the guy re did the tint it again had bubbles in windows.. I brought it to his attention he told me what do you expect 100% I said yes I expect 100%.. so then I talked to Luis the office guy and he told me same thing what do expect 100%. Again I said yes I expect 100%.. I gave u 100% of my money.. I was frustrated I took my car and left .. I will never spend a penny at that place no will I recommend them to anyone..

If I could give a zero I would. I made an appointment for Saturday at 10 am they were 30 minutes late opening. The guy unlocked the chains to open the door never acknowledging the customers there waiting. ( Several people left, tired of waiting).I checked in appointment confirmed and itll take a couple of hours to complete. Fast forward to 3pm and they hadnt even started on my car since 1030. I was told itll be 530 or 6 before it would be ready.I took my car and left as they claimed to be running behind. Why if my appointment was at 10am? Companies especially small businesses should value your time.I took my car to another place on Broadway the next day and 2 hours done with my car alarm installation.MY RESPONSE BACK TO BUSINESS RESPONSE - I have a right to voice my opinion of the services (non) services from a business. Matter of fact most of your negative comments has to do with poor customer service. And I did call inquiring about the status of my car and was told the guy was at lunch and how long it was going to take and got hung upon. They could have told me about the delay in services and it be 530 or 6 before it was finished.So you could do better with communicating with your customers.

Waited 20 mins to ask a question .and I was the only one there ..installer was on the phone with his mom.

Went in during the week told me to go the next day around 12 and tgey would take care of me so i show up and they tell me they are booked for the day so i tell him they told me you guys will be clear so he tells me you have to make an appointment so i say sat so tgey set me up at 9am so i come to find out sat morning as i show up that tgey open at 10 and on top of tgat tgey dont answer their phone calls bad customer service and im not one that ever leaves bad reviews but this place in my opinion has bad customer service

I stopped by because I was have issue with my speakers.. my girlfriend noticed that she couldn’t hear anything coming out of my passenger speaker. Went I got to Leemor Sound the owner Luis assisted me. He took and look and confirmed that my passenger Speaker was not working. He offered to replace the speaker with something more up to date. I wasn’t looking for anything to much so it was right in my price range.. they took my car right in and replaced the speaker right away! I was surprised how fast it was. Thank you Luis and Leemor Sound!

This is a terrible place. People do not have customer service skills and they do not honor their commitments. I would not recommend this place since they do not have any respect for your time and commitments

Made an appointment with them for Saturday at 11am so I went a little early.The guy who worked there was rudely telling the customer in front of me that they dont do appointments. So I just walked out because the guy had a bad attitude and lost 2 customers. Why book appointments then when we show up say you dont book appointments?

They updated my sound system on my 2012 Nissan Altima and they put fog lights and was impressive how it sounds and how it looked.

First I went to get My car front windows tint and the Price was Great , good deal , the work they did in one of the windows had bubbles so he told me to come back to get it fix , and he did so I appreciate that because there’s other places that would never want to fix their bad job ! And now it looks great , so I really do recommend it!

I came here on the recommendation of several friends that have gotten audio work done here before so i trusted that they would do a good job and get what I wanted done. I purchased and had them install an amplifier to power a subwoofer I already had.They quoted me with High to Low Level Converter, 8 gauge Amplifier wiring kit, Sony Amplifier, and Install. I asked how long it take and they said it would take 2 hours once they started.I told them the current aftermarket audio goods I already had which was an Alpine KTP-445U amplifier to power/control my 4 aftermarket speakers in the doors. My headunit is stock so I knew I needed a high to low level converter to switch the amplifier on which was included in the total price.After the install which took a little over 3 hours I got my car back and everything seemed fine. I didnt mind waiting over what they initially to me as long as the installation was done properly.The next morning I wanted to fine tune the system and adjust the Alpine KTP-445Us high pass filter to match the newly installed Sony Amplifier low pass filter but i found that they picked up the signal after the Alpine KTP-445U and they only picked up the signal from one speaker. This meant that I am unable to utilize the Alpine KTP-445Us high pass filter because it would cut off the low frequencies going to the Sony Amplifier. Most installers would have picked up the signal before the 1st amplifier to receive the full range of frequencies available from the stock head unit but for some reason they picked it up after the 1st amplifier making any adjustments on the 1st amplifier (Alpine powering/controlling 4 door speakers) tied to the 2nd amplifier (Sony powering/controlling subwoofer).I brought the car back immediately to talk to the owner/installer to see if he would fix the mistake. To my surprise he told me that picking up the signal before the 1st amplifier would not work because the voltage was no high enough to power the Sony amplifier and he refused to amend the problem he caused by picking up the signal from the wrong part of the system. As i mentioned before he also charged me $25 for a part he didnt even use (High to Low Level Converter) because he used high level inputs to give signals to the Sony Amplifier. I calmly stated my case with him to see if he would own up to his mistake and fix it but he didnt. So I told him that I would never do business with his establishment again and left.Right after I visited 2 other audio shops to confirm my suspicions that he was just lying to me to cover up his mistake and not own up to it. I told them what I wanted done and what Leemors did. Both shops told me that what I wanted done was something they do all the time and agreed that it seemed like Leemors did not want to own up to their mistake and rectify it.I am appalled at the service I received at this business. Not only was I lied to but was also belittled by making me think that I didnt know what I was talking about. I could have purchased the all the parts and done the installation myself at a much lower price but I was lazy and wanted to leave it to the professionals to do it. But these guys are NOT professionals. They will LIE to you and STEAL from you by charging you for parts/services they did not give.

Stopped by to purchase a car stereo i got great customer service and very knowledgeable Staff. Great place and convenient location.

Place is TERRIBLE, they drilled through my wire harness in the trunk trying to ground the amp. I noticed a problem with my blinker the minute I left the shop. Notified the owner, he wont take ownership in the problem, its a court issue now. I DONT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO THERE!

Went to leemor sound pro to have lights install on a new Tacoma 3 other shops wouldnt deal with it due it was brand new Christopher took good care of me very knowledgeable and professional couldnt tell where the installation was super happy wouldnt go anywhere else
