My counselor was excellent. Extremely intuitive and responsive to my needs. My only complaint is it is very difficult to get an appointment time.

Could not log into Vsee thing so my therapist called me. I would recommend you guys do something like zoom! Everyone practically trained in it due to the pandemic!!

I chose to use the video conference for my appointment. It was easy to use and it felt like I was in the room ! I was comfortable using the app!

My first session was amazing my therapist actually took the time to hear me out, didn’t rush me, and gave me some resources to further help me in this process.

This place has helped me a lot. They have several types of people to talk to so you can to someone who can truly help your needs. Dont be intimidated, call, and set an appointment. Find the office, and go. Better mental health will be waiting for you. They also worked with my TriCare Prime plan.

Irma Espititu is like talking to your best friend but SO MUCH BETTER !! Easy to talk to. Be sure to confirm and or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before appointment. New company bought this group. New company same employees. But the no show or 48 hour cancellation cost you $75-90. Be sure to cancel well in advance. And do confirm appointment prior for location. I have shown up 2x on wrong day and a 3rd time when provider was out due to death in family. Life happens. Just reconfirm you’re appointments.

I do not appreciate doing business with people who do not keep their word, or who dont resolve things they said they would.I found Psycare through google during the Pandemic.I came to them as part of an EAP (a corporate program which offers a few free sessions) but they still sent me bills and charged my insurance for the rest. The debt kept on growing month over month, with no one at Psycare resolving the issue. When this went on for two months and three calls where I heard it will be fixed with no outcome, then I decided this is not place to recommend or consider and I am not coming back here. If they had not promised three times before this will be fixed and done nothing, I wouldnt be upset. The psychologist I worked with deserves five stars, the administrative part and billing experience do not. This is not the kind of place I like to do business with. Your experience can (and hopefully will) be better.

Wonderful therapists, sometimes there is a major disconnect between the administrative staff and therapist; trying to coordinate paperwork is not always efficient.

One receptionist was friendly and helpful, the other pretty stoic and down to business. The councilor I am seeing is kind, well trained with plenty of experience in her field. I was told theyhave to take up to 40 clients a week. That is brutal. I cant imagine anyone being able to carry that heavy of a load without feeling exhausted and drained. How can you help others under that kind of pressure? I am going to Psycare because my insurance covers it. If I were paying cash I would find a councilor who is being treated professionally, someone who is given time to work with clients in their care.

Eastlake is an incompetent office. I needed records sent to my primary care. I put in the request in February 2020. Eastlake told me it would be about a week turn around time. I assumed my primary care had received the documents, but two weeks later my primary care informed me that they had not received any records from Eastlake. I called, e-mailed, and left numerous messages with the Eastlake office. They never got back to me. Finally after 3 months of this I was able to get in contact with one competent person and they were able to get the ball rolling. Come to find out, my request was never turned in back in February. My primary care finally received my medical records from Eastlake in the middle of May 2020. So you would think that would be it. Nope. 2 months late I get a bill in the mail saying I owe $400. I am active duty military and I am covered by TriCare Prime. The receptionist said that my authorization had expired, yet I was never notified. And if it was expired why did the office let me schedule an appointment with an expired authorization? She could not come up with an explanation or solution. She gave me my therapists number so I could do the dirty work of fixing the situation. I am still waiting to hear back from my therapist. If my anxiety wasn’t already high. It definitely is now. Thanks for helping with my mental health Eastlake. .

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I have never written any negative reviews in my life but feel like I should warn others. First, in order to schedule any appointment you will have a minimum 20 min wait. I waited the 20 mins for a representative and indicated the location that I wanted to be seen. I reiterated the location I needed when scheduling. I showed up to my appointment 30 mins early as instructed, keep in mind I am 6 months pregnant, and the office was closed. I sat on the floor outside the hallway for an hour, 30 mins past my appointment time . When someone finally opens the door I was notified my appointment was scheduled for another location. I was never seen. One month later, I decided to give the company another chance because they are in such close proximity of my work and my insurance covers them. I again waited 20 mins to schedule an appointment and then they tell me I have to pay 75 dollars to schedule because I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT!!!! Unbelievable!! This is the worst healthcare provider company I have ever encountered. They do not care about their patients.
