Great service, Im currently working with them now, to stop forclosure on my mothers property in PA, 3000 miles away, they are still working diligently, no matter what state youre in, theyre a great choice to help relieve you of any debts you may have. with very little time before the foreclose date, they have made a lot of progress. Our situation was outrageous with our mortgage servicer, and Tanya Martinez stepped in and saved the day. The amount of work she did on our behalf was amazing. She is so knowledgeable and equally important, she was so reassuring and available during the entire process. This company went above and beyond to help me keep my house when I only had a week or so til the foreclosure sale of my house on the courthouse steps. Im more than grateful for their help. Their charges were WAY less than Ive paid for companies to help prior to them and they worked out a small payment agreement after knowing the stressful situation we were in. My house was saved! I had trust in them caused they proved it by keeping me informed of everything that was going on. After all was said and done, the Bank said they did not receive a copy of one of our signed form from her and threatened another foreclosure on us do to that paperwork not turned in on time. Well people, Tonya Martinez proved them wrong!!!! She jumped on it that day proved were it was sent in by her and BOOM... that was that Im still in my home. I would hire them again if needed.
