A friend of mine has been staying with me for a few weeks and we have been trying to find him work amidst all the uncertainty of late. After applying with Express pros, I have to tell you our faith in staffing services and humanity overall has been restored to a considerable degree. Jake was incredibly friendly and empathetic and helped not only to help us find suitable employment opportunities but helped my friend to feel human again about trying to find work in this way. I was employed by them and they falsely terminated me for calling every day to check if something is available...makes no sense you figure theyll want someone whos hard working and willing to work...

Staff are very friendly and courteous. They really try their best to search for a position that suits you based on your experience and wants. It is best to call for following up on job applications though, texting takes longer. You have to be on it, basically follow up and keep calling the agency to see if they have any job positions for you. Thats probably one thing I didnt like...but as always youre the one who is interested in getting it so you have to keep calling. Also a couple times my check was delayed :/. Im new to the whole agency thing, but over all its not too bad.

Over the years Ive been with several temp agencies, mostly big corporations and so far theyve been good. The difference with Express Employment is that each office is a franchise, so you have the backup of a big corporation with the care of a small business.Paulina and Jon at the Chula Vista office have been immensely helpful, they were able to get me the job I am currently in. I never had problems with payroll or paperwork and I even had health insurance while I was their client.The company that hired me is very small, and weve been able to utilize Express Employment for HR questions. I personally have recommended them to several friends that are in the job market and my company plans to use their services when we are ready to expand and need more personnel.
